Made a totally routine order online yesterday for a big ticket item and received the usual email order confirmation. My wife called today to ensure the order did go thru as we noticed there was no pending charge on the card, at which point the rep casually informed her 1) The discount that auto applied itself at checkout didnt actually apply 2) shipping wasnt added to the order and 3) tax wasnt added to the order either. When I emailed to find out the real price, it surged from $1080 to $1319. And they do not apologize, or even seem to care at all, much less stand behind their totally defective ordering system. They didnt offer even the tiniest of concessions to correct their issue, or care enough to even lie about what went wrong. At least make up something right? They dont contact you either...you have to run after them. We easily found the same item for $132 cheaper anyway from a competitor, so it worked out just fine for us, and Im quite certain the ordering platform and customer service is way better...theres no chance it could be worse. I wouldnt recommend ordering anything from Southern Balloon Distro, or else be prepared for the potential of the unexpected, and an unconcerned customer service team to really help you thru any snags:) This whole thing is so absurd its comical, but I dont suspect their focus is on your single every day orders from regular run of the mill customers like you and me. Owner doesnt seem to care about customers. i found this place online totally by accident. Google maps didnt pinpoint the exact place, but when i got to the warehouses i called because his address number was skipped. He gave me the warehouses colors (which is the same for that whole street left and right), than told me non-chalantely well its there on the left going down the street in the warehouses (as if he was saying what do you want more from me, its not my problem you cant find my business to buy items i sell to live). Was happy when i thought i had found a place so close to home to buy decors for my sons birthdays and events (current and future)

It is a good wholesaler, for being a small place the stock is not so big, it is possible that you get some products in this local, plus some more specific products you would have to order them online, their prices are competitive, and their attention is good. I recommend them as a good supplier.
