Maybe this place is good for training but not for supplies. How can a balloon store have so many out of stock balloons for days? They should replace merchandise in few days not taking so long. If you want want gemmar balloons look in somewhere else. Representing gemmar balloons, you should have gemmar balloons all the time

I got to the facility open hours time, they were doing a class reason why i couldnt go in to get the balloons i needed, they need to be more organise or separate the areas were can they have the classes or place a notification online.

I was introduced to the phenomenal balloon design work of Balloons by by Luz Paz, by a friend who had traveled to Miami and saw their beautiful work at a Babyshower. To my surprise, Luz was going to be in New York offering classes. As an event decorator, I know how popular balloons are for all types of events. Im so happy that I took advantage of this amazing opportunity to work with one of the best in the industry. Luz and her staff, (Omar, Mayra and Sylvia) were super friendly and informative. Anyone can try to learn how to decorate with balloons from You Tube, but you cant compare to hands on experience from a professional. The tips and techniques, as well as addressing all the questions from the students was well worth the price of the class. I cant wait to take their second class in April. I highly recommend them.

I give them a single Star since they are not at all professional I bought a balloon arrangement in September to deliver it today October 7, 2021 for my daughters Birthday in an area of ​​Florida which had to be sent in the morning because that was what I chose but you called me on October 7, the day of delivery in the morning to charge me an extra 20 dollars for the shipment and change the delivery time for the trade between 12 to 2 which arrived at 3 in the afternoon. When my Daughter receives her balloons she loved it because they are really very cute butoooo the card said Happy Birthday FROM DAD AND BROTHER AND IT HAD TO SAY ABOUT YOUR PARENTS AND BROTHER anyway it bothered me a lot since from this morning it did not start well with you They offered me an apology for the delivery, but not for what they wrote. Im waiting for the call from the lady who answered the phone ... total disappointment and frustration. I dont recommend them badly.
