I visited the store this afternoon. Have not made my purchase yet but I will be back. But I wanted to give a big shout out to Jennifer for showing us the strollers and the car seats. Very helpful - no pressure approach. Very informative.UPDATE: We went back to the store and luckily Jennifer was there to help us. Like always she was very helpful and we finally got our car seat. Very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I visited the store 3 times before we made a decision on what to buy. Paola and Sofia were extremely helpful to us when we were making our decisions. They were very knowledgable and guided us to the stroller and car seat that best suited us. We dont like to buy items before the baby is born, but the store was nice enough to take a deposit and then hold the items for us in their warehouse until the baby comes Now we only have to call them when the baby is born, pay the balance, and they will have everything ready for us. This is super convenient and much appreciated. Enrique was also very helpful and nice at the Aventura store. However, as I am pregnant, it was much easier for us to go to the Promenade Shops storefront instead of parking in the mall and then going inside to the store.

This is my second visit to this store! The first time I bought my sons quilt, the second time I bought a bowl for my son today. The things in the shop are very nice, I like it very much. But there are two salesmen with bad attitude. I dont know why the boss invited such people to work! Especially there is a skinny lady who is very unfriendly to my one year old son. She glares at the baby with her fierce eyes, which makes our shopping very unpleasant! We are here to buy things, not to be angry! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡 （12.29.2019)

I have to say, best customer service I’ve ever experienced.We purchased online a high chair for our baby and we had bad luck because it came with a manufacturer defect.I contacted them, and they went above and beyond to solve our issue.It took longer than I expected but Nini & Loli customer service never stopped responding and working on finding a solution. Even the owner of the store called me himself to apologize and promise to solve it within 24 hours and they did.My special thanks to Diego, who was more than helpful, nice, and patient with us.This was my first time buying from them and will not be the last one! Hopefully we can visit the store soon.

Unfortunately the size I wanted was actually out of stock, but they contacted me right away and offered to cancel my order or send an alternative size or similar style. I ended up taking a different size for my baby girl to grow into. The company was extremely nice and easy to communicate with and my items arrived quickly. Would definitely order from them again!

I cannot say enough great things about my buying experience with nini & loli. An item that I ordered was on back order and so they called and emailed me to make sure I was aware. I was able to email my order change. They were friendly and precise. The toys are high quality.

The shop is beautiful and when you get service it is usually good service. However they are usually short in staff and you have the wait too long until somebody can help you .They sell beautiful products and they know their product well and explain the differences in product use well.Their website is bad and it is hard to purchase anything on their website even when you are registered. Very frustrating to shop on their web.

Great selection of items at great prices, and very fast delivery. The best part was after I placed my order, a real live person personally emailed me to thank me for shopping with them and to provide my tracking number. That kind of service is hard to come by these days! Will definitely purchase from nini and loli again!

We like to shop local when we can. It was hard with the baby shower as the simplicity was in favor of some of the larger competitors. Lucky for Nini & Loli they got the more expensive items! They made us feel great about the personal touch, updating us on status (via a human not computer), the driver called before he arrived. One more item to go (Monte chair) and the nursery is complete!

I had a great experience shopping online with Nini & Loli. There was a stroller seat I was looking for that was recently discontinued by the manufacturer. I had purchased the item from two other sites; one site sent me the wrong color, and the other site verified that they had the item in stock only to tell me a week later that they did not have it. Then I turned to Nini & Loli, who verified via email that they had the item in stock. Two days later the stroller seat was delivered to my doorstep. This was such a relief and such a simple transaction. Next time, Im going to Nini & Loli first!

Had never heard of it before as I am from Minnesota. the reviews were great so I ordered off the site and honestly wasn’t disappointed I usually do my online shopping very late hours and by the afternoon that day I recieved and email my shipment wasn’t being sent.ordered Thursday and arrived Monday. I was browsing online for this hard-to-get Grimm’s Large Stepped Pyramid and chanced upon Nini & Loli. I felt it too good to be true that I was able to pre-order it from Nini & Loli while all other online retailers either have them notify you when back in stock, or join waitlist/pre-order list that seemed very exclusive and already filled up. Nini & Loli was very helpful and super responsive from the beginning and every step of the way from answering my initial questions, confirming my order, and up to updating order status when asked and necessary.I received my Grimm’s LSP just a couple hours ago, and am overjoyed. The 2-months wait was worth it. The product I got was great, but either something happened at the store or with FedEx in shipping- the box was quite mutilated when it got to me. I ordered this as a maternity gift for my coworker and it was really embarrassing to give it to her in the box that was so messed up! They should probably audit their shipping procedures.

I am taking time to write this review because it is well deserved! I ordered my Nuna Pipa infant car seat from Nini & Loli. I am all the way in New York and honestly WOW! Let’s not even mention how I wasn’t charged tax OR shipping! When I called and spoke to a lovely lady, she told me that they don’t charge tax because car seats are a necessity and shouldn’t be charged tax and I couldn’t have screwed more. Exceptional customer service and quick reply time. I received my item brand new and I just want to thank Nini & Loli for this hassle free great experience I had! Definitely referring my New York friends and family to you guys!

They sent me an email to make sure the zipcode I entered was correct because on their end, it was showing the town where the post office is located. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered an item from this store and had it shipped to my house. It arrived perfectly. My only complaint is the exorbitant shipping expense - it was a 13 oz item, and the cheapest shipping option was $8.99 (and it was shipped first class, so I know realistically they only paid about $4-5). Thats kind of frustrating. Maybe you would claim well packaging materials, but it was shipped in a basic polymailer - which is about 50 cents at most. Just disappointing.

I always find the best products for my baby and I will not consider buying gifts no where else in town, not only what you buy is breathtaking but their wrapping is beautiful and free.I happened to be around Coral Gables the other day and stopped by their store located in the corner of Giralda and Salzedo, and let me tell you that you will not find a better assortment and selection of baby products than what this store offers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have horrible customer service. They will only deliver with a signature required which is incredibly inconvenient for anyone that works - so good luck ever getting your product. And then they charge YOU for their free shipping. Sometimes shopping at big box stores benefits you more.

I needed a specific color changer for my nuna play yard but the color had been discontinued. I found it on Nini & Lolis website and called them to confirm they actually had that color instock. I was quickly routed to the person that could confirm it for me -- and they indeed had the color I needed! It was a very quick call to get me the answer I needed and everyone I talked to was incredibly nice and helpful. Amazing customer service!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this store. It was the only store where i found the stroller i was looking for with the right color. By phone i tried to make a reservation. A girl by the phone was pretty rough but she reserved the stroller as asked.When i arrived at the store i was nicely guided and bought the stroller. Two days later i returned and was also allowed to change one of the products i bought (not the stroller) for one with another color.Great buying experience.

Nini & Loli have great product, but if you dont speak Spanish the staff become lazy and unhelpful. I had to ask were product was they just pointed, but when a Spanish speaking customer came in they became super helpful, helping them around the store.Although they have the stroller I want I will purchase it online. I wouldnt give them a cent.

They had in stock JellyCat discontinued frogs, which happen to be my sons favorite. Seeing as how the originals are showing heavy wear, and tear, this is going to keep him happy for years to come. Thank you for your expedient service.

We walked into this store 15 minutes before it closed. My wife is 6 and a half months pregnant and my daughter is 5 and a half. Someone who worked at the store came over to us and asked us if we speak Spanish. We politely said no. The next words I heard were said in a rude tone: We are closing.We were looking for some items for our baby and had to spend some considerable money. Suffice to say after the way we were treated, we will not be going back to this store. I cannot believe a store tells customers 15 minutes before closing that they are shutting the doors and would ask someone if they speak a certain language.Very disrespectful. I even called after we left to tell the manager and she did not even apologize for the rude behavior. Very ridiculous.

I ordered a gift for my friend on April 1st. Today is April 26 and still noth9ng has been delivered. First I called the store and they said they dont handle online orders. I then had to call a second number. Their excuse for not sending the item was that they could not get a hold of my friend to see how she wanted it delivered . Hello... she provided you with her address. Maybe they wanted to deliver it Im horse back instead of mail. If I had not asked my friend if she received the gift, she would have never known. Further more if you MUST speak to the person registered with you and you cant reach them, why not call the purchaser. Where you planning to keep the gift there until the child became a quinceanera. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst customer service Ive even experienced!I made a very large purchase at their Aventura Mall, bought a Bugaboo bee 5 stroller and a car seat and since I dont live in US I asked the sales person about the warranty if the items will be covered in my out of states country, the sales person clearly said YES the warranty is all over the world than I went ahead to pay.If I would know I dont have coverage in my country I wouldnt a buy it!!Now that i have a problem with the stroller, they are not willing to help me and I basically cant use it because it has a manufacture defect!!!!The customer service representative was very rude and unpleasant and wasnt willing to help me solve my problemDo not buy from them if you care about your money and customer service

I have been a client of the store since I got pregnant last year, even though I live far from the store. It has been always an issue with the customer service, which is not that great, however I continue as a client until today. I was there today with 2 things to exchange sizes and before anything I say, the return policy was told. I explained that I was bedbound after my delivery and that I couldn’t come sooner for the exchange, that I wanted only to exchange the items and to buy more and the answer was NO. I emphasized that I was a good client that I was always buying in the store, however they did not care about that. I persisted and The person called the owner which immediately she did not care neither and told her employee to explain to me again the return policy and that no exchange was possible. This place don’t care about their customers, no loyalty, nothing and because of all I do not recommend this place to expent a cent on anything they have.
