These ladys and gents are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, well mannered, and very professional. They treated me like a king. Really went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and was happy with the job. I have taken my car there several times and everytime they did and excellent job with service and repairs. Also, the car is always returned to me completely detailed and cleaned to perfection. Highly recommend that you go there. Ask for Ben or Aaron. They are both great.

This service center is the worst, most unprofessional shop ive evr been to. My bmw was there for 4 months for a dead battery that NO ONE here could figure out. My phone calls were dodged, my car was sent to every different department and nobody knew what to do. I ended up having to pay $3000 to change 3 different parts on the car because none of the BMW mechanics knew what to do with my BMW. and they tried to charge me that money without the car even working. After 4 months i refused to pay that much for a car that wasnt working they somehow fixed it in 1 day. Convenient. And im still having issues with the car that they caused and now refuse to fix!!

Understanding that this dealership is conveniently located for BMW owners on the beach, think long and hard about going there. They told me a 3hr wait for routine maintenance, but I waited longer than 3.5hrs. In my rush to get home, I only realized after leaving that they didnt bother to wash or vacuum the car, even though they stated they did on the invoice. They did notify me of need to replace back tires, but while they said it was urgent, they showed little interest in working with me on resolving the matter, thus undercutting their own advice to me. At least they offered free coffee, tea and waters....

Excellent service from start to finish. Unfortunately we had a long wait because a significant part had to come from Germany, but our service coordinator Andrew Chisholm kept watch for the part and got things thru as quickly as possible. Fortunately we had a loaner until the car was ready, and BMW Roadside Assistance was perfect in towing the car to Braman. So happy we have a BMW and that we have Braman to service us, including Andrew!!

Although I got my car in a different location I had completed my first service at Bramans and I was assigned to Thomas Rutigliano. He quickly guided me through giving attention to details of what I had to do. Everything went so smooth and it was done with precision without any set back, at easy and in an extremely professional yet friendly environment. Thomas took care of the loaned car while my car was in service, he followed up with everything and made everything amazingly easy and fast. The staff at the cashier and where they process the cars papers are just an amazing Individuals!What a great team work! I would only come back here!

The courtesy of the ppl is amazing, all treat you really well. But the lack of a realistic scheduling makes customers life a nightmare.. you never know if you are leaving your car for a few hrs or a few days, even for a light service as an oil change.

Amazing service!, I have two mini coppers, and Braman Services is the best of the best for services. They are professional, quick, accommodating and the representative for service that always take care of my cars Daniel Soto is amazing, always on top, trying to service the best possible. They even arrange a pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle at my house because I could not go myself to their center to do it. Is really the best customer service in Miami. Bravo Dani! You are the best of the best!

I was there this afternoon looking for the floor mats for my car and the person in the counter was not courteous, he said the system was down, and that I have to come back on Monday. I understand that systems goes down but you always have options such as getting my contact info to make sure I buy the product or check online so you can buy it online right there at the store. I even ask for that option and it was like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Very bad experience. I have been there in the other departments for other services but today was very disappointing (no customer service skills at all in the parts sales department).

The best auto center, service parts sales of so many first class brands in one location. I think that having Kia in the mix was not a great idea but I guess is ok. Show rooms are super nice. Their ASAP rental car center is also amazing.The coffee ☕ is not that good as before. But one out of a 1000 is not bad .

Going to Braman wasnt a good experiemce until a met Nico Bak and Daniel Soto.Nico always keep in touch with me making sure that my car services were done on time, schedule me the appoitment needed for my revision and the most important he help me with a great deal and my second car from Braman!!! Kuddos to Nico.And Dani is the most caring guy when its the time for car service, my car will not only get repair or inspected, he always make sure that i get a free car wash... and I live by the beach and i ave a dog and a toddler.So this 2 man make me always go back to Braman! The WORST place to take you car for service. Nobody knows what they are doing. Very unprofessional. 4-hr-oil-change. The Cashier gave me the papers of another customer. The Valet had my car keys and when they refused to give them to me I had to get the manager to get them for me. Unbelievable!!! Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place, some people do things wrong out of ignorance and thats okay, we all make mistakes and nobody is perfect but there is something really wrong here because they were acting out of spite.

Armando Acosta is the best service advisor at this location. I have been going to Braman Service Center for almost 5 years now and he has consistently provided incredible service. He is very honest, professional and in constant communication with you throughout the process. Highly recommend requesting him when you go. The service center itself is very clean and everyone is professional. Only opportunities are they run out of loaners frequently and it takes a long time to get your car when you pick up, which both they can easily be improved on.

I highly recommend Peter Armstrong! I have been having this nagging tire issue for the past couple of months. The service department informed me that the tire was replaced and that the issue was solved. Last Friday for the 3rd time in a couple of months, the tire blew once again. As you can probably imagine, I was extremely furious and upset. As soon as I drop off my car, Peter greets me very nicely and professional like. I explained to him the situation. He made sure that he would identify the problem to see id it was a problem with the tire or rim. It ended being a problem with the tire but guess what he does He?He replaces all my tires free of charge oh and he also addeded a detailing as well. Outstanding service and the car is the running great now. Thank you Peter for your outstanding service. I will definitely see you again for my next service.

Absolute clown show. Took my car for a simple oil change and car was returned to me with an excessive increase in mileage (after only 1.5 days). Will NEVER return to this pitiful dealership. Zero honesty. Also, took FOREVER to retrieve my car for me. I had to get up multiple times to ask where it was.

Had a blown fuse on cigarette lighter adapter. I did not know not to use 12V to 2.5V cigarette lighter USB adaptors. I learned that the only adaptor recommend is 12V to 5V otherwise the fuse will blow. The shop was busy but they took the car without an appointment. They repaired (free of charge) it and got me back on the road. I appreciate it.

Went in for BMW servuce. Waiting for a loner took for ever. When I went to pick up my car it took 40 min for them to bring it up front. The guy working in the front took no action to find out what was happening. Like he could care less. Plenty of BMW dealership stay away from Braman.

Worst body shop I experienced in my so far 22 years of driving different BMW models.Had a rear bumper collision of my 330 repaired, initial guess at the day I brought the vehicle in was $1800 by the agent. So then, uncredible 5 weeks later the shop called me and told me the car was finally ready for pick-up. Went to get my car back and found the agent allegedly sick home! What an incredible bad excuse and false play is that?So a deputy handed over the key and gave me some phony excuse already. I inspected my car and found these things:- paint line clearly visible- spots in the paint- bumper not well aligned with autobody, spacing was like from Miami to Fort LauderdaleThe total was about $4700 and refused to accept the car like this and found me in endless dicussions. Left bumper suspension broke off after 4 months of driving. Conclusion: Dont let yourself be blinded by the expensive cars lined up outside. There is better shops.

After moving from Massachusetts to Florida with my 128i from 2011, I obviously needed a shop to perform standard repairs and service. I clearly DO NOT RECOMMEND to go there. This dealership is ripping you off.I first stopped at Braman BMW Service for the regular service, which I found to be quite expensive (and the service guys are actually pushing you for unnecessary maintenance items), but for a first one, I gave it a pass.Two days ago, I had an issue that needed a diagnostic: car running rough, seamed like misfiring on one or multiple cylinders. Took it there, Braman read the information from the key, detected misfire codes and suggestion to replace coils & spark plugs (all of the 6). Cost me $250 flat fee for diagnostic. Service adviser calls back an hour later, saying that two cylinders have misfire and that it will cost me $1600. INSANE! 1h job (literally on this 128i model): $750 for the labor and $850 for the parts!!!Needless to say that I run away, bought the spark plugs and the coils and did the job myself, in 2h time, for a non mechanic.Last but not least: I paid $250 for the diagnostic, and all I got was a lousy sticky note with #3 / #5 on it. Ridiculous.

Kristopher Barres was my advisor for my BMW my buddy Nik who used to work in Braman recommended me him and everything went smoothly. Quick no pain and everything in my car was fixed both times I went there. In a timely manner. I’m not sure what all these other reviews are about but if you have any doubts just ask for Kris’s Barres I’m sure he’ll get you squared away the first time.

Amazing experience!! Anthony Rubino was a pleasure to deal with. We made contact by phone, I knew what I wanted, he listened, followed up and on the second day called me to tell me he had a vehicle that fit my description. I went in to see it, drove it, loved it, game me a great price and leased it in no time. I told him I did not want to spend an entire day in the dealership filling out forms so they sent me an application via email in advance. We exchanged cell numbers, I called him several (many, many) times with questions and he always answered. He made my leasing experience an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend not only Anthony Rubino as your sales representative but Braman BMW in Miami. Im loving my new Beamer!!

While at the time of selling the vehicle BMW M2 every one at the dealer is a YES man, they do not inform you of few important Policies they have in placed as per Mr. Andre in service (Q Service Program) explained to me. If you are under 21 years of age Bramans Policy is not to provide you with a BMW loaner, instead as a courtesy theyll loan you a Hyundai. Now picture yourself buying a premium vehicle with a premium MSRP $77,---.00 with premium insurance, premium monthly payment, do not have the same premium service as everyone else. Although BMW Financial required an extended service warranty be purchased as a condition to approve the transaction, they do not make them selfs responsible for Bramans Policy or the way they handle their business. In my opinion is discrimination since I meet all the requirements any one else does, full coverage insurance, full financial responsibility, and above all Im paying the same price as the guy next to me whether that individual is 19 or 150. My dollar is as green as every one else. BMW Financial vetted me and considered me worth of lending me $77,----.00. Whats Bramans worried about? if my age was a concern to Braman all you had to do was informed me that you do not deal with people under 21 the same as those that are over 21. So much for equality there. What a shame i truly hoped to have a long lasting relation with your dealer...

Worst service I’ve ever received from BMW service. Came here for oil changed for the first time for my BMW X3 and the technician forgot to put the filter seal and the oil started leaking. Because of this unqualified technician it screwed up our vacation here in Miami. I should have walked away right after Armando gave my husband an antagonistic remarks when he ask how long it would take.I love BMW specially the services I receive from my usual service at Pfaff BMW Canada. I also want to thank Melbourne BMW for taking care of us after what Braman BMW did to my car!

Unbelievably poor service!I recently moved to Miami and was looking to service my car.Entering the store it took them 35 min to check my car in, another 20min for them to get my loaner. Arriving there after work and pulling up my invoice, I see charges like 9$ misc. After asking what the charge is; it is a shop fee which basically covers them putting a plastic cover on your seat and printing the invoice. In addition to that I asked them to change my wiper blades, the blades were 52$ the labor to change them was 40$. Seriously?!?!After paying it took them another 30min to get my car after “misplacing” it.This place is an absolute rip off. Stay far away if possible!

Went here about a week ago for a part. The girl doing the checkout acts like I’m an interruption of her work. Unfortunately I’m the reason for it.The guys in front of the computers all looked at each other like “who’s going to help him” ....sorry guys when someone comes in you have to close Tetris and Super Mario and assist. ZERO STAR! Thats what they deserve. My experience there was a nightmare. BRAMAN HYUNDAI IS TRASH!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place and I dont recommend anyone going there for service or to buy a car with them. I dont wish to anyone what happened to me with this dealership: THEY CRASHED MY CAR TWICE and the last time, they didnt admit it and I couldnt fix it! If you want more info, read the timeline of my events:May, 7: Took my car to the Hyundai Dealership of Braman. Apparently, my car had an engine recall which I was never contacted about neither the car showed any engine check signs.Braman took over a week to get a repair approval for the recall leaving me without a loaner car.May, 9: My Service Advisor GARY DESROSIERS (I dont recommend him, at all, the worse person to follow up and give a great customer service) gave me Hyundai -CA (Corporate) phone number to follow up by myself about the status of my approval. So, he cant do his job...May, 14: Finally I was told my car needed a new engine and it would take up to 8 weeks. I got a loaner car.May, 15: I receive a call from Hyunday in CA (Corporate) letting me know that my process could take from 1 month to 3 months.May, 16: My car was ready to pick up. THEY CHANGED THE ENGINE IN 2 DAYS! At this time it was suspicious for me. I asked GARY DESROSIERS at what time could I go to pick up the car, he said 8PM. Coincidentally, they close at 8PM. Anyways, it wasnt a big deal for me, I showed up before but this guy wasnt there.While the cashier was looking at my case, my car wasnt ready to release on the system! She had to go and look for my advisor (as I mentioned, he wasnt there) or Service Manager of Hyundai (he wasnt there either). Ryan Mullings, Service Manager from Mini was the most helpful person in this dealer, helping me out thru the process to get my car back.When I finally got it... MY CAR WAS CRASHED (Rear Bumper) AND MISSING GPS ANTENA! Ryan was ashamed, took a picture of the damage and let me get the loaner car again.May, 17: I got a call from GARY to let me know they reviewed the pictures and will do the repairs. Waiting time: Until the end of the monthMay, 28: My car is ready for pick up. It took them an hour to find where my car was... Really? After all, I wanted a breakdown of what they did to my car: I didnt trust this dealership anymore. So I went with the Service Manager of Hyundai ALEX HEREDIA. He didnt even know about warranties on cars when you do a recall and replace the engine. After a couple of calls, they finally got an answer for me. NOTE THEIR IGNORANCE!Finally, I went to my car and the first things I see:- NO GAS, 0 miles range and I didnt leave it like that.- Over extra 100 miles.- The advisor, Gary, left at 5PM (before my car showed up). My car was delivered by the Service Manager. He lets see his unprofessional manner once again!- Again, Ryan from Mini helped me to refuel my car.May, 29: I receive a call from Gary telling me to go anytime this week for complementary services that they were trying to sell at the first time: A/C filter, Engine filter, Brake flush, Wipers, Transmission flush. I accepted it!Jun, 1: I was at the dealer by 9:15AM. I left my car with the promise of only 3 hours waiting time. At 2:30PM no contact from agent or dealer. I decided to call and my car was ready.They were trying to make up what happened for the first time but suddenly... MY CAR WAS CRASHED AGAIN! (Front Bumper) I made the claim and it looks like my car had some white lines, but these ones were terracotta color and it was fresh. They refused to repair and I walk off letting him I hope dont have to come back anymoreAfter all, 5min later my boyfriend called Gary to try to get a polish on my bumper because I WAS RIGHT! He said he didnt feel safe with me... REALLY? Im the one who doesnt feel safe with Braman Hyundai. I called the police and report the damage and situation. They refuse me by FL law as a customer of Braman Hyundai.

Do not rent a car here! They scammed me and claimed that I damaged a tire. When I tried to call the company no one picked up the phone. I returned the car and they claimed I had a nail in the tire. They did not give me any proof or paper work of the incident and charged my card without any authorization. I had informed the customer service agent that I had wanted to speak to a manager and she said that they would call me. However, they did not and just charged my card without any documentation of the incident. Other reviews of this company state that this is an ongoing scam.

I will never service my car at Braman BMW again. I brought my 328i in to have the headlight module replaced (even though I bought the car there the day before and no one mentioned that it needed to be replaced before signing). My brother bought an X6 there a week before that he also had to bring in for a repair the next day but that is a separate but relevant issue.I knew what the repair would consist of by simply googling the message that showed up on the dash. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. They updated me every so often saying the part was being programmed and it would be done within 30-40 minutes. I had to call out of work. At the end of the wait, they informed me that they did not in fact have the part they needed and that it would be delivered and repaired by the next day. 4 hours absolutely wasted. They provided me a Kia as a courtesy loaner... A Kia.I called the next day despite the fact that the repair advisor said HE would call me and he informed me that I would have to wait over the weekend until Monday for the part to arrive. I dropped my car off Thursday morning. I asked if they could return my car until the part came in and the advisor said the (incompentant/lazy) technicians would not put the car back together to take it back apart.I called a private owned BMW repair shop and the guy who picked up immediately knew that the car would have to be taken a part to replace the module once I read him the error message on the dash. One would expect the actual BMW dealership technicians to have the common sense/courtesy to let the owner of the vehicle know that the part was not in stock before they took the car apart and refused to put it back together. All would’ve been well if they’d ordered the part and called me back to have the repair done, as it is a very simple repair.So, I called back on Monday after waiting around for a call from the advisor, only to find out that I would have to wait until the next day as the part still had not been delivered. This was probably my 5th call back it seems I would never receive an update if I depended on the advisor’s call.I have never dealt with such incompetence in a professional environment. I would have NEVER expected this from BMW. The advisors excuse is that “this part never goes bad” and that “this is why they always offer loaners.” First of all, why would I want to drive a Kia when I’m paying for a BMW? I had a better experience with service at Rick Case Volkswagen.Now, I’m waiting to find out if my car will be repaired by tomorrow once and for all. In total, it has taken 6 days to replace one headlight module. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have taken my car to BMW of Pembroke Pines.

This is a fishy company with bad business attics, I have a 3 years x5 no problems what so ever put it in for a minor noise they call me with a 1000$ repair, for real? Well it was not, asked to get the old part they wouldn’t give it to me, really why I paid for it I also wanted to see if they did change it ? In other ocasiones they said I need to replace a tire after two a day the tier the rep kicked my wheels to demonstrate? 65k$ car and he kicks the weels in front of my wife, not nice at all .Now the AC started making broblems, really couinsident I have another X5 older with zero issuesBMW lovers should avoid this place in any cost, go to south BMW that’s where I am going from now on

Service man tried to swindle $20 from me for an under the table con job. He told me it was 50 to 100 bucks to screw in some wheel locks, but he would do it for me for 20, cash only, no appointment. Really? Youre hurting for cash that bad? Next time dont spend so much on Christmas gifts, and maybe try earning money honestly?
