I always have a good experience coming to this Auto Zone which is why I come here. The staff are tremendous! They are friendly, very helpful & tends to the customers needs. Excellent service by Dee. I thought I needed a new battery for my businesss delivery van, but he first insisted on looking through my records to check whether the warranty had expired, which could mean a free replacement. Unfortunately, it had expired last month. He suggested a 3-year-warranty battery for $20 extra, which I gladly accepted. Not only did they check the battery, but also the alternator in two different ways, teaching me a couple of car tricks in the process. They truly know how to go the extra mile (pun intended!)

I had the most corroded battery ever seen! Thankfully Roberto was able to help me without a problem. I must say it wasn’t the easiest job but he did his best without any complaints and got it done. I am so happy with the service I received and definitely recommend him!

I came to Autozone last Friday, because the A/C in my H2 Hummer wasn’t working, and I had to drive all the way back to MD. Spoke to my MD mechanic, he felt a shot of Freon would get me back home.A young man named Dee helped me at the counter, and after I requested he help me add the Freon to the car, he agreed.Within minutes he determined the car was not leaking Freon, something else was wrong. I called my MD mechanic, and put him on speaker phone so he could speak with Dee. They discussed a coupleOf possibilities, and Dee checked out the fuses and said they seemed to be fine.He suggested I take the car to an A/C shop that he had used. He called the owner to make sure they were open.I drove there, and within an hour they had tested the hummer and found the defective valves.I’m on my way back to MD now, thanks to Dee’s help, and spot on recommendation!Highly recommend the auto zone, and Dee in particular!

Came to this autozone to replace my battery. My jeep was completely dead and when walked in the worker turned me away because there “wasn’t enough” employees to help, when there was at least 2 or more, just pure laziness. Had to drive all the way to another autozone and to finally get some help and they immediately assisted me.

I would like to comment on my experience in the AutoZone on 27th ave and 12 st Miami store salesman Roberto V was very attentive, courteous and went that extra mile to provide me excellent service. Is very difficult to find valuable and qualified employees and you have him.

I went in on Presidents’ Day to have my battery checked. Sissy helped me at the counter. She was efficient and polite while multitasking with the phones, mechanics, and other customers. Was actually very impressed with how well she handled all the tasks. She took down my info and let me know my battery still within warranty. Roberto actually replaced my battery in minutes and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 5 years and I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Lol I will say, my last visit was the best one I’ve had.

My 1st time to an Auto Zone in Florida. And I wasn’t used to being greeted when I walked in. For a second there, I thought I was in a Publix. I asked a male employee about the item I was looking for and he told me where to find it, while grabbing my item I was also greeted by a female employee. I had my car break down due to a dead battery and needed it to be replaced ASAP. I called in around 5 pm and was informed by one of the employees that they dont replace or check car batteries after 4 pm so I requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to Omar, the manager, and explained by situation as I was desperate to get my car fixed and could not wait. Omar didnt hesitate to offer me all the help I needed. He told me he would have one of his technicians wait and install it for me if I was able to get the car there, which I was.When I arrived I was greeted by Omar, whom which was very lovely and pleasant and assured he would help me in any way he could and not to worry. He then had one of his technicians by the name of Dee, who was also amazing! He checked the battery life / alternator & then proceeded to replace and install my new car battery at night. He was very kind to have stayed and get this done for me.All of the people I have dealt with at this location are always super friendly and willing to lend a hand, great location and staff!

I’m always skeptical about going into retail auto parts stores especially the big names like auto zone, advanced & Napa. They will almost hire anyone people sometimes who know nothing about parts and people who will lie to you about knowing whats good for your vehicle. Today at this auto I ran into a young guy name Dee, he shared with me his expertise on what he knew and he did not hesitate to tell me where he was lacking in knowledge. And I appreciate that honesty and customer service. Honesty is always good for business and the best policy.

My car started going dead on the way back to west palm beach so I came into the store to get my battery checked. I was nervous because I didn’t have enough money but a young man by the name of Dee W. checked the battery and showed us that all we needed to do was clean the top things and the battery was good to go. So i came in to buy something very specific, a tool called tire deph gauge, so i try to look for it myself and i couldnt find it, so i asked the employee to direct me to the item and he was clueless at first then he assume i was talking about a tire pressure gauge, so i went to look for it again, i found it and i asked another employee what is the recommended deph read to change my tires, they told me about 30psi to 35psi, im like do you even know what this tool is for? Ofcourse i didnt say that so i bought it and left.FYI tire deph gauge is to know how much tread you got left on the tires before replacing, i found the recommended deph to replace the tire is 4mm of tread left.

Arrived to the store with a possible dead battery. Store associate Dee, checked my battery to be sure and indeed it was my battery. Dee explained the prices and warranties of the battery for purchase. After purchase, Dee exchanged my old battery for the new battery and checked my alternator status. My visit today was quick and very easy, now Im back on the road.

I go in last night to get the head lights for my car and come to find out they are a special light that cost a hundred something dollars. Robert N. i believe told me about the lights but he sold me the wrong one because they didn’t have the right one in stock but nonetheless he and the guy named Dee W they fixed the situation really good. This guy Dee not only guided me thru taking the original light out but lended me all the tools I needed to get it out and basically taught me how to change the hi def lights on my own. So now all I have to do is wait until the right light comes in and I’ll know how to put it in myself.

Fantastic customer service! I needed to replace the battery for my cars key FOB and had no idea which battery I needed, or how to install it. I was assisted by Sissy who was absolutely wonderful. She found the correct battery and took the time to patiently change the battery for me which is no easy task. WOW just left this AutoZone... I have been coming here for many years but never liked the service before I even hesitated coming today but I came because my car was literally shutting down the street as I drove to the location ..and I am so THANKFUL for the team that I just experienced MANNY DAVID AND SISSY ... MANNY was so attentive great attitude and was not pressuring or pushing me to get something.. he offered me options and allowed me to choose with his guidance.. SISSY was also so very helpful as she explained why my battery was a dead cause and still allowed me to decide what my best options are with no pressure... I decided I would charge my battery and wait to see if it worked or not well turns out I left my window down and the battery was already taken out from my car SISSY offered to put in a temporary battery so I could raise my window ... at that time I decided you know what let me just buy a new battery because of my past experience in this location I was hesitant on not trusting so I wanted to charge my battery first before I made any purchases but all avenues were showing me this 𝕋eam was different! And I was pushed for time and I had let MANNY know as I was on my way to the post office before my car started to shut down and MANNY immediately took the new battery and installed it while DAVID offered to ring me up it was quick and easy as DAVID discovered the battery for my vehicle was there the whole time just not in the right place go team go! ..I made it difficult for myself because of my past experience but this team changed my view on things as of today ...
