Went to get a quote to have a part that I bought painted and installed. It’s a fender flare for my truck which is clipped on the vehicle. They quoted me 300 bucks with me bringing in the part and they just paint it and install it. You can tell they’re out of touch with regular customers and are used to charging ridiculous prices to insurance companies. Good for them. Stay away if you plan to pay anything out of pocket. Ridiculous.
This happened a long time ago, but it’s worth sharing Because it bothered me for a long time! This Body Shop painted the hood of my BMW X5 (black color) and about six months later the paint completely faded, Lost its chain became very dull. Obviously something wrong with the work they did and the materials they used. It can only mean they used cheap paint and even cheaper clearcoat which is what makes the paint shine & last longer. I paid him good money to paint the hood of the car and he flat out refused to do anything about it except a rubbing polish job which of course lasted only a couple of months and then it came became dull again. His excuse was he didn’t know if anyone did anything to it that someone could have poured acid! Unbelievable poor excuse for a car that is garaged. He just didn’t want to admit that his people did a poor job and would not stand behind his work!Be very careful with this body shop as his warranty is worthless !

A month and 15 days ago exactly West Miami Body Shop kindly picked up my car, they made me believe that my car was in the best hands. A week later, after not receiving news, I call the state farm, an insurance company that recognizes them 100% and provides me with the telephone number of this entity. After calling them I get this girl Mirta telling me that she was going to send me an email where I should authorize them to touch the car. Upon receiving the form (completely empty damage estimate form) they asked me to sign it as authorizing that with that signature they had the right to start fixing my car, a form where they would later add a huge sum of damages with their respective prices for the heavens . Good. A week later I received a call from the Infinity representative: car insurance that hit me to tell me that they could only cover 10 thousand dollars of damage to my car that the rest should cover my insurance and I ask that as soon as the arrangement of my car and tells me that an approximate of 10,000 dollars and that had to add the rent of the car that only covers 80%, the rest of the rent comes out of my pocket. To date a month and 15 days ago and I still dont know when my car will be available. 3 weeks ago I called west miami to find out when I could pick up my car and this girl, the rude Mirta in her shouting and her thing fights me instead of me to her to tell me that the car is not there yet because they worked for hours and that my car had ordered the pieces and they have not all arrived. Finally I had a glass of water to refresh myself and we agreed that the next week my cart would be ready. The other week I call and the same story made up in another way, again they tell me that the pieces were ordered wrongly and that they are waiting to arrive. I call for the third time the other week and they tell me that the piece arrived on the same day I was calling and that on Friday I could pick up the car that is being new as the dealer and so they tried to fall in love to file rough edges. Friday arrived and I anxiously called to pick up my car and to my surprise Mirta tells me that the piece did not arrive on Monday if the car should be there. On Monday due to work problems I ended up late and I could not call, but on Tuesday, to my surprise, the piece has not arrived, it takes 10 days the last piece of my car on the way to this place. Today I call my insurance to complain and they kindly transfer me to the claims department, the very kind intermediary girl tried to help in the dispute between the liar and shameless Carlos current owner of the body shop and me. This guy said that I gave problems to sign the form and it is based on what problems because I called to have an empty damage estimate form explained to me. I had to sign it. He says that if you order wrong parts, it is not your problem, is it perhaps that of a workshop for years that should know which piece to put and which one not? To all these, the claims agent asked him what day the car could be ready and this guy kept saying that he did not know because until the piece arrived he could not know exactly. I make a mistake in the piece because my car is a 2015 Chrysler and is completely American car, I live in America and as I understand this carlos h for the delay of the piece they sent her to look for China or care for the planet Tuesday. Conclusions: I already had my glass of water to cool off, I already calmed down again after the review of this review and I tell you, get away from this place. They are friendly when they want money but once you have your car there they will give you headaches to kill and if you suffer from the heart or pressure go preparing your coffin because creamme they will dislike me very much with them for their level of impudence, disorganization, little professionalism and disrespect. Thieves and sinicos is what they are. Unfortunately state farm has to break the broken dishes of these garbage. Good luck and I shouldnt have given any stars, people like these should be imprisoned for fraudulent and low
