Brought my car in after it got damaged--the damage was on the passenger side doors. Got a quick, fair, and accurate estimate. The repairs were completed a couple days later; like new again! 2019 Honda Accord Touring. Very satisfied with the repairs and the service I received--paint matches 100% and I cant tell that the car was ever damaged; again like new!

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I had previously read about Maaco as an affordable place to get your car painted, but many reviews claim you get a quickly done job with many mistakes and no effort put in. This could not be further from the truth at this shop. As soon as I went inside the office, I was greeted and I had to wait no time to get an estimate on my car. On top of that, Andrea (my estimator) did all she could to make sure my car was getting the best treatment possible for the lowest price. At the end of the day, I got an incredible deal which included higher quality paint than the other shops offered at a lower price than the other shops requested! Everyone else at the shop was super friendly and I knew my car would be treated nicely when I left. It took less than a week for the car to be finished, and I was getting pictures and updates on the car along the way. I was worried that since the previous paint job had all the clear coat peeling and multiple bondo jobs the paint would come out bad, but when I went to pick up the car I couldn’t be happier. There were multiple problem spots that they helped me out with so I could get a better result, the paint looks incredible, and there is barely any overspray on the car. I honestly don’t believe I could get the same job done with the same precision and extra prep work for less than $1000 at any other shop. They made me feel like family and made sure I was happy leaving with my car. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family, and will come back if I need another car painted. Julio/Owner and his crew are professional and very courteous. I took my car in for a paint job on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick it up the following Thursday. They sent me a video of the process to show me how the paint job was coming along. At first when I got my car home, I noticed there were a few areas that needed to be retouched. I called and mentioned this to the owner, I was asked to take the car back immediately. The next morning Julio called me to see at what time I would return the car. I left the car in the morning and was called later that afternoon to inform that it was ready. Needless to say, my car looked like new again! My 2008 Toyota Scion looked 10 years younger! Thanks to Julio and the rest of your staff.

Great service and very affordable. Paint job wasnt perfect, but I paid about 30% what I would have to have it perfect. The car looks amazing and on top of that they did a four-day job in 2 days. I immediately scheduled my other car to have it done by the same shop.

Great prices, great work. If you need a cheap paint job this is the place to go. Maaco are franchises so their quality will always vary. This specific location is one of the high quality locations. Highly recommend, the waiting room even has an extremely cute friend to keep company. The prices are reasonable and get customized to your needs. Ive had stuff painted at other Maacos and at USA Auto Collision in Doral and I can say this place does a much better job than all those AND is cheaper because they include and throw in more stuff. Highly recommend!

Christian did an incredible job giving me an honest estimate for the paint job on my car. I got the basic paint job and it looks AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond and covered up the front holes in my bumper from my out of state license plate and defogged my headlights. The paint job looks amazing and the customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend working with this Maaco location.

I was impressed from the good job they did to my car. Cristian was very helpful, answered to all my requests. I needed the car for really short period of time because I was traveling and I needed to get it done quickly. They were really fast and reliable. Really was my first shop I needed to drop the car off and wasn’t sure of the results, but they did the job on the car like brand new - flawless.

I originally gave this place a good rating but have since changed my mind.. after my Initial visit..I discovered a part missing from my car...they had somehow lost it ...the part was there when I turned the vehicle over to them for repairs...they had to replace the part...a few months later I went back to have additional work done...the conclusion of the first visit ended with the interior of my car being covered in dust....the second visit ended with a lot of overspray on exterior and interior of vehicle...I spent hours cleaning up the interior myself..(unacceptable!)...as a result of either the first or second visit...brand new fender liners somehow got swapped out for used ones that came off of a wreck....was this done by accident?....from the way that things are done there....I dont know....but this much I do know...this is questionable and highly unprofessional work being done by a franchise of what was once the premier chain of body shops....the paint job was not that great either....from a distance it looked good...but upon close inspection...there were too many imperfections caused by using a dirty paint sprayer....in conclusion...I would not recommend letting these people work on your car...it might not be returned to you with all the parts that it is supposed to have...and you may be disappointed in the lack of care for your vehicle

I brought in my new Land Rover to repair major dents on my hood and a cracked windshield due to debris falling on it. From the time I arrived, Ron took very good care of me and ensured all factory parts were ordered (the hood is aluminum and needed to be replaced instead of having dents pulled). They worked with my insurance company and the car was completed on the date promised and was detailed inside and out. It truly looks brand new. I highly recommend Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting to anyone wanting a well run body shop.

I’m overwhelmed with joy after getting my car back today. The hood of my car looked like a disaster. The Miami sun baked firework residue into my paint leaving the car faded and rusty. Honestly I hated driving my car. Everywhere I went to paint the hood quoted me $400-$600 for the hood alone! I didn’t think it was worth it for a used car. Thankfully my partner surprised me with a paint job, and I was surprised by how AMAZING it came out. I even noticed my bumper was fixed along with a few scratches and dents. My car looks better than the day I bought it at the used dealership.I heard Maaco paint jobs were cheap and poor quality, but honestly that’s a lie. My car literally SHINES!!

Christian was very helpful and offered great customer service. I was given a five day estimate for Job Completion but i was pleasantly surprised it was completed in 3 days. They did a great job. I definitely recommend this location.

Had my 95 Miata there last month for some bodywork and a complete recolor. Christian was patient with me while we spent hours going over the details. Took only a couple more days than estimated but the finished quality was a solid 8/10, much better than I expected from a Maaco. The only thing that wasnt great was the color. I found the exact paint code I wanted to use and supplied the shop with a photo of the exact color I wanted. The mix came out in a different hue than expected but they convinced me that after it was applied it would match. This wasnt the case. The color hue is not nearly as green as it should have been, and even if the code didnt replicate correctly I expected the staff to be able to correct it to the photo provided. As disappointing as this was after paying for the best paint package, Im still over all satisfied with the quality of the work done.

Last week I brought my car to Maaco, their service was great, they gave me an estimated, and I liked the service, they maintained contact with me. Today I received a call that the car was ready. I am satisfied and content with the outcome, I recommend this place. A great family business.

Office Manager Christian, was very very helpful, and thats including the staff and also the owner. If it wasnt for Christian Im not really sure when my Toyota Camry wouldve gotten fix. This is a wonderful and excellent Auto Body Shop to get your vehicle fix for it to look just like brand new.

I went here to buy a part for my car only, I was told theyd call me for the estimate and cost of the part and was never called. I gathered since I did not need them to put this part on for me, I was treated in this manner.

I drove a friend to that place in order to paint her 92 Toyota Corolla. I saw the reviews and they looked good. But maybe were written by the employees friends. Bad communication with my friend, they didnt complied with the time frame given. When it was ready, they ripped off one part of the car, the finish was sloppy, they didnt connect the tail lights, they missplaced the original Toyota logo. And when my friend and her neighbor who gave her a ride, complainted, she was told that she should understand that her car was old (?????) Hello!!! Since the beginning they knew that. One of the employees tried to sugar coat that bad experience. Finally they corrected all their errors, returned the car with an original part missing but they promised to order it, and pay for that part. So, maybe my friend was unlucky or the good reviews are false. I painted a car at the Hialeah location awhile ago, and I got an ok experience.

Im a little dissapointed in MAACO. Promises was made that wasnt kept, my paint job wasnt all that. Just dissapointed in them totally.

I took my charger in to get a body kit and be painted they said it be done in two weeks but six weeks later it s still incomplete they had me come and pick up the car three times all times it wasn’t done but they still tied to make me leave with it today I picked it up and as I’m driving away the side view mirror fell off I went back and they glued it on and put tape on it o paid $2637 upfront for everything to be perfect six weeks later I have to drive off with parts taped on to my car not to mention runny and bubbly paint several dings crack parts chipped paint and dent in my hood oh wait I almost forgot they broke my front windshield they replaced it but left a gap in the top of it I hope it doesn’t leak also the first time I went to pick up my car because they said it be ready I was surprised when I saw it not painted not even primed so I was understandably upset and they got physical and aggressive with me the owner his wife and another worker jumped on me yelling in my face and threatening me the lady had to restrain the guy from attacking me this the most unprofessional horrible experience I’ve ever been forced extorted really to have to endure I hate this

I came to this workshop after several months to complain to maaco the guarantee of the painting of my car in two years the painting did not work after several months they approved to polish the car not to repaint even though the painting does not work and I pay 4 years of guarantee now in this workshop they told me to leave it in a couple of hours we polished it yesterday all day they did not do anything to the car call and they do not answer today I come to collect it the car is dirty that you pass your hand and leave the mark of the dust and do not seem to have done anything ask him and say that this freshly washed and polished I ask him as he has dirt and dirt stains I show him I pass his hand and he tells me that this is the normal dust I tell him just washed and polished waoooo give me to sign a 5-page invoice for them to charge the corporation and I tell them I can not sign you there says a lot and I think you did not do anything then they tell me that I can not take the car and I had to call the police his workshop and maaco are thieves cristian and a girl who says that she is the owner are the ones who took care of me. I signed the bill because I had no other option the police came and did not help me the bill is false they did not do anything to me maaco corporation has my email where I tell them not to pay for me to sign under threat.
