If you crashed your car and want people to actually help you, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AutoNation Collision Center, was the worst experience of the week. Even worse than the car crash itself!Went to get an estimate but since my car was waiting for the insurance to come through I asked if I could leave it parked in the collision centers parking lot for a few days. The employee who attended me, Jorge, said it was no problem to leave it there. He conveniently forgot to mention that that each day parked at the collision center would cost me 100$.When I came to get the car for repairs after sorting out insurance stuff, they charged me 700$ for parking the car there.After I complained that he never informed me there would be a 100$ daily charge he said it was my fault that I did not ask. He proceeded to charge me 400$ and had the audacity to say Im doing you a favor by not charging you the 700$. I was very upset and insisted for a more appropriate price... He complained it was my fault yet again and I was finally able to convince him to charge me only 300$. (For doing absolutely nothing.)

Very mediocre work done at best. Poor experience picking up my car: my car was ported to somewhere else because they “mixed” up the cars. Get ur stuff together guys. I thought taking it to an autonation dealership would be better but I learned this is not the way it works. Don’t make your insurance pay them. They don’t deserve it

Professional staff, excellent attention and result!

I am so disappointed by the service here. I was told to come here because they do handle repairs on cars like Mercedes. Though Jose was helpful as far as keeping us updated with the repairs, when I went to go pick up my 2017 Mercedes Benz, it was NOT in its pre-accident condition as we were guaranteed. In fact, I found more new dinks near the repair site (right passenger head light) which were not there and my chrome border on the passenger side of the car looks scuffed up as if some hard material was rubbed against it making it look dull. The scuffing was NOT there prior to me dropping off the car. Furthermore, on top of the chrome border, on the passenger door there is a noticeable paint chip, as if something sharp clawed it. So it is evident that something rubbed up against the passenger side during the repairs causing the marks and scuffing. When it was pointed out, we were told oh yeah no big deal its not noticeable any way. I am so upset because now I have to deal with the scuffing and paint chip which clearly is noticeable. Even though its minor, its a pain and a headache when it comes to explaining what happened when I turn my car back in after the lease ends. SO disappointed with the customer service and definitely not returning here and ensuring that I do no recommend them to others. I definitely should have read the reviews prior to going as it seems receiving your car back with scratches seems to be a pattern at this facility.

Body technicians did a good job on the rear bumper section of my SUV but when they painted that section they took my door handle off but forgot or neglect to reinstall the torx screw that hold door handle in place luckyly it didnt fall off and got lost that would have been a different story I went back after fussing and they corrected the problem, I shouldnt have to, great work goes a long way just like word of mouth .

Very unprofessional employees and the worse place to get your car fixed, lots of scratches after they did the job, car start breaking down next day after I picked it up from body shop. My advisor was Jorge Romo the guy just wants to get the client in since you’re in they will rip you off and the insurance company that you are with.Your car would not be fixed not even close to what you expect. For the unreasonable price they are charging you can get your car fixed any other place with less headaches, better repairs and cheaper price. My advise is stay away from this place or you gonna regret a big time after. They didn’t deserve even 1 star but since you can’t do that you should select that star. Worse auto collision center and it’s from Auto Nation that’s a shame.

This shop had my car for a month and a half. They constantly changed the date it would be ready for one reason or other when in reality they take in way more cars than what they have the manpower to handle. So my car was sitting there for days, without getting worked on. The car had small scratches that were not part of the original accident when I picked it up. When they tried to fix it, they scratched another part. I finally gave up because I needed my car and was over dealing with this shops incompetence. Unfortunately, I had to go back one last time when a sensor they had incorrectly secured came loose. So after going back 4 times after the initial 6 weeks they had the car, it became apparent it would not get any better than this, on the contrary. There were new dings and hairline scratches each time. Shoddy work and zero accountability in this shop, never again.

Dont trust this place. They kept moving the date they were going to deliver the vehicle and when they finally called me to pick up the car, the battery was dead. One of the guys that works there, had to jump the battery so I could drive home where the battery died again so I ended up paying a towing service to take the car to the dealership so they could fix it. I dealt with Ricardo most of the time and I couldnt understand why some of the work the car needed couldnt be done faster. Im not a mechanic but everyone I asked was surprised at the amount of time they took to fix my car. I would not recommend this place to fix your car.

I gave this review one star because I couldnt give it a 0. Manager Alland Oregon is the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have ever met, what an embarrassment to Chevy and autonation. This guy bullys his customers and treats them as trash, he yells and degrades women and has no respect for anyone. The staff are truly incompetent, stay far away from this collision center. They painted my 2012 camaro two different colors, left a half an inch gap between my front bumper and hood, painted 1 of my rims a different color (so now I have 3 rims one color and the fourth a different color), there are scratches all over the newly painted side, they misaligned my passenger door, they did not replace stips that they took off, they left my gas cap unable to close, and I can continue. They then tell the insurance that we are being picky and that the car is completed. They now do not want to take responsibility to do the correct repairs. This place is a joke. So disappointed in chevy and autonation, I will never purchase a Chevy again in my life, nor recommend one to anyone if these are the type of people they hire and have running there shops. Rather have tried fixing it myself, Im sure I could have done a better job. STAY FAR AWAY!!

They have had my car for a month now for a little fender bender and supposedly it takes about a week to paint a bumper. Dont bring youre car here

I went there to see what they can do with my car, it was 4:50 pm, as the place close at 5 pm they asked me to return other day! The day after it was raining and they didnt have a covered place to check and evaluate the car. They really didnt want to make money, much less work!!!!

Super terrible service !!! Had scratches on my car they cant connect bumper property .. They was space between bumper and my car .. They didnt want to and refused fix it ... Highly not recommended ..

That does not work there and I have been looking twice on the street losing work and it is a new Silverado 2019 and it marks me on the motor tabletop and there it does not solve no good
