Feel so bad giving these guys 1 star (bc theyve been nice for the most part and I own 2 business myself) but unfortunately I have to. I took my VW EOS here 6+ months ago for an used engine swap (work and engine from them) and have been back and forth COUNTLESSSSSSS times with problem after problem after problem after problem! And I live in pompano - so had to drive an hr each way (not even kidding) almost WEEKLY! Lights kept coming on the dash and parts under the hood kept breaking! It was IN.SANE! Not to mention they would tell me one time frame oh itll be ready in 3 days and it would never be ready! A week later id come by AND IT STILL WOULDNT BE READY! Ive wasted SOOOOOO much time and money here - wish I would have just gotten rid of the car 6 months ago instead of thinking they could give me a decent motor with good word done. Such. A. Headache. So happy its over as Ive sold the car. Bob and Melisa are nice, communication mediocre at best- just didnt feel like my car was cared for properly from the beginning. Sorry guys, but clearlyyyyyy I will not be back.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!I i had my AC compressor fixed with them. I was convinced that purchasing a used compressor would not guarantee the part would work for long so i asked to just put in a new compressor and yet they still put a used compressor and now im driving my kids around in 90 degree weather until i am able to get this situation fixed. Not to mention the guy over the phone (I wish i could have gotten his name) was a complete AHOLE had a nasty attitude. I would recommend to go somewhere else!!!

Just to start things, i hate going to mechanics, most of them will lie and steal your money and make up issues that don’t exist, i had the complete opposite experience here with my 15 Passat, Bob who was the guy who I interacted with the most was super nice and honest, went in cause car wasn’t starting, literally they had the perfect excuse to overcharge me for anything but they didn’t, ended up being a bad ground, they secured all my grounds and even included the fix within the inspection price, he secured all my grounds and i was good to go! Car its running smooth again 10/10 would recommend!

Technicians over at the Buggy Doctor are pros, I have had replaced my transmission, shocks, window regulators and more with them.Now under new management, and I really trust Charlies professional opinion when it comes to my car. He knows his stuff.They could improve on communication, but if you know how they work shouldnt be an issue.

Not the same since the original owners left. I called about a specific part I needed, sent them the email with complete VIN number and twice they didnt call me back with availability of item. I bought it somewhere else. I bought all my vw needs through them across 3 generations of gti.The original owners would have have made sure that i got a call back the first time and made sure it was the right product. Its a shame such a great buisness turned into such a bad one on customer service.

This place really does have the worst customer service you can imagine. I will find a place that has good customer service and give them my business in the future. Somehow 3 extra hours of work took 5 days to get done! also, when I came to pickup my car they tell me its being washed and will be ready in 10 minutes. I waited almost an hour and the car never even got washed. while they were doing the work I asked them to change the oil. they couldnt manage that even though they kept the car for 5 extra days. they promised to give me the extra paint from the work, but didnt have it when I picked the car up. Stay away if you value your time.

Worst costumer service ever. They talk down to clients and theyre arrogant. I took my car there twice, and both times they completely trashed it, seats were black and windows full of dirt. They will try to make money out of anything they can, so prepare to be ripped off as much as possible.

I paid 867 dollars for a thermostat and coolant temp sensor and something to do with my turbo and fuel pressure on my rail lines on my 2006 audi a4 the car jst didnt want to start at times but when it did it ran like a beast the day before i brought it here it ran to 120 mph my check engine light was on for the coolant temp sensor only code popping, i get my car back and it takes forever to pass 60 and then they tried telling my it was the transmission and because i had a different rim but the day before i ran the car up and down the highway with no problem as soon as i give it to them give them 867 i have a totally different problem with the car that they cant even solve

I came here to buy a used throttle body. Two months later the part is no good...waste of $160. Never again will I buy my parts from here.

Be careful you take you’re car too I went too this shop multiple times because I had no other option and they took advantage of that fact and ripped me off there very slow and have no regards for youre time they tried too tell me that I didn’t buy my water pump there and that it was from China and I didn’t need that for a timing change an hour later of arguing she found my receipt with zero apology then tried too sell me a 14 year old headlight for 500 dollar

This place has the worst customer service ever there was some fat guy in the front desk that was extremely rude. I was charged over 500 dollars to have a part replaced on a volkswagen jetta and they ended up breaking something else on the vehicle.
