Ive been coming here for years with my dad and they have great prices only reason I even gave them a star, recently I guess theyve had a change in management and man is he a piece a work his beyond rude speaks little to no Spanish and really gave my father a hard time on his last visit how do you hire someone thats speaks no Spanish when you have a location in Miami come on I think everyone knows 99% of the people that live here are Hispanics .. Other than that you should check them out just make sure you avoid management

Bad customer service, wait time is terrible waited like an hour for just one part. the assistant manager jairo has bad attitude problem,he is a really mean person, says vulgar language, treats his employees really bad. i was there a while back and i see this female try to ask jairo if she can remove the plastic cover from bumper that she receive and guess what happens jairo brutally with anger removes the plastic cover from bumper. and hits the female in the face. i wouldnt recommend nobody buy auto parts from certifit. the assistant manager jairo should change his bad attitude.
