Was looking for speaker wire to re-wire my home stereo at the start of the COVIDE outbreak. Called first for wire and asked for directions, then said I’d be right over. A guy charges out of the garage to the showroom saying that no ones allowed in the store and I was to read the sign on the door. I ignored him, he should’ve locked the door and also gave me instructions when I phoned earlier. To buy from Top Auto was more economic for me because Walmart and online stores sell it at set feet, here, they cut the length that you want. Price seemed good to me. Buying from smaller local stores may cost a little more because they don’t buy in volume, making their products more expensive, however buying local supports our community’s vendors, you get your merchandise immediately, and you can see and feel what you’re buying before you pay.

Had two speaker systems installed in two different cars one I paid $4900., the other $2100.The next day it stopped playing,each week their was a problem and when I went back every week for a year they could never fix the issue,so I had to go to another installation location for them to correct top audio issue.Top Audio will make you go to prison so do not let that old man fast talk you and they will put left behind parts in your car for full value.(total scammers

Bunch of scammers. All I needed was my alarm on my truck serviced..the remote which he sold me two years ago..He tells me I have to upgrade my entire Alarm system for 225.00...post Covid stress..using poor people to makeoney

They are not helpful, I had to build my own box cause they wouldnt, I had to make my own speaker conversations cause they wouldnt do that either. Whats the point of having a business if you just turn people away for basic things.

Trust me their Great Guys, I just dont like that if you bring your own items that you Already Brought & you like which you want to be installed that theyll recommend something else to instead. The way I feel if I was an installer, if you brought it & thats what you have (Ill show you that we can make it work just the same), because thats what we do, plus if its high quality equipment in which I have. Many of us dont want to buy Audiopipe or Timpano amps. But rather than that I surely would go to these guys if i wanted to use their products.

Visited this store and wanted to take advantage of the service, but it was not possible that way. refused to me that I watched how to install the audio system in the machine referring to the fact that I can not look at how they work because Im not an employee and there is no insurance. even if I stand in the door and look. I am a client and this is my right. very poorly work with clients. can magizine and good but working with customers at a VERY low level !!!!!!!

The most horrible experience ever, very deceptive, he told me one price to install a radio when I got there it was triple the amount we discussed. The so called installer just randomly cut wires behind my radio and messed up the existing install. Also I went there with a bypass wire he did not install it and now my backup camera works going forward, so when Im driving forward I see whats behind me and when Im reversing I see the radio (great help). So now driving is 10 times more dangerous because I have to manually launch the backup cam while driving. Never trust john ...period. I will never go back to flopaudio in life. never trust a man that puts a glove over his tiefing hand. never patronize this vendor better off going to the swap shop or somewhere (god forbid, but at least they are honest) also AFTER THE INSTALL MY CIGARETTE LIGHTER DID NOW WORK WHEN I TOOK THE CAR BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. I WENT THE CHASE BACNK ALSO THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING.

Top Audio Miami was awesome! They assembled my fiances car stereo in 30 minutes and also walked him through the basics of operating the stereo. Well be going to them for our alarm install as well!

Stay away from this place if you dont want to be conned and have your equipment damaged! They were supposed to take out the radio from one car and put it in another. I paid over $210 and they damaged the main cable that allows the display to come out. The guy installing it looked confused then got so happy when he finally figured it out (werent they supposed to know how to do this?) Then when I went to use it the display would not come out. The owner then said he would hold on to it and replace the cable. Months pass and I just end up with excuses. I asked for it back and because it was taking so long. He never got back to me about the cable or about refunding for the damage his worker caused.

Waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone when there was only one other customer there. I had to ask the man there for help as he ate his food. He seemed to not want to be bothered.

The guys here are great. They remember you even if you havent been there in a year. If they do the work and its not right and you bring it back in a week or so, theyll fix it without charging you.

I give this place a 3 star because my music was not put in correctly for the amount of money they charge me. I at least went back to this place about 4x in one month. Next time i will go to another audio place to have something install

I lost hope with this company, and I stop coming because everyone seems stress out each time I visit. I came to the audio shop looking for parts. I was upgrading my car radio just to have GPS. It is the newest radio in the market that has everything my car has and more. My car already came with a premium sound system (7.1 surround sound, with 2 cameras, HDMI and two USB ) . First visit, they spent 6 in a half hours on my car. The radio got install and now the cameras isnt working nor the sub woofer that was previously working. Second visit, my cameras got install but now they are flickering. My hazards light activate my camera. They only work 30 percent of the time. This transition feels more of a downgrade than upgrade. I lost so much features compare to my factory radio. > Im mostly upset on there customer service. They are not giving me any options. They just work on my car and they didnt even know the car had a HDMI port and Cameras. I wish they took the time to understand my car and features and what Im looking for. Seems like the company are good at working on older cars than modern. Or just American cars

There is a big bald black guy with a dirty beard that works there that has absolutely no customer service training. Just jumps into everyones damn conversation very unprofessional very sloppy. If you want a better image for your company drop this Joker from your payroll.

Jhon and his team have been doing the music thing forever and the craftsmanship and quality shows in their work. You wont get it cheap but it will be worth the expense.

Very nasty chineese owner.i dont think he likes my kind. I brought him a indash radio to install in a crv that had no radio and he refused to install saying my radio is garbage. He doesnt deserve to profit off this type of business if your reading this review do not go to this business for anything. i took it to chachys on 103rd st and nw 27th ave and no problems in 30 min i was back on the road for 50$.
