The bulb in my Runco LS-1 died, and ordered a replacement from MyProjectorLamps. The order was turned around same-day, and arrived in about a week, one day earlier than promised. The lamp module was packaged and protected well with foam and arrived in perfect condition. I compared it to the original and there were a few differences, but nothing of concern. Installed it without problems and it fired right up. I get to watch the Packers today on my projection system, woohoo!

I ordered three projector bulbs for our triple wide projector system in advance of an upcoming event of ours. When the package arrived there were only two bulbs enclosed. I contacted the company and they told me that they only had two bulbs in stock and that they would send me the third one when the got it in which should arrive in within 5 - 7 days. However, they had already charged me for the third bulb and made NO communication about the delay in the third bulb. I told them that we needed the bulb for an upcoming event, they then charged me an additional $39 shipping fee to get the bulb to me in time for the event-- although they had already charged me for the bulb which should have arrived in time. Add insult to injury, they then signed me up for incessant email advertisements from their subsidiary company Deelat Industrial. Dont order from this company!

Never heard of this company before, ordered two lamps, one arrived in a broken housing. Other than that, so far so good, the lamps work, I cant tell if theyre actually new or not, I guess well see how long they last.Theyve lasted 3 months so far. I seem to have a bit more yellow tint than I did with the previous lamps.

Well...I tried to go the cheaper route and purchase an inferior lamp. It last for a couple of months and died. Luckily I found this company. They sold me the correct lamp. I installed it and the quality is significantly different. MUCH better! Thank you so much!

A 5-Star ExperienceWe really enjoy our Sony projector, and I estimate that we got about 4000 hours on the original bulb. The manufacturer states it should get about 6000, but in our case, there is a wood stove nearby, and it is mounted to the ceiling. I think this contributed to the shorter lifespan.Without much warning, our original bulb just POPPED one evening, and we were left hanging until I could find a replacement.Other sites had the bulb for nearly 2X the cost of this one, even though this is an original OEM unit, and not a knock-off. The unit came much faster than expected, and I was able to replace the bulb with ease.We immediately noticed a much brighter picture, and realized we hadnt even noticed just how dull and dim the older bulb had become. I probably should have ordered two, and I may just go ahead and order a second one to keep in reserve for the future.

Whenever I shop at a new site, I am always a bit leery, but I placed the order. I received immediate confirmation of my order and then shortly I received a shipping notice. Update:Ive upgraded my review to 4 starts because, although dealing with a bad lamp and a confusing return process wasnt great, the company did eventually send me the right lamp, and, upon my request, issued me a store credit for how long it took the replacement lamp to ship. I think that the company still has some work to do in the organization / communication side, but their customer service team is friendly and responsive, and I appreciate that.__________________________Their website is well designed. They have a wide product selection, and their prices are competitive. My only issue with them is that I received a bulb that went bad after about 20 hours of use, and I had to pay to ship it back to them. For defective equipment, they should cover the return shipping cost, not make their customers pay for it.If they really want to knock it out of the park when it comes to customer service and build customer loyalty, theyd offer to overnight a new bulb to me, and theyd send me a label to return the defective one (and only charge me if I dont return the old bulb promptly, or if it turns out that the one I sent back was actually just fine.) As it is, while I will consider ordering from them in the future, I cant find a particular reason to stick with them as an exclusive supplier, as opposed to using a competitor.

APPALLING SERVICE. My first overpriced bulb from this company blew within 6 hours. Customers service first email response was quick but replying with relevant info that they requested for return and replacement drew ABSOLUTE SILENCE. after replying 3 times to the first response email and not getting a reply after a 5 days. I sent a second fresh customer service ticket. and the same happened even though they wanted more info than the first response. In the end I had to call and get some movement. This at least get a shipping label sent to me.I was told they would do nothing until they received the defective bulb and that I would have to state in a letter whether I wished for a replacement or a refund. It cost me $12 to ship (Standard mail) and the same day they sent a replacement. Luckily Id opted for a replacement but if I hadnt Id have to sent that back too at cost. Very poor!A asked if I would get at least the postage refunded but they just stopped replying to my customer tickets.All in all they have APPALLING customer service and a 30% higher cost to the original Epson bulb, unfortunately epson only make a few units a year so they feel they can increase prices due to this.Also while the USA side can deliver with fast delivery1-2 Days the Canadian Side only ship with standard shipping 5-7.

I bought a less expensive lamp on Amazon and it failed within the first month, sent it back for replacement and the replacement failed right away. However, when I got the bulb, it was the correct part number that I ordered, but it was smaller and not the same manufacturer of my original bulb (Projector - PE-AE2000U with a Panasonic bulb). I returned it for a REFUND, and they send me another one. I returned it for a refund, and now they are charging me a restocking fee. So, I lost money by taking a chance on this company. Wont happen again. ***EDIT*** Im trying to contact them as they suggested below, but I have not heard back yet. I just now sent them a 3rd email. I sent the lamp back around 9/26 and have not received a refund yet.

I placed an online order with this company. These were parts our customer needed the following business day. I selected overnight shipping when placing the order. I received an email too late in the day to do anything about it.According to the email, there was not sufficient stock to fulfill our expedited order. I called as soon as I could the next day and was assured by the person I spoke with that he would check with the warehouse and I would hear back from them regarding this order within the hour. I called back an hour and a half later and cancelled the order.The following day (yesterday), I received a copy of the paid invoice for the order, as though the order had been fulfilled in spite of the cancellation. I called again and was ASSURED that the order was cancelled and that I would receive a copy of the refund in 2 or 3 days.Today, our customer received the order that she needed 3 days ago. Now I have to make arrangements to get them returned...This company has wasted our time and money (because time is money) and we will never use them again. There are better online sources for projector lamps. I recommend you use someone else.

Buyer Beware!!! Ordered lamp almost 2 weeks went by no shipping information received. Called customer service, was told lamp out of stock but they just ordered it and it will be delivered in a week. Lamp arrived with broken housing. Called customer service again, informed lamp is out of stock and replacement will be delivered in a week. I just requested a refund, I was told I would receive return label. I didnt. I called back 2 days later for return label, then was advised I have to write down serial number of broken lamp and make sure I get the tracking number when I send the package back, I have to email them this information to return the item. Ironically the email they sent me with shipping label HAS the TRACKING NUMBER. I sent it back as requested even providing them with information they gave me. I have made multiple calls and sent emails requesting refund. I even have fedex signed confirmation they have lamp back. They ignore the emails and tell me when I call that they are processing my refund as we speak and I will receive a email confirmation of the refund. No email has come and no refund. I finally called my financial institution and disputed the charge. Please dont buy from here!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely one of the worst and most unorganized companies out there. I have 2 projectors and bought 2 bulbs. One worked for 2 months, the other worked for 4 months. The first replacement worked for another 2 months and the second replacement didnt work immediately. I was verbally told I would be receiving a full refund even though it was outside of the 180 days from the original bulbs. Then a few weeks later somebody called me back and said they wouldnt refund me because it was past 180 days, completely going back on their word. I said it shouldnt matter if its 180 days, the second set of bulbs didnt last 2 weeks and the other one day. Terrible internal communications at the company and terrible service.

What a ridiculous experience, accompanied with the worst customer service. Returned the product because the bulb did not work in our tv and was not notified of a $25 restocking fee at the time of the call and was later told I should have read the “fine print” on the forms they e-mailed me to return the product. If I had known about a restocking fee, I never would have ordered from them. After they received the bulb on 1/10/18 it took them 14 days to refund the money, only after having to call and inquire about the refund. Meanwhile, I received multiple e-mails about leaving them “positive” reviews on multiple forums. John, the sales manager, was short and despite their token “best customer service on the internet” line, there was just “nothing he could do” to rectify the situation. I suppose if they can’t make money off of quality products that actually work, they will make money off of the restocking fee. Hopefully someone else saves themselves the trouble. What a waste of time and money.

I ordered from MyProjectorLamps because the lamp I needed was for a JVC 4K projector and the ones from JVC were almost $400. I researched the bulb itself, and found that Oshio makes the JVC bulb and this is what is in the lamp I ordered at almost half the price. I ordered a cheaper bulb on the internet that said it was JVC, but when it came in, it was a cheap knock off bulb...not JVC. Now, I will only order from MyProjectorLamps going forward. The quality was good and the bulb is OEM for JVC.

I usually call an AV guy to fix my stuff, but I keep feeling like Im getting taken to the cleaners. Last time I got my projector fixed it cost 750+. This time I was quoted at $850 to fix it. I ordered my lamp from MyProjectorLamps for about $330, and it literally took me 10 minutes on YouTube to confirm how to replace it myself, and another 2 minutes to actually replace the lamp. Saved $500 with this group so Ill be back next time I get a lamp burnout.
