I love this place. Yeah its a big chain shop- but this one still manages to keep a mom and pop vibe. With familiar faces like The Mayor, who always keeps treats handy for local pups who are welcome inside (and a lucky few are even photographed on the wall)...just one example of keeping a rad family vibe. The staff are ultra helpful and they get anything they might not have ordered ASAP. Love this place!!!

Love our amazing teacher Hannah! She is very patient and positive with my son who has Epilepsy. She isnt afraid ( some people are) she is always telling him what a great job he is doing and he learns fast. Overall the music academy is a great source for anyones interest in music. My son Joseph takes one on one lessons with Hannah! The payment plans are convenient and the staff are warm and welcoming! Im a happy mom!

Friendly folks but not much of interesting or new devices, customer service is lacking a bit too. Also avoid their electronics repair as though a seperate entity works under their roof and is not very responsible... A simple fix for my instrument has take 1 month and yet no news...and its always when I call no updates or reassurance on anything. :/

I are thieves, I went to repair audio equipment, never called me, spent a few months and I called, they told me q had not yet repaired, returned to call the weeks later and they said the same. Today make 9 months and still nothing
