Monark Premium ApplianceI am in middle of a 2 year battle over making my expensive appliance work properly. No help from the showroom people yet. They washing hands with me. Push me to service warranty people and anyone but them. They need resolve my situation and make me whole. then i can evaluate the company. However the other appliances are working.Their response is fake. with someone who will be in touch. They in touch to say they are on vacation. Not one person wants to help resolve a lemon refrigerator.Its a series of pointing fingers at the distributor, the refrig maker, the warranty people, some repair people who are not qualified on these refrigerators ( the repair person just takes instructions over the phone). Monark has really made it impossible for us to get a solid REAL fix to our problem. Horrible process of delays and delays.

Scheduling the delivery was difficult. Not sure why that happened but it was very frustrating.Sales person was fine.Delivery And installation went fine.

We are in the process of purchasing a home that needs all new appliances, which is daunting enough without needing special fits, etc. Our agent recommended Monark after everyone else we tried dropped the ball or wasn’t able to help. I was connected with Eddie R. who’s been extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to pull together a package to fit our budget! There are delays for shipping currently, but that is not Monark’s fault and is wide spread. The initial experience has been great.

The service was fantastic and Eddie met all my needs. They helped me find the best products to match my budget. The delivery teams was efficient and prompt. I did end up having issue with my SAMSUNG products ( will not buy that brand again) but monark definitely stood by the there promise of service. They handled everything with return process and fixed it despite SAMSUNG awful service and ability to service there own products. They were proactive helped solve my issue. Definitely will use again.

After shopping around at multiple stores ( none of which had any inventory due to covid), I decided to check out Monark since I was in the area. I was put in contact with Edward R and he walked me through the entire process and recommended certain products that would fit my families needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly knows the ins and outs of the products he sells. That’s something that is severely lacking at big box stores like Brandsmart and Best Buy. I felt very comfortable making a large purchase of several appliances and I definitely would not have felt that way if I had to drop the same amount of money somewhere else. I am extremely happy with the products I received and Edward was an amazing help during the process. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was simply blown away by the attentiveness and customer service that I received.

I came here months before Covid to select appliances. The sales person Marcelo was helpful and not too pushy. He promptly shared a quote and complied specs for my cabinet maker. My project took much longer than expected so I went dark for some time. When it was time to pull the trigger, COVID hit and the showroom was closed but the Manager Luis took my inbound call. He was friendly, responsive, helpful and eager to win my business (in a positive way). I also got a quote from Ferguson who I awarded my plumbing to, but I guess this was not valuable enough for them to offer any “seal the deal incentive”. Luis on the other hand made it clear he valued my business (and hard earned money being spent). Once the order was finalized they were in constant contact regarding timing and back order delays due to COVID. They were able to hold onto my order longer than initially expected due to my contractor’s delays as well. Helen in the back office was also a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were organized, responsive and professional. When install day finally came Antonio and Lew were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and TIDY!!! They arrived on time and also called when on the way :) Antonio had cleaning spray and even removed all finger prints before they left!!! The entire experience with Monark was 5-star start to finish. Thank you for a refreshing experience.

Several months ago I was referred to Monark Appliances by the owner of Cisca Construction and GC Mr. Frank Balleste . He introduced me to Mr. Camy Gomez and Mr. Luis Mena . Both Mr. Gomez and Mr. Mena were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to picking out the appliances that would fit my needs in my new kitchen. I had gone to numerous places to look at appliances but all I got was a sales person who just wanted to push a product that they had no idea about . At Monark both Mr. Gomez and Mr. Mena made you feel at home and never once pushed a product on me that would benefit them . Once I found the appliances that I wanted they explained the purchasing process and what I needed to complete my order . They along with the front desk secretaries have always kept me abreast of my order. I recently received a phone call advising of my delivery date nearing and that some other appliances would be on back order due to COVID 19 . I immediately contacted and left a message for Mr. Luis Mena who within minutes returned my call and advised me that he was working on trying to get all my appliances on time however due to COVID 19 there would be a possibility that it would not be delivered as previously told .This news was not what I wanted to hear but just the mear fact that he contacted me and assured me that he and his team were trying their best to get most of the appliances made me very happy .This is the type of professionalism that you don’t see much of anymore . So again I want to thank Mr. Gomez and Mr. Mena for being top notch ! I can’t wait for my delivery and to see my wife’s face. And last but not least I need to thank Mr. Frank Balleste (Cisca Construction) for his referral . Best contractor for the best appliances !

The salesman was great, but he is in sales. The installation experience was a total nightmare. If I could rate them lower I would. This has been such a horrible experience. Previous to installation they have a team come out to make sure everything is in order. The team gives you in writting a list of things you need to do. When the installers come then they tell you they cant do it and give you a new list of things to do which some are the total opposite of what the first group said . We then call for installation a third time, the person shows up 4 hours late, hangs up on me, doesnt put protection on the floor until we asked him to, then refuses to install the equipment. The appliances were in the garage. I told him I would move anything he needed to bring in the appliances, in the house. He said no, refused to do the work and left. If you want something done right do not buy your appliances from Monark and definitely to not ask them to install them.

My wife and I spent 2 hours on Saturday with a sales person. After selecting a complete high end kitchen package that would cost over $20K, salesperson said she would send quote late Saturday or early Monday . After not hearing back by 4pm Monday, I called and she apologized, said she was busy and would send by 5pm. Nothing. I called again Tuesday was told she was busy and I left message and would get a call back. Nothing. Our valuable time was wasted by someone with terrible customer service.There are too many other appliance stores to have to put up with lousy, uncaring employees and companies. In a world where competition is fierce you would think they would follow up on a big ticket sale. We went to 2 other stores and received quotes on the spot or within 24 hours.

This place has terrible customer service...the sales personal are sitting around chitchatting and ignoring customers. We waited and waited to be helped and when I asked the front desk for assistance she had to call 3 different people and beg them to help us. Worst experience in my life.
