Daniel was the agent who assisted me throughout and helped make my experience easy, smooth and better overall. He provided me with his cell number and he was able to give me updates on my car as well as keeping me calm. I dropped off my car a Wednesday morning and didn’t have a diagnosis for it until Monday the following week. This took way too long! Yet, Daniel made it possible to have my car ready that same Monday afternoon. I will return thanks to him.
Overall I had a good experience recently purchasing my vehicle at the Miami Lakes Chevy dealership. I gave my sales rep Michael a bit of a run around because I wasn’t sure which direction I wanted to go but he was knowledgeable, innovative with his tactics and convincing without being annoyingly pushy. I wish there was more inventory and that I could have gotten a better price but I understand that for the most part was out of their hands. Overall I’m happy 👍🏽
Good service well Respected seller. The only thing is that the following day my wife and went and perched a new KIA and the seller sat down in the vehicle and explained with patientall the Features in detail of how everything works and in my case that didnt happen and Ive had to go on Google to Learn how everything works. I feel that the seller should be educated on that.

Customers are able to pay with or Credit Cards or Cash.. Each part comes with a Warranty. The employees Wear mask and all who entering must wear a mask.

Went to do an oil change and tire rotation before a drive to Orlando and ended up doing a tire rotation somewhere else because I was told by service that it couldn’t be done due to my tire setup being staggered! That doesn’t matter! I’ve gotten my tire rotation before with this set up before, just move left to rights and rights to left. I’ve gotten to another dealer where I originally purchased my vehicle and they always get it done. Why couldn’t it get done at Miami lakes auto mall? Would never recommend to anyone. Terrible service quality!
Disrespectful parts department. Impossible to get ahold of on the phone and if youre lucky enough to get answered they dont want to help you whatsoever and hang up the phone. Angel Perozo sold me a special order part and didnt even check if the connector actually fit my vehicle he just wanted to make a quick sale. If I can give 0 stars I would. For Chevrolet parts youre better off going somewhere else.

The time it took for service was not acceptable and the fact that when I received my vehicle back I notice front end damage when I returned home. My intention was to bring the vehicle back but with the experience I done had and time not to mention the miles I done put on the vehicle already from coming back and forth I just cant take more time off and be disappointed.

I went in for a routine oil change with a 2:30pm appointment when I got there I was the only car there and there were only 2 people in the waiting room one of which got there at 12pm for a diagnostics check. I talked to the person at the front desk and I mentioned to him that I had received an email in regards to the end of summer savings event and wished to use the complementary car wash service which included interior vacuum and exterior wash. I had also wished to get information on the 4 oil change package special and if I already had a certain number of oil changes included because my car is new. He told me not to worry that he would get all the information and inform me and that with delight they would also wash and vacuum my car. Fast forward a total of just over 2 hours later at 4:38pm my key was given back to me by a different person who was on a personal call at the same time and the person who had originally helped me was no where to be found. no information about the oil change was given to me and my car was without a doubt not washed. I didnt mention anything to the person that handed me the key because I had already waited 2 hours for just an oil change and didnt have the patience to wait any longer for the car wash and vacuum. needless to say it was a horrible experience and there is no reason a simple oil change should take over 2 hours when you arent even busy.
I brought my companys van to your dealership to repair a flat tire, TPMS sensor and to perform an oil change. The service advisor assured me it would take a few hours but the van would be ready Monday. After waiting all day Monday, I was told it would be ready tomorrow. After calling on Tuesday and getting the run around, I decided to go check it out for myself. Guess what??? It was in the parking lot with the SAME flat tire it came in with! The service advisor said the technician couldnt safely lift the van due to the weight. Thats funny because Firestone, Tires Plus and other repairs shops Ive visited in the past NEVER had an issue with the weight of the van, which is a GMC Savannah 2500. My question is, if they could not perform the service, why didnt the service advisor call me? I would have taken it somewhere else. The oil change was not done either but he only work that was done for the ENTIRE day on Monday was the air filter...great. I missed out on a full days work and inconvenienced my customers that I could not get to. Thanks so much for being a complete waste of my time.

Avoid at all costs!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I am not sure how anyone in their right mind had a positive experience. In shopping for a new Colorado just over a month ago, I came in for a test drive. In addition to the fact that the dealership insists on including features that they install and no one wants in order to mark up the price, they try to charge a market adjustment fee. In my case, it was an additional 25% above the sticker price. Three days after visiting the dealership, I found the exact vehicle I wanted from Mike Maroone in Palm Beach and had it dropped off at my home. I paid about $15k less than what Miami Lakes was trying to charge me for basically the same truck. My suggestion is to only go here to see what you want and then buy elsewhere. Also, because of the mark up, you cant qualify for a normal lease. The salesman told me I would only qualify for a loan. Needless to say, Maroone got me financed with a Tier 1 (prime) lease and a great monthly payment with zero down at signing. Miami Lakes wanted me to put down at least $3,000. This is not a reputable dealership.

My experience who very bad from the service advisor. When I speaking to my service advisor about what I needed done to my SUV he said hold on I have to take this call because it’s my order from what I’m eating.Then later I asked him if they cold check the air on the tires and do a Complementary car wash his reply was the car wash is closed and I told him I saw five other cars being wash then he said if it’s working then will wash your car. Danny said is there anything else you need for your car I guess. I thought that remark was very disrespectful from my service advisor.

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to give the dealership a chance to right a wrong. I bought a new Silverado in mid May. As usual, all the vehicles in this dealerships lot have add ons that you have no choice but to purchase. They put on some GPS tracking system and some anti theft stickers on the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased had none of these installed. When it was time to do the financing, I explained to the finance manager (Raul Cabrera) that the vehicle did not have these items installed and I did not want to pay for them. He told me that every vehicle has these items installed and if I wanted the vehicle I had to pay for them. Reluctantly, I signed the contract which I guess is on me. After a bunch of back and fourth with the dealership I finally got a response from the general manager (Joe) and he told me that they would refund me the money for the GPS system but that I would still have to have the other items installed. I agreed to his terms. The general manager told me that they would send me a check in the mail for the refund which I never received. I then contacted him again and he told me that he would check on that. I never got a response from him. So I gave up. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I think I gave the dealership a fair enough chance to right a wrong. But in the end, they decided it wasnt worth it. Make sure you check everything with this dealership as it looks like all they want to do is swindle you out of every cent in your pocket.
This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with, they are liars, they changed the rate of my loan, they didnt put the license plate in, they lure you in with good prices, but they are unprofessional, cheaters, they are a terrible place, do not buy abything feom them, they cheat and lie.....
Terrible experiences with this dealership across the board. Have put off leaving a review because I figured I would no longer have any issues since the car was purchased, originally I had to return 3 times because the never took it off of dealership mode. However when I returned to the service department I was met with a confrontational employee who told me I can take my car somewhere else if I dont want to dal with him and his poor attitude especially since he did me a favor when really I have a service contract there was no favor. This was followed up by him coming up to me and getting in my face like we werent in a place of business. In Hindsight I would have taken my business elsewhere and I will going forward, a customer should never be put in the position I was with this particular dealership employee. After meeting with the manager I was told the issue would be addressed and come to find out that nothing was done the car was just left as is so after all of that I still need the work done. A minor repair has turned into a no win situation for anyone. Stay away and use someone else
I had a 9am appt to have an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:15 and my vehicle was not ready until 11. As I was driving away I noticed that my tire pressure was low and brought it back so they could fill the air.All was fixed and friendly staff. Apologized for any inconvenience. Despite the delay overall I was very satisfied
From the time i walked in my salesperson treated me with respect and made everything much easier to deal with..i even called him all hours of day and night asking questions, and he was so knowledgeable about my needs and concerns..very happy with him...
I took my car in for a concern and was told the car wouldn’t be ready for 4 days. I explained I had hopes of leaving out of town a bit earlier and the advisor as able to keep me apprised of the status of what was being done but also recommended options that would have been beneficial to me. I truly appreciate him and he was also able to get the car back to me within 24 hours.
I went in for oil change and resolve recalls on the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, nobody knew where the keys were. I had to wait a very long time. In addition, the paperwork indicating that the work was completed was not available, and it has not been made available. It has been four days since the visit. I have no confirmation, other than verbal, that the work has been completed. I have been calling and emailing the dealership to no avail.
The car salesman, Pablo Cartaya was very friendly and knowledgeable of the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The finance manager, Jesus Francos did an exceptional job with the financing part of the deal. He as well was, very helpful and knowledgeable. It was the smoothest car buying experience Ive ever had. I am happy with my purchase and will recommend both of them to anyone in my path. Excellent customer service experience from both employees!
Horrible service. I had never heard anything good about this dealership. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. Short story, service was terrible, staff is rude, inappropriate, only one girl was helpful and even her was frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer care. I felt worse for her disappointment than for the horrible service I received. Hopefully I dont ever see myself in the desperate need of going there ever again. Terrible in every way.

Miami Lakes Auto has poor friendship with their customers,they rush their work and at times seems as if they dont want to do the work. They are quick to tell you bring the car back another day. Every time I visit ifeel very uncomfortable
The quote we received for brake pad repairs was twice what it actually was at another shop, the quote given to repair the center console, which turned out to be a $42 part was $350 for parts and $320 for labor. The headlamp which is. $240-250 part was quoted at $1,600. The service quote was $4,900.00 and all got done for < $1000. Seriously crooked people run this shop!
I was there on 3/27 call before I got there talk to darling she gave me all the information we’re had to go and who to talk to. Once I got there Javier Torres help me with everything he is really patient and answers all our question because we are first time buyer. We got a lease and so far everything is perfect thank you Javier he event told us we can call him for Amy questions 🙏🙏🙏
Tried this service center for the first time. They did get me out on time, but when it came time to check out, the cashier could not apply my GM rewards certificate, I had to go to the one person in the parts area, wait almost 20 minutes, then he comes back and says, nope can’t use it, the computer is down, and he can’t apply it. He did not try to assist, did not call to verify the certificate and apply it, I offered to pay the whole thing, and he could refund me later, it was just “NO”, no solution no help, nothing.
I had a tire rotation and they did not check the pressure of the tires. They also forgot to check the other fluids besides the oil change in which was done to the vehicle.

The process to buy a car took 4hrs. too long. People were very nice, sales rep and Alejandro in finance was very helpful.
I paid to get leather seats and now no one is answering my calls. UPDATE: the manager called me to “fix the issue” but made it worse! He tells me to come on Monday, the plan was to drop of my car for a couple days while they install my leather seats and I would get a loaner or a rental. I give the manager my work schedule and I advised him I won’t be able to make it until 6:30-7pm he tells me that’s fine. I get there and there is no loaner and the rental place is close! I drove over an hour in traffic to get there for no reason! Worse dealership ever!

I went to check out a car I found online that was a decent price with good mileage. When I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes for them to find the keys. A car was blocking it and wouldn’t start so they gave the car a jump start with the car I wanted. The other car still wouldn’t start so they get the key’s to the car behind to move it. I liked the car and was excited to leave with it but when we talked about the full price payment they wanted to charge $7,500 on dealership and bs fees. The manager wouldn’t bring down the price and didn’t care to bring down the price. Now I’m receiving a e-mail of liquidation clearance. That’s sad for their money hungry selves, I don’t even recall giving them my email. Spam!

The worst experience one could have. Trying to get someone on the phone is a mission. If you like to be given the run around and be waiting around for parts for over a week,then this is your spot. The parts department is horrible. Gilbert and everyone who works in this department are horrendous. No one answers the phone, they give you promises for the delivery of parts and no one is held accountable for mistakes. I have asked for a supervisor numerous times and just like his employees no one bothers to call. By far the worst parts department in South Florida. I have ordered parts from California and they’ve been received faster. Couldn’t have asked for a worse representation of a brand.

Definitely my worst dealership experience. After agreeing on the price of a used car, the sales manager named David very unsuccessfully tried to explain to me why the price of the car increased by $9,000 after taxes and dealer fees were added in. People don’t waste your time, these salesman are stone cold crooks!
Purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse and was assisted by Mario Rodiguez. I have to say that a car can really be purchased anywhere however, a good salesman such as Mr. Rodriguez are very hard to come by. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The oil was done fine but they never rotated my tires. I had to call the dealership back for them to come pick up the vehicle and do it the next day. The time before that I had you change my oil and the tech put to much oil in and they broke my wiper going through the car wash. All the issues were resolved promptly but still it is just that things werent done properly the first time.

Absolutely no costumer service skills at all. They are not aware that costumers go there by election, they are not the only one dealer in the area. There is a discordance between the webpage and what really happens there. If I am setting an appointment, is to avoid the Fast Lane line, and upon arrival, (on time for my appointment) I had to waste the time (I WAS TRYNG TO SAVE BY DOING THE APPOINTMENT) on the line.So far, the WORST experience ever.Management should send their service team to Coral Gables Autonation just to learn a little bit on customer service!

I have been a customer of this dealership since it was Potamkin, many years ago. This time, I visited to trade my 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S and purchase a new 2021 Corvette C8.After a few conversations with Gloria the sales professional and management, we agreed on a price for both the purchase and the trade. While waiting for the finance person to be available, I was told to go to CarMax to get my car appraised. I reluctantly complied and was escorted by Gloria.Unable to stay at CarMax due to a high number of people waiting to get their cars appraised, I decided to leave. Gloria told me that the GM had agreed to keep the deal.The following day, I was told that my car had decreased in value but their Corvette kept its $20k over MSRP rate intact. I tried to keep the deal by getting my own financing but was pressed for a decision.At the end I declined to purchase the vehicle and have yet to hear from anybody, even Gloria who treated me with respect at all times during my visit.I have since purchased a better equipped Vette and I am very happy with my new car and my new dealer.You could give Miami Lakes Chevrolet a try, and see for yourselves, perhaps they are listening to individuals who express their views of the service and attention received during our visits and are making positive changes moving forward.

If you decided to buy a truck from this site make sure you be aware of the games they like to play with the truck prices. Their internet guy told me I could get a Silverado L1 for 36,500 after the rebates. He stated the truck original price was 42,000. After going to the dealer, the sales person stated the truck was 52,000 for a four cylinder engine and no four wheel drive. He told me he could give me a rebate, but after he added up all the fees, the price went back up to 53,000. If you check their website you will see trucks listed at a fair price, but the games start once you hit the car lot. A day later I got an email from one of the mangers and he asked why we couldnt make a deal. After my reply I never got another response from the internet guy who originally gave me the price or the manger who sent me an email. I guess they make enough money where they dont need to value customer service.
Personal were very proffesional and politeService was terrible, I was calling all day to find out status on my truck and none pick up the phone.the problem describe by me still persist in my truck, I was told that is the wway the ruck is or one of the issues and the secod issue with the cracking noise in driver seat I was told nothing wrong was found. I sstill have a cracking noise in my driver seat to the popint I hate to drive my new truck .... Do not blame the personal for this issues is more like a systems problem and lack of knowledge....

We went to the Chevrolet dealership on 3/18 looking to lease several vehicles for our business, but on arrival 80% of the staff were not wearing masks, and the others had them pulled down to their chins The salesman approached us without a mask and without a conscious of distancing. Had anyone returned our calls to the dealership to try to pre-arrange everything, we could have mitigated a visit to the dealership but after 5 calls, with no response, we had no choice. Finally, the website says you adhere to COVID 19 Guidelines, they are no where to be seen. I am posting this review because my attempts to actually speak with anyone in management there via phone failed.

I called to make an appointment, the person who took my appointment asked will you be waiting for your car or dropping it off. I told her I would be waiting for the car. I got there dropped off the car and waited. I got there at 9A.M. at around 2P.M. I see my truck parked to get the oil change but no one working on it for quite some time. I went up to a service rep. he told me to speak with Armando Velez which I did. He told me he did not know I was waiting for my vehicle and he rushed for my truck to be finished. He informed me that one of the reasons I brought the truck in for is no longer covered even though it has been a reoccurring problem since I purchased the vehicle. I am very displeased, I didnt get my truck back till 3 P.M. six hours I waisted at the dealership. I wish I could cancel the package I purchased because I do not see the value in it.
If you want to overpaid for a horrible service then I suggest you take your car here. I had the car there for more than 7 days for a simple fix. And guess what... they didn’t fix the issue. Also good luck getting a hold of your service advisor on the phone... might take you days. Total chaos... don’t go anywhere near that place. You come in with a minor problem and they try to sell you a new engine.
This has got to be the worst chevy dealer in South Florida. If you want your vehicle returned in one piece this is NOT the dealer for you. Their service advisors don’t really care about their customers, you call service to get an update on your vehicle and no one answers and to top it off instead of caring for your vehicle they do the opposite and break your vehicle. This by far is the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The service manager takes no ownership. I guess the service advisors learn from the managers. DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL BREAK YOUR VEHICLE NOT FIX IT.
The parts department is a joke! We are a professional shop located at north miami with 30 years on business and never seen something like that. There is no way you can talk to anyone. They must hire some personnel to take care of us. It took tu us two days to order, still a week for a part they promised next day and now two days trying to find out where is our part. Order from eBay will be faster and cheaper
This is the worse Chevrolet dealership in existence. Every time I have taken my truck for service, the people that work there lack customer service and do not know how to treat people. After 45 minutes of waiting, they still had not checked me in. AVOID this place at all costs. It’s not worth your energy. The people here are rude, and don’t care about giving you an ounce of customer service.
