I purchased a used airbag at a very fair price. It was installed with no issues and cleared my previous airbag warning light. I attempted to register my vehicle and was asked for an invoice showing the donor vehicle’s VIN. I believe that I accidently threw away the copy that was provided in the box the airbag was shipped in. The staff were extremely helpful with getting another copy to me so that I could present it at the inspection site. They followed up by phone and email multiple times to insure I had what I needed and that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Their level of customer service is something you don’t see very much nowadays. I highly recommend this business to anybody requiring replacement airbags. They’ll make sure you’re taken care of even after you’ve completed your purchase.

Don’t give this place any business!We were charged more to repair a seatbelt than a new one. Jose was offered to reset an airbag module for free because of the overcharge. Jose accused s of deploying the seat belt.....which we hadn’t. We mailed an airbag module to him for a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid to be reset. They charged us postage to return it! After the install......airbag light was still on. We had a qualified airbag service here scan it ($100) We were told that none of the hard codes had been reset. We had to buy a new module and then the system had to be reset. Don’t trust these guys!

I ordered a set of used airbags. Received my order in a timely manner and received the correct airbags the first time around. Mechanic installed the parts and everything worked fine. I would do business with them again.
