Horrible Company! I came across them on Groupon. I purchased their offer and called 10 times. No one ever answered. Finally I speak to someone and theyre booked out for 4 weeks! How sway?! Scam!! PS All their Reviews are FAKE! Look how each reviewer has 1-4 reviews and they are all the same type of review!

This place was great! We had a group of 12 and they accommodated us immediately. We all doubled up on scooters and only ended up paying about $45 each (to ride from 10am-7pm!). The deposit was pretty large and made me nervous at first, but it was refunded back to me before we even left that night. Everyone there was friendly, informative and worked quickly. Will absolutely go back next time I’m in Miami!

Im renting scooters from that place for years. Always reasonable rates and reasonable REFUNDABLE deposit (I had an issue before with the different company), super clean scooters as well. $630 FOR 3 HOURS RIDE!!!!!!!They gave me a broken scooter. I waited 3 hours for the mechanic, then then asked for money for repairs. I refused to pay, they took $500 of the deposit. The Bank was on their side because they prepared a special template for stealing deposits from clients. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES and read only negative reviews, because the positive are fake.IMPORTANT: Do not sign their rent contract (ITS SCAM), dont let them your credit card!!!. Do not return the key from the scooter, until the deposit is returned.Safe travels everyone! (I attach a photo of the repair to prove that I am a real customer with a negative experience)

This was an incredible experience for my girlfriend and I. Nick is the guy running the show, he’ll get you set up in no time and rates are the best. If you have to put gas in the scooter, there are plenty of stations and should be about $3 to $5 to fill up if empty. Our 2-person ride was good and comfortable. You want something that doesn’t make you look too touristy. Plenty of places to park for free. Helmets are provided if you desire. Easy to ride around in South Beach. We are very happy with this place.

Save yourself the headache and do not rent from this business. I was told that the $500 security deposit would be returned within 24 hours of the scooter being returned. They came up with a reason not to return the money. They are trained to fool tourists. Avoid this business.

THIS IS A REALLY BAD BUSINESS! I had a very horrible experience. Do not go there unless youre prepared to call cops. They are shady and will find ways to charge you extra when you come back. It is your own risk! And god may help them, they refused to give us the full deposit back when we did not break defect any item on there bike. They simply denied that we gave them the $500 deposit because it was cash.

We rented the mini Hummer (4 of us on vaycay) just because we wanted to ride down by the beach. Bought 2 hours of pure fun and relaxation. Do NOT forget your sunscreen and a hat! We were able to play our own music and enjoy fun under the sun...MIAMI STYLE! Nick was SUPER helpful and got us in and OUT! He understood our urgency as we didnt have time to waste. We had all!! The fun!! Comfortable AND RELAXING. #GRATEFUL

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They will charge you for anything they can. We rented 4 scooters and they wanted to take our deposit from all 4 for regular wear and tear. They Kept swearing and calling us names. Not professional at all. Charged me $60 for a bike that was already broken And another $150 for a service repair that broke as I was driving. Kept talking about us in Spanish as if we didnt know what they were saying. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. You will be very disappointed. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I come to south beach I use these guys! They have a big selection to choose from and whenever they don’t have what I’m looking for they send one of their guys to go get it. Easy to return & you get your deposit back right away.

I strongly advice NOT to rent your scooter with this guys. At first, they are super nice and friendly, everything is no problem body. Once you return it they pretty much treat you like a criminal and as a result you will end up paying a lot more than what you anticipated.I rented a scooter for 10 days, it broke down 2 times. I could have bought myself a new scooter with how much I ended up paying basically.

First time renting a moped wasn’t pleasant. Waited over an hour to rent the scooter, then management was all over the place. When we finally got the scooter there wasn’t any gas, the manager had a non English speaking person trying to explain how to work the bike. He also told us that we wouldn’t need gas until the next day and we ended up running out just 3 blocks away from the facility. This place needs to do better at managing their affairs. Speedometer on the two seater was also broken 👎🏾
