I have a scooter that has been stopped for more than 5 months! I tried to turn it on for more than 20 min and I did not succeed. I went to the store where I bought it and the girl who attended me very kindly, managed to turn it on in less than 3 min. the service is too good.the bike was even bought in the same store, more than 1 year ago.

The Scooter I drive gave up on me yesterday, and I contacted Normandy Scooters For a check up . Criss pick it up at my condo in less than 30 minutes although He Said 45 minutes, awesome 👏👏. DO NOT GO TO NORMANDY SCOOTERS!!Trust all the one star reviews you see, the guy Rob sold us a motorbike that didnt work for even one full day. He took it to fix it over TWO WEEKS only to return it with more problems. The bike doesnt start, theres no way for us to get it to the store to be fixed and he refuses to acknowledge his mistake. We have been very courteous communicating with him throughout and he tries to point the blame towards us, and responds with rude, snarky comments. Highly recommend boycotting this store its not worth your time, money, or energy.

Please bear with me, since Ive never posted a review before and am unsure of what to write. Today I purchased a moped for my grandson who will be relocating from Hartford to Coral Gables. We stop by Normandy Scooters and made our purchase. We did not get the womans name, since neither one of us spoke Spanish. However the young gentleman in the shop did assist us with the purchase. He explained everything to my grandson and even allowed him to test ride a scooter. We were planning on leaving the moped in the shop and having my neighbor stop by with his pickup truck to assist with delivery. However, the owner (Chris) arrived and after a few minutes, offer to deliver my grandson moped to us free of charge. When Chris arrived with the moped later today, I learned that he served in Afghanistan with the same unit as my son. After seeing his military ID; I would like to include, there is no greater honor a person can provide this country than serving in our Arm Forces. I salute you Chris and will let all our Veterans know who they can buy mopeds from. Thanks Again!

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the service provided by the women at the desk and especially Chris who works in the back. They have the best prices in town and great quality scooters too! All my friends love what I bought and will be buying their own soon. Definitely give this place a look!

Horrible plain and simple

This place is TERRIBLE. The service here is below average completely. I walk in and it took 15 minutes for someone to come out and help me. On top of that!!, they weren’t paying attention to the questions I was asking and just trying to push the sale as quickly as possible. Wow someone is trying to sabotage this place with bad reviews. I have been coming to see Chris and Connie for 4 years and they have been nothing short of accommodating. Chris has picked me up from being stuck on the road once and Connie has come to help me on her off day. These are the definition of good friends. Go to them for all of your scooter needs.

Do Not!!!!!!!!!!! do business with these fraudulent people. They completely took advantage of me. Let me start from the beginning.i found out about this company. Through an ad on Craigslist. I came into the store on 12/10/19 to purchase a scooter that day. and I did. I was told by Robert the mechanic. To bring the scooter back at 300 miles for a $35dollar oil change. Before I can make it to 300 miles I brought the scooter back 3 times. because It would take a really long time to crank up. And everyday it would get worst and worst. When I called in to speak with the mechanic they would tell me he wasn’t there. And wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. It would the scooter would start up after so many try’s. Run for 20 minutes then break down. And leave me stranded. And I would have to sit with it and phone a friend to pick us up. I let it sit for a few days then Eventually I rented a u haul and made a trip to the scooter shop. caught up with Robert. Who gave me so much attitude for something that was their fault. I Left the scooter with him for 3 day. Come to find out it was a crack in the carburetor on a brand new scooter. He apologized. And said that it was their fault. Brought the scooter back a 300 mile for the $35 oil change He also told me. At 1500 miles to bring it back for a second oil change for 45 dollars. And I did. And at 2000 miles I would have to get a tune up which is 165.00 according to Robert. When niv motorcycles,inc near my house. Did the labor and included the parts For $59.00 and everywhere else I called wanted no more than 63.00. I can go on and on and on. Chris, robert, and the disrespectful Latin woman at the front counter. Are all crooked.

Well after seeing all these go down online, what can you expect of someones personal information being published online because the owner does not agree. I havent even bought my scooter from them Yet but went in for a consultation earlier this week and i have to say customer service was exemplary. i stumbled in and the young woman was welcoming, informative and made me feel comfortable with my questions as a novice future scooter owner. i appreciated that she didnt let me leave until she started the sale. all i have to do now is go back with my part of the bargain (deposit money, license), and im on the road.i highly recommend this business to anyone in south florida, period.seeing the negative reviews made me wanna write this even more and send a big middle finger to haters in general.im going for my 150 probably monday.

My is Alexis.2 years ago I bought a 50cc Taotao scooter in that store and the attention was good when they sold the scooter, but when I returned to find the warranty, they gave me the oil change, free but when I asked for a replacement part To Criss partner Tony with an Italian accent he refused and he told me to call the taotao owner and Soo I call the taotao they told me that they had been lost thousands with thsr Store and yesterday I went to look for an oil change and they took good care of me that the Fat Tony is no longer existed and that they have a new administration and super good attention, compare in the past with that guy.

⚠️⚠️⚠️THE WORST STORE OF SCOTTERS, all the good reviews are false, I am a customer and a neighbor, I bought a new motorcycle that turned out to be defective and they say that the only thing I can do is check the motorcycle, the mechanics change them as a disposable mask, every time he took it, they screwed up something new and the bike still had the same defect. IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY, DO NOT VISIT THE PLACE.
