Tourists, Beware! Im a South Beach Local for many years and I even got duped by Marcella, whom Im assuming is the owner. I noticed there was no pricing on the shelf for a 6 pack, so I asked her how much it was. She tells me $12.99, then proceeded to charge me $14.46. I left thinking, Wow, that seems more than what the tax should be! So I checked my digital receipt and it showed that she charged it as a cash discount. And the receipt had no details. I called her up immediately and asked her why there was such a big price difference. She claimed that it was tax and a credit fee. Lol, so not only is she ripping off her customers, but shes also ripping off Uncle Sam. Wont be go be going back there, which is a shame for her, since I love wine.

Randomly discovered this place and can’t believe the variety of items they have - from the exact white wine my family loves from our trips to Italy to true Buffalo mozzarella AND truffled pasta. The service is also AMAZING! You can tell the family that owns it truly loves what they do. Such a great find in south beach and it’ll be my go to liquor store going forward 😃

They went above and beyond to put together a birthday box for my boyfriend. I am out of town and they made this a very special surprise. They wrapped it to make it pretty added a ballon and a card. Everything was so perfect.

Beautiful shop, with attention to detail and super central! The selection of wines and spirits is fantastic, not to mention all the great Italian products you can find here!The staff is very kind and dedicated to what they do, I recommend everyone to come here!

This is my very first negative review and it is directed solely to the lack of communication with the owner Marcella. Three weeks ago, my boyfriend and I went to the store and bought 3 cases of a very particular drink as that is all they had in stock. The price was established at $14.99 per case. We asked to order more and We were told to call during the morning when the owner was going to be in the store and she would have been able to take the order for us. I called when I was told and ordered 10 cases at $14.99 each. I called Marcella a few times in the 3 weeks Period to make sure that she had the order and to confirm.I had originally explained to Marcella that we were coming from out of town. To be exact 3 hours away. Upon arriving to the store today, the lady who was working told us that each case was $21.99 each. To our surprise and shock we asked to speak personally with Marcella and her only explanation was “ they raised the price “ when she ordered them. I am extremely upset as Marcella could have conducted a more professional business by alerting me of the price difference when I talked to her a few days prior to make sure that in fact she had the order in stock. Instead, we went the extra drive to be told that “ the price was higher and that she was sorry”. I am a very professional individual and this is NOT the way to conduct business! All she had to do, was to let me know over the phone a few days ago when I confirmed the order! She even admitted several times that she was wrong . Unbelievable. Extremely disappointed. Needless to say, we did not purchase any of the drinks due to the principle and the “ rip off”.It is extremely disappointing that during our conversation 2 days before our arrival, she failed to mention that there was a change in price and a quite significant one to say the least. Had we been notified prior we could have negotiated a price that would have been fair and would have offset any unexpected expenses that she may have incurred!

Best liquor store on South Beach! Friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining staff. The owner is always there and is approachable. They always have new, interesting novelty items that you cant get anywhere else. The owner and staff know most of their customers by name. Prices are comparable to other liquor stores in the area, but they offer FREE delivery from 9 am till midnight!

Love this place. The Italian Cookies and Champagne are great. You can find so much for your party.

Is it proper training for your employees to color/race watch customers? My sisters and I were potential customers when we walked into your store and were racially profiled! The employees immediately followed us to the tequila wall while one suggest point of sale and the other one watched. We were provided what seemed to be customer service until while checking out a Hispanic couple walked in and and were not even greeted by either of the 2 ladies observing/profiling us. Beyond that we asked was the New Girl going to assist the other custom she said no. Basically displayed that they didnt need to be watched WE did!! Extremely rude when we address the situation and said well I dont care you can leave! Wow thats awesome World Class customer service! Stay woke!

Probably the only liquor store in all Miami with a heart, happy atmosphere and attitude, welcoming art design, same great staff, and strategically situated a minute from Lincoln Road:) They make people happy !
