Any person who meditates and utilizes crystals would understand the value and price of crystals, and to say that this place listed their items overpriced, is an understatement. If you really want to go to a spiritual store, and enjoy your experience please take my advice and head to The Golden Triangle in coconut grove.

Great place. A staple on Alton road, that has been here for a while. Staff has been gracious and very welcoming in the many times Ive visited. They hold great in store events from time to time. Well worth a stop in.

Fake spiritualists. Called to see how much their sage was and they would not tell me what size costed what. They just told me come into the store. Came and realized I wasted my tome as a 4 inch stick of sage was about $15. Real bait and scam artists

The stones in this store are beautiful. It’s obvious that the staff and owners have done some really well intentioned cleansing rituals on each piece, nice vibes!I wasn’t that excited about the selection of books, as I couldn’t find anything on numerology, but I was pleased to see a pretty large Spanish section.

They sold a overpriced chipped crystal to my bf for Valentines and also lied it wasnt like that when I went there to change it. also didnt informed that no return or no refund when they sold. they didnt want to change it to another one even though it was their fault to sell something like that. they are only there to make money and rip you off. those ppl who sell spiritual stuff should know how to spread light. but it is opposite.very negative energy from that store. I wanted to talk to manager but if the cashiers attitude like that, I can imagine how the owner would be. not worth to talk to manager. I saw other reviews had similar issues. forget it. Ill never go back. better buy something online so much cheaper and better quality indeed.

If you are in Miami Beach I would suggest to visit 9th Chakra! They have a large selection of crystals, spiritual books, incense and many more resources for your spiritual wellbeing. They also offer chakra healing, detailed aura readings and more! I was very impressed with their aura reading. It only took ten minutes and I went home with a report showing the color of my aura, description of what the colors meant and even my chakra levels.

Dont go for a psychic/intuitive reading. I went for fun with a girlfriend, and it was was a joke. All he did was spend the session selling us on his body talk therapy and telling me exactly what I told him about my life... in different words. IT WAS NOT A PSYCHIC READING AT ALL! I tried for a month to contact the owner/manager and tell her what happened, and had to go to the store to discuss the situation... where they told me I had to send another email to the owner. I explained the situation, and she admitted Jamie is not a psychic. I asked for a refund, and she denied it. I am very disappointed with the situation and how it was handled.

Do not buy anything around the holidays they will not assit you with Any faulty purchase!! . The manager was extremely rude when I told her that the $180 fountain was missing pieces and I needed to see what pieces where missing and how they fit together . When one of the employees was helping me she called me selfish for taking his time away from other customers and that anyway she would not return the money if anything missing because all final sale. She made me, a regular customer who always buys at her store atleast monthly feel as if a burden and asking for something unreasonable. This is the first poor review I have ever written in my life and as much as I dont like to send negative vibrations ... I was so disappointed and insulted as how they treated a regular customer that I just had to write this. I suggest your very careful when you buy anything that you have to put together there and dont expect the owner to be kind and have good customer service. If because of this review she decides to be more customer service oriented and accountable for the satisfaction of her customers than I will consider this review helpful and good use of my time .

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They tried to sell me a pebble for $8, i said i was looking for incense. They charged me for the pebble and put it in the bag. They also didnt give me a receipt. I told them i didnt want the pebble, they refused to give my money back...i had to argue with them for several minutes.They told me to come back later and get my money back, Leave my email and theyd notify me when they were going to give me my money back. I was about to call the police, but they gave me back the money.... then finally a receipt came out of the register, which they offered me. Shady as hell

I bought a quartz two days ago as a gift for my boyfriend and I went today to change it for another one for me because he did not like it and the girl told me that everything in the store comes out and that it does not there is change, unfortunate Attention to the consumer and more knowing how special the crystals are and how they have to be to the liking of the person who is going to take them, I definitely do not advise or visit her, much less buy anything.

I considered this store, as of Indian articles, but I also saw that there are several books on spirituality.For the prices I saw I found a little salty.For those who like crystal things, this store can be a good request.
