Always a pleasure to shop here. There’s a little issue with the ladies working at the Deli area. They seemed to have a bad day. But overall, my favorite Publix don’t disappoint.

I love Publix but there is a woman there who can care less how she makes the sandwich. I expect a beautiful sandwich; I dont want vegetables thrown into my sandwich, but nearly placed. I dont want be attitude; I dont want half a ton of mayonnaise. Ill be happy to remove this negative comment the next time I go get a sub and its done the right way. The Publix way.

As a former publix employee and resident of Miami Beach I am disgusted at how this Publix is ran. There is never enough registers open. The pre made wraps and salads are always empty. There is holes all over the dairy and frozen sections. There is never enough bread for subs and the online orders are never ready on time.

Very friendly staff. Some limit on certain produce being ripe and ready to eat. Overall very good store for how busy they are here on the beach. Plus everyone knows my dog Oscar by name. Just cant remember mine. Lol

I like to go there when we go to the beach and buy their chicken tender sandwich, it is delicious. Usually it is fast to get in and out.

Best Publix in miami. However the standard of customer service is declining because of the hiring choices. Literally had a customer service representative standing in middle of the exit blocking the automatic door and when I walked through she tells me FU, you didn t thank me for holding the door! I was astounded Ive been to this store 300 times. Truth is she was blocking an automatic door then insulting customers for not thanking her. Just because she didnt want to work at the counter and was faking assistance to customers where it was not needed. Please do not give jobs to people who will not stick to their work commitments and adhere to the corporate standards they are paid for. It is a growing decline of customer service standards across the Brickell and Lil Havana Publix stores also. Kroger please come into FL and save us.

Nice small/mid sized grocery had everything I needed.

This is a fairly decent Publix. Way better than the one on Biscayne Blvd. The employees are more likely to help and the selection is decent

The Publix here has a ready to eat station and a great beach accessory department. It is a busy store with little wait times to check out. No self check outs in this location.

Hot food is fresh and delicious at noon, especially the fried chicken! Cold case has a wonderful variety of take and reheat as well as various cold salads. Managers and Employees are friendly and helpful.The negatives are, the numerous displays in the isles causing traffic jams and the large number of stocking carts with emplyees 9n the way trying to stock shelves during busy shopping hours. Hard to get around and keep your distance. They are having difficulty keeping shelves full during Covid. Many times they are out of random staple items.

Conveniently located when you first get to SoBe. Parking is easy in the garage complex and it is free for two hours. Store is big, clean and well stocked.

The workers were friendly and competent and helpful.Ive shopped there twice now.Knocked a star off because the stairwell smells like pee and the shopping carts wouldnt go to the garage so we had to push and grind and almost didnt make it out of the elevator with all our heavy groceries.

A supermarket with a very good location and parking. They have most of the products you wish to find on any budget.

It is my favorite place to shop for groceries. It is convenient, great selection of organic food and the staff is friendly. There is a big car park above the store so no problems with that.

The store is clean the product is good the management is excellent and the management of the fruit department and the people that work there are excellent I only buy fruit when theres one guy there that I know very well they give me exactly what I want love it much better than Whole Foods 10 times better than Whole Foods

Publix still remains the Icon with supermarket is concerned. Clean, organized and the staff is friendly.

It used ti be a great place to shop. Now the staff is sooooo RUDE, they all have attitude including management. What a sad thing to see. You say hello they stared at you like you said something wrong. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Will not be going there anymore. Try whole foods, trader Joes - much better.

Its a Publix. The free parking for two hours is worth mentioning.

We wanted Publix subs but nobody was working at 4 p.m. We bought food to cook dinner instead. The woman at the door let us park our bikes inside and I agreed not to tell anyone. 3 stars.

I always shop at Publix. This one in Alton road is well organized, the staff Is friendly and it is convenient as you can park above the supermarket and get an elevator to get to the store.

I never have. Much time. For shopping. But. In this location. I can. Do it so easy. Fast. Always. Clean. And the staff. Good. Continue like this please.

Most complete supermarket in South Beach, others might be better but much more expensive. Several of my favorites have been discontinued.

Love to shop at Publix any time I get the opportunity! This one provided everything we needed.

South Beach (5th street) Publix sushi was awful. The brown rice was too cold and hard; not fresh rice at all. Publix at the Biscayne 128 and 96 locations are much better at making sushi. Although the salmon used by all Publix locations are virtually tasteless and very pale in color. Fail.

Amazing that on a Saturday at Noon, they only have 2 Cashiers. Both with huge line. Attempted the self checkout with no success. Had lots of produce that needed weighing. Staff was totally incapable of assisting.

Just when a Pandemic breaks out, this Publix decides to re-arrange the entire store so if youre plan is to go in, grab something and leave, forget it. Youll end up wondering around far too long looking for where the items are that you knew by heart before. They also removed the express lanes and installed touch screen self serve registers because were all looking for more community touch surfaces to interact with. Another thing, beside raising prices during the pandemic, they also severely cut down on sale items and eliminate rain checks. Anything decent for sale is gone in a day or 2 so dont even bother going for that item(s), its gone.

Not my favorite Publix..has nothing to do with the employees but more to do with the sketchy people outside...

Girl at customer very helpful !!12/30/19I’m shopping at Publix and have to use the bathroom- it just so happens that at this exact time the man comes in to clean it !!! He knows I’m standing there and is i think for the first time I’m a week mopping as he sees me there standing for the last 30 minutes !!I forgot customers are last .. I come into this Publix almost everyday and the bathrooms are never clean but I bring my own spray however today he’s doing the works !!If thr have a sheet the bathroom should never get dirty anyways ... it’s obvious they don’t follow the sheets’ time10-10-2020⭐️ I guess this is the “new normal” customer service lines at Publix are horrendously long !!!!Where is the help ?Meanwhile you have a lady standing at the door telling people “ cover your face” and she’s getting paid for what!! Surprised to see the bread isle so far to the east side of the store away from the other grocery items.Check out was good with a few minutes of waiting.

This has got to be the worlds worst Publix! you’ll have up to 10 in line with two cashiers open and they just look at you like you’re a problem ….all they want is for all to use their self checkout…so they don’t have to pay help!Horrible horrible service!

Its large and has just about anything you need. It has alot of items marked buy 1 get 1 free. The only bad thing is that its a little pricey.

The best #1 grocery store in South Beach. Everything is in stock. Bakery has beautiful variety of cakes & goodies. Birthday cake was fresh & delicious. Helpful & friendly staff. You can tell they love their job. Convenient location with parking. Made on the spot sub sandwiches are excellent! Take it & go to the beach.

I had an amazing experience at the deli with Rica and Ivan!! They created such an amazing shopping experience and the atmosphere was nothing but friendly and kind. In all my years of going to Publix I’ve never received such great service, it felt like I was talking to friends of mine!The sub was great, making this my main Publix, looking forward to another great interaction!

My husband and I rode our bikes here on my birthday 6/9/20 from Hotel Victor. We got lost but we’re able to find it with help on the streets. We had to wear a mask inside. But the store was nice. We came for fresh fruit, a pack of water, sandwich (ultimate publix sub) combo from the deli, and a slice of Funfetti cake from the bakery!

I love this store. Well stocked, good prices, strong community awareness, and they try to do right by their employees and customers. Great business to support. Every employee Ive talked to is customer service directed. Very clean, neat and orderly. Pleasant experience all around!

Great selection of groceries. They have all of the “normal” groceries I was looking for as well as more specialty items that I like. Aisles were a little narrow and there were a lot of cart traffic jams as I moved through. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bought a trash can didn’t use after 2 days went to return the Mgr Alex was very unprofessional just would not listen or understand after waiting 30 minutes to see him..Very bad experience for a 9 dollar item..

Was very disgusting outside. Before you enter the door there is a man asking you for money. I went in and told an employee but looks like nothing done when I came out was still there asking for money. People allowed to hang out outside property they look homeless.

Just wanted to give a special thank you and pay recognition to two outstanding employees; Donaiyjah and Eduardo. They are personable, proactive, efficient and friendly. Ive always seen them at the customer service desk and they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. They know the product as well as rules of the store and are always eager to help with a warm smile. Both of these young people should be celebrated and acknowledged for there selflessness and awesome work ethic. I cant wait to see them in the management positions they rightfully deserve. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK GUYS!!!!

The freshest & cheapest super market in South Beach.

Watch out for expired food!! Far too common here. And fruit isnt the freshest, but maybe thats a Florida thing.Avoid this store if you need more than a couple bags of groceries. Elevators are ALWAYS broken. Like literally 30 out of 30 times Ive been here. And the carts always lock up and become un-pushable. So you have to hand carry all your groceries to your car.Most workers are friendly and prices are decent which is why I keep coming back.

Really disappointed that they changed their policy for buying money orders. Now you’re required to have a chip on your debit card, so if you’re unemployed and have that government card you’re out of luck. Thanks for making it harder during the pandemic.

I stopped going to that publix just because of the extremely rude worker . He works mainly on the lottery part. He has glasses and is younger . I’ve never seen a more rude worker anywhere in my life. If there was some control he would have been out of work for a long time.

Very good grocery store, VERY good bakery department (who would guess this), really fast online delivery, great cashiers, clean and well stocked.
