Great selection of products, meat and deli. Everything organized and well stocked. Pastries and french bread are delicious. For me, beer selection isnt great, Im from Texas and there HEB selection surpasses more than 100% what Publix has. Customer service is outstanding, checkout mostly of times has lines and takes a while even self checkout . Its always busy and crowded. Has a Starbucks for your coffee.

The cold cut section deli is either busy or slow, but no matter what you will always end up waiting there for at least 5 minutes before they serve you. I spend an average of 15 minutes. And the worst part is it happens even when the female manager is around. Wait at cashier is longer because of a lack of cashiers as well. Definitely a lack of organization and customer service skills.

They have a good variety of products, it is like one stop to do all the grocery shopping.The quality is good too, even their own brand products are very decent.But, the prices exceed the quality.So, if you do your every day shopping there, youll end up spending more than 30% extra, compared with some other places.If money is not a problem for you, it is well located with a covered parking lot and a very clean place with a lot of employees to attend you.

This Publix was so different compared to the ones Ive been to in Georgia my new home state. They had a complete stock attached liquor store very impressed by there available and prices. The store its self was huge I was slightly overwhelmed in a good way. Enjoyed my trip.

Always really clean and well assorted. I love the cheese area next to the Produce. All the aisles always nice organized. Good located with good parking lot and easy access.

Normally I have a great experience at Publix but this time not so much. You should take the stickers of the fruit before cutting them into a salad which makes me question if they were washed.

I don’t like cashier named ITALIA. She was so rude to me. Why she had to throw all of my item and especially my onions which going all over the register counter. If she had a private problem, don’t take on me.I came, I shopped, I pay. What did I do wrong, even I said HI to her and she was so rude to me?Go work somewhere else, don’t be a cashier if you don’t like it, but don’t take on customer.

Worst managed Publix whether it is the Grocery, Pharmacy or Liquor Departments I have ever experienced.... That says it all.Good luck to customers with items being in stocked, caring staff or most importantly Store Managers even caring. But be prepared to be scolded by both staffers for not standing in the correct line at the service desk! OMG!Update....I gave yet another chance after staying away for months. Still the same rude workers and same lazy out of shape store manager not caring.Will never go back.... Their loss of thousands of dollars spent over the years at Publix stores.By the way dont bother calling corporate the are just a bad. Money is their only object.Avoid at all costs. I ordered 2 platters and a custom cake almost a week in advance and paid for it. When I arrived to pick up the platters, the one from the seafood department wasnt there. The excuse I got was that the deli never gave them their part of the order. They didnt offer to make it although I showed them the order and that I paid for it in advance. They were just like ask a manager for a refund. I was heading to the party where the food was needed, so that was annoying. They had a pre-made platter in a different section. I went to the manager with the platter and explained what happened and asked if I could just have that one instead. He displayed excellent customer service. He immediately said yes and offered me a gift card for future use. Thank you Mr. Manager. I wish I could remember your name. Im so grateful for your assistance on Saturday, October 9th around 5pm.Oh, and the cake was delicious. Im always impressed with Publixs bakery items.

Amazing amazing Publix of the second floor right off of the ocean. Two escalators one for people one for the shopping cart yesterday right. This Publix is amazing sells everything fresh wonderful service. If you need to go to the beach stop there you can buy bathing suits towels suntan lotion sandals toys for the water wrath you name it inner tubes they have it. And this is public supermarket it is gorgeous I recommend this Publix its amazing. Hope I can help guys

Staying at The Alexander hotel and need to stock fridge. Publix had everything we needed and then soon. Love the liquor selection, the fresh bakery smell was making me very hungry. Vegetables looked very fresh and the entire store was clean.

Its a little more expensive but its worth it great service and tremendous variety. All bought in Publixs.

Its my market. Its a bit overpriced. The fresh produce, which is cheaper and better elsewhere, can sometimes be past its prime: growing onions, sprouting potatoes. All other departments are very good.

Great selection of foods they could hire more cashiers place is quite busy even during off hours. We suspect that when they do home delivery orders they add a surcharge even though they dont tell you that!

Today there were only 4 cashiers open. It was terrebible. To much waiting to pay. Publix is better spencer in compare with others supermarkers. It should always have better customer services.

At the deli, two women working in a sandwich at the rate of a sloth bear. One doing price tags when theres a customer waiting to buy a hot meal and should be prioritized. So sad to work for a good company and have careless employees.

Nice place but extremely expensive. It is like we are buying bread and milk showered in gold. If you need to save money and have a budget life like many of us, that’s not your place for sure. It can be convenient but also a thief in your pocket.

My service dog Lady and I are always very happy to vist this grocery. Wide aisles, well stocked shelves and great variety make it a pleasure to shop there.In the event you cannot find an item on the shelf that you know shoukd be there they are happy to get it for you. In the event thstbit is no longer stocked they have advised me as to why and when I needed the item for health reasons the found a place where it was sold at a similar price.When on a e en Stricker budget ther was a packaging of small steaks. They were priced beyond my budget. The person sticking the open refrigerator asked if I found everything to my requirements. It was the way he said it. As if that was what he was there for. I told him my budget . He took the package to the back repackaged it and came out with two new packages; asking me which would I prefer.He gave me my sekection; smiled and continued his previous tssk.He made my day.

My convenient go to publix. The employees are friendly, helpful and often ask how you are or if you need assistance.The only downside is that parking can be a challenge during busy hours.

I love Publix I think is one of the best places to do your groceries shopping because product, quality and service, but let me tell you! Never in my life saw a staff from Publix soooooo rude and with such poor service than this one! Only one of the security officer was nice, the rest of the staff, including the manager a bunch of un professionals and rude people!

Horrible Publix the lettuce is always brown even as they stick the simply juice always is old as well. I live around the corner and genuinely hate my Publix the meat is over priced and brown on the other side. The cashiers are fake friendly to the point it’s condescending and I just don’t see how that Publix has great reviews. Clearly mostly tourist.

Publix North Beach is my neighbourhood Publix. I always find everything that I need at this store except that they often run out of jalapeno peppers and Friskies cat food. The employees are always friendly and eager to help customers. The shelves are always stocked. I especially like the quick and easy self checkout.

The employees was nice and very helpful the food I ordered was good as well

It was great! Red Chili Shrimp had just the right amount of spice. Nice to have healthy options.

Pharmacist staff are very professional and knowledgeable. But those in the supermarket, not so much.

My cashier was pleasant, but this is the second time in a month that I have had to bag and load my own groceries while other employees including management types stood around trying to look important.

Love this store, very spacious and clean. When I’m craving a sandwich I always come to Betty, she’s the nicest lady and always make the best subs!I also love Shaunie, she always gets me hot chicken and goes an extra mile when she serves customers.Thank you team Publix for the great service!

Shopping at this particular Publix will increase your risk for Covid exponentially. I went yesterday. There were no wipes for the carts or hand sanitizer in the container as you enter. The escalator that your cart goes down has been broken for months which now forces you to use the overcrowded elevator that some go in without a mask. I spoke to an African American woman who was the manager on duty. She said they dont wipe down carts anymore but are supposed to have wipes (no containers at entrance and provide hand sanitizer which was empty)and they call the company that is supposed to fix the escalator every day. Maybe they should call someone else. I shop Publix stores all over Florida and find this one and its managers careless and hazardous in the way they serve Miami Beach customers.I pointed towards the 10 people with cards waiting to jam into the elevators and I said luck this is what you are forcing to happen and she said oh no no there are signs inside the elevator that says Max Capacity for. I was in the elevator there were no signs and the signs should be on the outside so people dont go in. I told her that they should be monitoring the elevator not only for covid but for overcrowding and weight but she had no response. Very disappointing dont go here!Update:Cart escalator is fixed finally.Unfortunately no carts were available to use. The location at the front of the store now has wipes but no one seemed to be assigned to keep it stocked andDiscarded wipes were all over the floor for the 50min I was shopping.

Make sure you ask for Liz also, she is a great young lady who serves great customer service and takes her time in passion into all of the drinks.

Shopping today 06/20/2021 at your North shore 6876 Collins store, accompanied by my young son and my wife, I was subjected to humiliating and rude treatment by an employee identified as Gianny in the automatic payment area. I suggest properly educating her employee so that she does not give another family a humiliating moment.

I went to the liquors store and I asked to the cashiers for the price of the bottle and hi confirmed me price then he changed 10 dollars more, then I asked again and he told me was my fault. I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get my money back, and the manager also was very rude.We are very loyal costumers!! Very disappointed it today with the staff!

Overall a good experience. Definitely busy, and the workers seem overwhelmed, but what are you going to do? Parking is not easy, depending on when you go you may have to hunt and fight for a spot. They have a special escalator for shopping carts or an elevator since its on the 2nd floor.

Beautiful layout guts in purrfect with the South Beach sunny fun district areas. Parking is set up beneath the stores. An easy walk to the double door entry. Glide up the escalator or take the elevator to the supermarket on the main level. Parking is free and prices for food are very agreeable. My favorites are the bakery and seafood department. Staff is very friendly and professional. Full service produce, frozen food section, floral meat, customer service center, bakery, deli, hot food bar, Cuban restaurant, pharmacy, and much more. Aisles are packs stuff from popular major brand names everyone is familiar with as well as the Publix logo items at wholesale prices. If youre an organic person you might like the new Green wise items all over the store

I love publix, it is my favorite supermarket, but Im worried about something, Im seeing that the store managers are allowing people to enter the store without a mask and this should not happen, we are still prone to the contagion of covid 19, please protect your employees and your customers and do not allow the entry of people who do not wear their masks Today I went as usual to do my shopping and I managed to notice that there are new people working, what happens with the workers who were before because they are hiring new people and removing the workers that one used to see and greet them, have a little more consideration and love with their employees because I have seen many times that managers treat them very badly, I think that they should not be taking their jobs from employees who were already there to hire new employees, have a little more awareness since we live very difficult times 😔😔

Today i was doing my shopping but the employee and customer without face masks coming over me to pickup someproduct in the same area that me without respect social distance then was very unrespecful to me then we are still in pandemic then this kind of situations are unacceptable in this time

Big selection and clean. -1 for awful parking, everyone is going crazy and fighting in the parking lot. -1 for deli who get an order right about 50% of the time.

I’ve complained several times to management and they refuse to hire more cashiers. Check out takes 20-45 minutes for a small order. Excessive use of bags so you come home with 100 bags to throw away. If you ask them to pack a little heavier they decide to just put heavy items on top of light items. Worst Publix on the beach. Avoid and go to the Trader Joe’s 10 minutes south or the other Publix 5 minutes south.

The sub line is a joke. The poor people working back there need more help. Management should know this by now. Ordered online. Show up, Nothing made after 45 minutes. Employees are stressed and over worked.

I love this store, it is so different from the one at 94th and harding. All employees are friendly helpful and make you feel like they truly enjoy their jobs and are a valued customer.

Came to the Starbucks to get a refresher and cashier looked like miserable and didnt even greet or ask if I needed help. Just stared at me with empty eyes. If I hadnt just stated my order I might still be there waiting. Wont give a 1 start bc the drink was made right by her coworker who didnt seem to want to be there either but at least she made minimal effort to get my order done.Cashier just stood there. Indifferent.
