Almost never disappointed usually have what I need in store and dont have to order online always clean and friendly staff

Rarely has what I want or need. Always have to go to the next closes Gamestop to get whatever it is I need.

Bad service messed up my pre orders for ps5 remote and 3 games then some how I cancels witch I never did and nothing could be done garbage ManagementWill never buy from there again I suggest going to a different game stop

Seems like they are going out of business. Employees are great but the corporate side of them isnt supporting these stores they way they use to and should be.

Anytime I go into this gamestop the people who work there are so helpful and know everything I need to know. Very smart kids working there and truly professional and friendly!!

The 2 people working on 10/ 07 / 20 at 12:30 pm where extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately i didnt get there names its was a guy with glasses and a girl with purple hair.

I was missed informed by the salesperson at this store into buying a new controller for Xbox One thinking it was rechargeable I traded in my original controller to drop the price and received a controller thats exactly like the one I traded in the salesperson mislead me to make a profit and in doing so dropped my image of gamestop to a lowOctober 20 2020

GameStop is one of my favorite stores they had a bit of everything and they have things that let you add coupons and discount today I for 60 dollars worth of goods for 24. So I am extremely biased when it comes to the store :)

GameStop is in other words Gamers heaven, I entered GameStop a few months ago just looking for simply one video game and I found it here bought the game and then I noticed that they had so many products like Gamers clothes and toys products Etc so in other words I was just looking for a game and came out having bought over $200 worth of merchandise but yet I was very happy so now Im not just a customer Im also a member thank you GameStop I love you!!

This placed is funny, they take your old game console and games for like 10 or 15 dollars, clean it up and they resale it for like 80 to 100 dollars. Or probably send to another country and make lots $$$$ of it, great business, should have been my idea 😃😀

There was one guy there who was super disrespectful. I walked in and asked to return an item and he asked me how old are you and I said it doesn’t matter I’m over the age of 14 and he said to me that I can’t return the item even the game was rated T. When I was walking out of the store I turned around and he was back on his phone watching videos. I haven’t had any problems going to that GameStop other than this time.

The worst GameStop store EVER! I put an item on hold through the website and then, when I arrived to pick it up, they had sold my item. The excuse was: they hold for 24h. But in my confirmation its only shown the day, they dont say anything about time.Really, really, REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Its a shame.

I just recently moved to the area . I am trying to get back into the gaming and when walking in to the store I had no clue what system Id want and syle of game. The employees there help me out wonderfully were attentive and polite even when helping other guests to answer my question getting the guest also involved in helping me and it was very much appreciated .

The Assistant manager is really nice he helped me with everything I need it, he has a great attitude and makes you laugh

This GameStop is very big. They often have good sales and also reasonable prices.

Been calling for over a week 30mins and they haven’t Evan picked up the phone to at least put me on hold .. I know they can hear the phone ringing.. I will take my business elsewhere.

Went to get the new God of War last month and I told the employee I wanted a new copy. He proceeds to look for a used one then says, I thought we had one more, I guess not. I said, What are you looking for? Its right there. He proceeds to tell me that he was looking for a used copy. I told him I specifically said I want a brand new copy. He then said, Why? Its the same thing. I told him I like my stuff new and I dont want anything thats been previously owned and opened. He then tells me, I can open all these copies in the store and then you have to buy one of those. I told him, Nevermind, Im going to Walmart to go buy them game. Then all of a sudden he wanted to sell me a new copy. I didnt buy it, I went to Walmart. I dont need someone telling me what I should buy. Im 33 years old, I know what I want to spend MY money on. My girlfriend doesnt even tell me how to spend my money. What makes this schmuck think he can tell me what to do? Im done with this store.

Its cool

I like going to this gamestop and to the location in Salem NH when I want to buy a new PS4 or Nintendo DS game typically. I went here to buy the new Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer nintendo DS one time which was a great experience. They are really helpful here and knowledgeable about games. The stock here doesnt seem as great as the one in Salem but it is a nice open floor plan with plenty of room to browse.
