So last night 3/17/18 I was starving and stopped by the corner gas station to pick up snacks and drinks. Heres a picture of a frozen pizza..yes I should know better...spare me the scolding. This morning I went back to get a refund or credit..with receipt in hand, the clerk refused to make it right. He said they dont refund on food... Even if it wasnt open and it was still frozen. He said to go back tomorrow and talk to the manager. I walked out swearing NEVER to visit another Circle K in Louisiana.

June 11,2021 at 7:29 the worker in side locked all the customers outside to clean up and everyone is just waiting she mopped then stocked cups and looking at people stand outside and wait . She didn’t come to the door to let the customers know or anything a lot of customers drove away… who locks the door in the middle of the day and clean

Smell like a dirty bathroom, nothing stocked, floor sticky.. just nasty want go back

Customer Service is horrible. I wanted to use the bathroom first before purchasing anything. I stood in line to ask for the keys and I was informed the restroom wasnt open to public. I understand that policy but why do I have to buy something to use the restroom? I dont want to bring anything to the bathroom and I definitely dont want my things hanging out in the open when I couldve just got it after I got out the bathroom. I told my boyfriend to not even get gas and we took our service to Race trac. Do not waste your time here go to a different gas station.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The attendant here in the early morning was extremely disrespectful, rude, and threatened to call the cops on me because he felt entitled to something? After refusing my ATM card because of a travel alert I had on my credit cards (Im from Philadelphia), I went across the interstate for cash from an ATM. When I came back to pay for my items, the attendant demanded that the money be handed to him in a respectful way and threw my money back to me. I then played by his game and slid him the cash very slowly. Even after he gave us change he threatened to call the police and followed us out of the store because I told him he was being rude. This incident was on September 6th around 1am.Based on the reviews of this place, this seems to be the norm regardless of how many times a terrible experience is passed on to the senior management team.

Every time I have ever gone there for gas they NEVER have receipt paper in the pumps (EVER!!!). They make you go inside, thinking you will buy something. I know the scheme!When you do go in the line is long with people like me getting receipts. Today I decided in advance, since I knew I would have to go in anyway, I was going to get a drink. Surprise, not a single cup to be found.4 employees were present, the cashier, another STANDING in the door of the office, the manager who was supposedly Getting more cups, one who went outside to smoke, and another replacing hot dogs.With a staff of 4, no one can keep up with cups or receipts??? Management is doing a poor job managing this facility. I AM DONE with you!

I went there two days ago and my experience was excellent.

This is by far one of the worst gas stations I have been to. Unfortunately, there are no other gas stations close to my apartment so I often have to fill up gas here. There is consistently at least a few pumps out of order. The inside of the gas station is a complete mess. Items are half stocked. All of the food areas are dirty, and the floors are even worse. You know that the owner/staff do not prioritize cleanliness most likely due to the fact that they remain busy because of its ideal location.

Never had problems in the convenience store here. The employees are friendly and they’re always in stock.

Great place to get a cup of morning coffee. Located around the corner from the hotel we stay in several times a year so we visit this place fairly often. People are always friendly

The Circle K on Causeway and west Napoleon...they have great employees!!! Ive been going to that Circle K for 30 years twice a day 7 days a week and they brighten my day they all have great attitudes and are smiling all the time.. great customer service!!! one in particular SonJay he is a very nice outgoing worker... he remembers all customers what theyre coming in for!! He great me with hello!! He brightens my day before I go to work !!! I dont know how the employees continue to keep a smile and great attitudes because they have a lot of awful customers that go in to that store....yall are great employees for Circle k !!!! Keep up the good work...yall are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All but one of the cashiers everytime I was in there was just rude. One went above and beyond to help everyone get their stuff paid for by operating two registers and was very helpful. One employee was just ignorant when I asked him about their tea that they have set up but NO TEA. He was just rude. No way to treat paying customers!

Too many bad things happen there to count. Manager always late sometime no one shows up on time in the morning so the over night person will lock the door. Once I paid for gas was made a mistake and pulled off before I got the gas got 5 mins away called the store and they said .... sorry nothing we can do about that we are not responsible. Used to go here about 4 times a week will NOT go here anymore.

Ive come here a hundred times and never remotely had a problem until I ran into a female clerk with a chip on her shoulder. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in line then refused to accept my money because I threw the money at her aka I gave her the money and she let it hit her hand and fall. Im not paying money to have some miserable person disrespect me because she has nothing better to do.

This gas station is so ghetto the bathroom is out of order the soda machine spits out seltzer water with no syrup in it none of the sweet teas are sweetened I tried to buy a carton of cigarettes and was told that they cant sell cigarettes because they havent completed their morning inventory yet and its not stocked there are cups straws and random trash on the floor throughout the entire store

Its just a horrible and nasty employees work there behind the register they simply dont care what so ever about the customers they dont welcome you or even notice you are there to spend your money and keep their job because simply without a returning paying customer theyll be out of business and these expenses will not have a job but you know what i dont plaime the employees at end i plaime the management and the corporate office for lack of training and not taking the customers complain very seriously i dont shop there anymore and i probably never until a serious and major change for how that store be run and i think the management should be tougher

I just left this store the csr behind the counter was talking with a employee and a customer while I wait for 11 minutes. Then it was my turn in line she was rude about taking my cash also I’m the marketing manager for circle k in the southeast region I’m down here visiting family and this how I was treated y’all will be hearing from our office on Monday morning this is not how we conduct business I was very disappointed

Been stopping here for a couple of years, the last few months its gone downhill. The store always seems to be out of something in the morning: coffee, creamer, cups, sugar/sweetener. Staff on their cell phones at the register while customers are waiting. Closed 3 times in the last month (I normally stop here around 7:45am). Trash all over the store at all times. Im not going back, its been a steady buildup of issues with this store and Ive finally had enough.

Not 24 hours. They close when they feel like it.

The WORST manager ever and most employees also. Long line waiting and one is working with the rest sitting and doing nothing literally. Rude and unwelcoming.This is the first time in my life that I’m taking the time to write anything.Tried to go there 3 times thinking was a bad day but same attitude every single time.Never again.

Most atrocious customer service experience I have ever had. Gentleman was taking his time with counter transaction. 3 associates behind counter so I asked if other checkouts were open, told yes, stepped over, then told no by associate who was 3 feet away when I asked the 1st time. Offered spot back in line by gracious gentleman, THEN told I had stepped to wrong place at counter by associate with attitude which they all had, though she had nothing much to say in the previous minutes like I can help someone here! or any other thing youd learn in customer service 101. Line is growing this entire time of course. Was told to calm myself down, told them it was like watching a 3 stooges episode, then was refused ringout for inappropriate attitude after informing them I was the customer and that I should be getting served instead of kowtowing to them and their delicate sensibilities. Embarrassment, shame of the industry, incompetent, rude, guaranteed aggravation, idiots, jerks, born losers. There are not enough negative ways to describe these people. Dregs of humanity. All 3 refused to give names, gave silent treatment after refusing service, threatened me with a hammer when I walked around counter to try any way to identify them because all 3 were not wearing name tags. No clear way of contacting corporate. Now I have to waste my time just trying to report my treatment by female equivalents of Moe Larry and Curly with corporate office that is likely as negligent as their employees. If any justice in the world this place wouldve burnt to the ground years ago. 1 star is the lowest. Deserves negative. Should pay you just for aggravation of walking in.Also to whatever moron owner bothers coming on Google and claiming they are passing things along to management that is NOT WORKING. Things remain awful or deteriorate. Nothing has ever improved from 1 visit to the next and they have had 1 years worth of chances. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!!!!

Me and my fiance are both not allowed in the store now because I got into an argument with the short take blond cashier. I was using some change and a few dollar bills to pay for a pack of cigarettes. One of my my dollar bills was really old and used when I pulled it out she said no thats too much you want to pay in that much change and you give me an old dollar bill you cant use that here. We got in an argument over it now she told her manager that the argument was liquor and now Im not allowed in the store. Ive never bought alcohol at that store not one time. Ive been going to that store almost everyday for a year and shes the only one I ever have any problems with.

Its a good location and a nice store but I usually stop just to get a fountain drink and more often than not its out.

My favorite circle K in the area. Keep their supplies stocked. Always clean (rush times permitting).

Unbelievable! 2 days ago I couldnt go in because there was a sign on the door - be back in 5 minutes gone to the restrooms. There were 6 cars outside waiting. After 10 minutes I left. This was at 5 AM.The next day I mentioned it to the manager.This morning, again at 5 AM, the same manager and a customer were in a yelling match because he needed gas and the doors had been locked with her and another employee just walking around inside. She claims there was an incident where a customer had pepper sprayed her employee in the store and she was told to lockup and clean up the mess. Not sure I believe that .... would be nice if corporate would check cameras on this. I feel like police would have been called or something. If there were ANY other locations on my route I would not be revisiting.I I have months more on this job so I hope something changes soon.
