I will NEVER shop at mattress firm again! The staff was very nice, but that’s about the only good thing I have to say. We purchased our mattress on July 5th. It was supposed to be delivered mid July. Then that date was moved to the beginning of August. The day of delivery they sent us the frame and nothing else. Apparently the mattress was back ordered till January! Then we get a call saying our delivery would be in mid August, nothing came. Finally the mattress was delivered to mid September. We had also ordered a mattress cover that was supposed to be delivered and never was. We also payed for them to pick up our old mattress and set up the new bed, and this was not done! This place is a joke, don’t waste your time or your money.

I was greeted as soon as I walker through the door on a beautiful Thursday morning. Whitney, the Mattress FIRM Employee, introduced himself(while already wearing his mask). Acknowledge that there was a sanitation area if we needed it. Immediately took us to one of the two options I would be deciding between by the end of our transaction. Just by me saying a few things at the door, observing my demeanor, and talking to me, he found out the exact two I would have a tough choice choosing between. He was helpful, friendly, and kind. In the end, I purchased my first Mattress.

Deana was our saleswoman - she was extremely knowledgeable about the details of the mattresses, bases and pillows that we looked at.. I didn’t realize there was so much to know. She was very patient and attentive and it took us almost 3 hours until we were ready to make a purchase. She then spent time trying to find whatever discounts she could. We never felt rushed.

Good experience. Sales people were professional and well trained, patient and friendly. Prices on beds are as good as or better than competitive stores. Delivery is top notch.

I found the staff (worked with Sandra and George over a couple of trips) to be very helpful. They did a great job of ascertaining our needs (I was buying a bed for my elderly parents) and provided solid guidance with no pressure. I strongly recommend going to this Mattress Firm location and seeing George for all of your mattress needs. He spent time with my husband and I to make sure we got the mattress we wanted. Once we picked it out, he gave us a great deal. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

First and foremost I want to say how absolutely nice and friendly George (the Mattress Firm rep) was yesterday. I have been in this store about a year ago with my boyfriend and he was pleasant then. When I walked in yesterday, he remembered me....from a year ago. He greeted me as if I were a long lost friend. The sincere hospitality of this gentleman was a breath of fresh air. Now about the mattresses.....I went in to feel a mattress that was comparable to one I was looking at purchasing online at Mattress Firm. George showed me one that was almost the exact same. When I expressed to him that I was planning on purchasing my mattress online, he inquired as to why. I told him because the price was so good, I couldnt pass it up. He said he would love to have my business and offered me the same price on the mattress in store as the one listed online (which was a substantial difference by the way). After, he spent time schooling me the benefits of a good mattress and showed me the light with the adjustable bases. Now I went in there with a budget but this dual adjustable base frame with massage features was INCREDIBLE! George did not try to up-sell me or swindle me into purchasing anything more than the mattress he agreed to sell me at a VERY discounted rate. However, I pulled the trigger and bought the dual adjustable base with the massage feature because hey.....we spend a third of our lives sleeping and I want to be as comfortable as possible. When everything was said and done George had saved me 50% of what the mattress, adjustable base, and warranty would have originally costed. PLUS he threw in a fairly expensive memory foam pillow for me! On top of this wonderful experience, George told me my bed would be delivered in 3 days!!! 3 days?! Thats incredible. Cant wait to have the sleeping experience of a lifetime. Thanks George for all your help and the knowledge you bestowed upon me. George is truly passionate about mattresses and really wants anyone who walks through that door to have a great experience. He is not anywhere close to being a pushy salesman. If you are in need of a new mattress or base or even a superb pillow, this is the place to go. Even if you just want to lounge on the bed with massage features on your lunch break, Georges door is always open. :)

This was the best mattress buying experience I ever had! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by George Mydland who said he’d be right with me as he was speaking another couple. He finished with them then came over and shook my hand and asked how he could help. I said lead me to the least expensive option you have for a queen and he did no questions asked. I’ve been to other stores where the guy tries to upsell you right away and that’s always irked me. But he took me to the cheapest and I tried that but found the next step up to be more comfortable. On top of the already marked price they were having a queen for the price of a twin sale! I asked about delivery and he said it was free. Sold! I debated about buying a box spring or not as I’ve been able to find platform frames for about $80 where no boxspring is needed. So he offered me a box spring for $75. Sold! And on top of all this he threw in a metal frame for free! To top it all off he was a genuine and friendly guy that truly made me feel welcomed. Best mattress shopping experience ever!! I can say this with brutal honestly as I’ve been screwed over before. Highly recommend this store and if you’re lucky enough, ask for Georeg’s assistance!!
