I really like this location but its so crammed! 8t doesnt stop me from coming back....

Really crowded with nice weather and everyone needing some retail therapy! All the employees were very friendly while keeping the shelves full of new products and apologizing for being in the way. You didnt have to look far for help. This is a popular store to shop and evidently work for!! I find with the buggy size and the closeness of aisles its good to leave your cart at the end of the aisle and not try to go between shoppers with the cart. The line moved fast with 10 registers open!! This amazed me. The manager and cashier were the friendliest people Ive met and I hope to see them again at this Home Goods location before the Christmas holidays.

All I can say about Homegoods is that shopping there makes me happy! I normally shop at the one in Kenner LA (Houma is my next favorite one). Their customer service is no hassle and the merchandise is top quality and unique pieces.

We love this place... They have lots of cool decor and accessories for your home... There is definitely something for everyone here. The store is divided by kitchen, bathroom, outdoor, kids etc...so you can find what your looking for pretty easily. There sale items are reasonably priced.

Best place to shop since Pier 1 went out of business.l was so happy to see some of their staff working hear .You can find quality items at bargain prices

Large variety of things packed in a small, crowded space. Items always appear to be thrown around with little order. You can sometimes find a decent deal, but check online as many items can still be found cheaper.

Little crowded, the footprint is a little too small for all the great finds in this treasure box.

The best. I cant stay out of this store. They have so many unique items and the prices are unbelievable.

Store is always well stocked and always busy but I like it. Theres a good selection of home furnishings. I usually buy something everytime I visit even if I dont need it. There is usually a long line at check-out but it moves quickly and theres always several cashiers.

How can you not live this place...its like a treasure hunt...kind of pricey but great quality stuff..very packed and not too easy ro find specific things but great to just wander around and find stuff

Great place for holiday decor!

Great merchandise with beautiful displays and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Masks are required and they practice social distancing. Highly recommend this store for gift giving.

Lots of cool products. Furniture is way overpriced but thats most places these days. Everything was a bit of a cluster. Not very well organized shelves. Product all over and items strewn about without much thought.

Clean store. Large parking lot shared with other stores in strip mall. Greeted when walking in, I was offered a sanitized cart. Large selection of things for the home. Friendly employees.

Very good bargains on rugs, really everything is quality merchandise at discounted prices. Had to wait outside store for just about 3-5 minutes for social distancing.Did not shops long, made purchase and left. Love this store!

Unique home decor at affordable prices.

I just happen to go into this shopping center mall when I was in Metairie. Lo and behold, HomeGoods! Awesome store! Has everything you need and things you didnt know you would need!

This is my first visit and by looking around, I was intrigued. However, when it comes actually shopping the aisles are too close together, shelves are overstocked and disorganized which makes it difficult to view everything. Lastly, these prices are way too high for the same items people can get elsewhere such as Walmart, Big Lots and Family Dollar.

Home goods has nice items and the store is pretty neat for the most part.

Please wide the aisle. One buggy and you have to back peddle down the aisle. Or smaller buggys because the others customers will probably not let you pass. Lol. Trying using your own buggy

So much stuff so little time to be able to look at everything great finds

I specifically went to HomeGoods to purchase a wide, shallow, ceramic bowl to toss salads and/or use as a pasta bowl. I was very successful in finding what I needed!I highly recommend visiting HomeGoods and looking around at all of the merchandise that they have to offer.

Home Goods is the place to find anything for your home. Anything you can imagine is in this store. Beautiful merchandise at reasonable prices. They also carry a lot of imported merchandise from India, Thailand & other companies from Eastern Asia. Such gorgeous handmade everything from Asia. This isnt a place to be missed. If you need anything for your Home visit Home Goods first.

I always make purchases when I visit and wish I could buy everything I want that I look at and love but, everyone has their financial limits, LOL. Four stars because there is a lot of damaged goods. Broken plates, mirrors, vases etc. But will always return. Great prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This was my first time in Home Goods. I love the atmosphere. Most prices are reasonable and the products Ive purchased are of nice quality! I would return and would even tag a friend along! The only thing I wasnt happy with was parking. Theres only one handicap parking slot....thats a huge problem in my eyes!

It had these great room darkening curtains.

The employees are always, personable, friendly and very helpful! I needed help getting a vase off a high shelf, so a very nice gentleman stopped what he was doing just to get it for me!

Lots of options in all departments but I was especially impressed with the amount and quality of the toys during Christmas.

I came in here right before Christmas and it was packed!! I was still able to get what I wanted and the lady that checked me out was so nice!! At that time of year I was not expecting such a awesome attitude!!

I have always enjoyed shopping at HomeGoods on Veterans Blvd. However, last night was extremely an unacceptable experience. My daughter and I had an awful experienced with store manger L. Hernandez. My daughter was attempting to return an item to the store which was outside of the 30 days refund but, was ok because, all she wanted was a store credit. Store manager L. Hernandez was loud, rude and unprofessional as she discussed the return of the item with my daughter. She did NOT convey the store’s return policy correctly and changed it to her own discretion and advantage. As, I asked her a question, she became even more loud and discourteous towards us and saying what she was not going to do. She made a seen in front of other customers and my two grandkids were upset from her behavior. Her attitude towards us was distasteful and absolutely appalling. I asked for her name and she pointed to her name tag. I asked her to write it down and she stared at me with the expression of I’m not doing that. I asked again and she refused to give it to me on paper until, I did not move. She then wrote it down and said loudly have a goodnight sarcastically. She repeated it several times as in dismissing us from the store. After, we left the counter I turned around and she was discussing what transpired with another customer and shaking her head as she was talking. This store manager needs training in store policy and customer service skills. Otherwise she needs to be in the warehouse unpacking boxes. Just ugly and nasty for no reason. We are going to report her to corporate. I have shopped at all the chains affiliated with HomeGoods for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. I love this store, and this will not stop me from shopping there but, I will NOT tolerate anyone negative behavior where I am spending my money as our shopping pays her salary. That’s for sure! A visiting manager on site at the time heard what was going on and apologized for the other managers behavior.

I love this store but there is a cashier who is the absolute worst, EVER. Her name is Stephanie and she’s the one that checked me out 3 times. I was with my special needs daughter and she literally stared at her the whole time, super rude. I came back a few days later with a return and she questioned me about a scratch on a jewelry box. Made me never want to come back to this location again. STEP UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wow!! I come to this Home Goods often, but today I witnessed a manger, Kate, being rude and disrespectful. Not only to me as a customer, but to our cashier also. I was shocked at how unreasonable she was acting and speaking to the cashier. I expect much more from this stores management staff. I’m very disappointed.
