Elmwood location workers are RUDE. I left there thinking who do those little girls think they are acting like that to a customer?! This company needs an overhaul at this location.

The customer service is great. They really go off of their way to inform you about the products, specials and make you feel comfortable. This is my favorite BBW location.

I love the way it smells in there. I like their candles. You can buy small bottles of different lotions etc to make a variety pack for someone.
