Great customer service by the young brown skinned African American lady. She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! She didn’t hesitate to assist with showing me the exact product I came in for and was pleasant to speak with. She made it a point to greet me when I walked in and also made sure I was finding what I needed. Also, her hair was bomb and laid to the gods!! This was the first time that I’ve been in a Mac in almost 3/4 years and she made a great impression for me to return!

I will have to state that this review is about the MAC store inside of the mall (not Dillards MAC store). I went inside of the store on 5/27/2017 (a Saturday) and the traffic was pretty slow for a Saturday. I stood inside of the store for 12 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I was greeted by a male who asked, do you know what you need yet? I said, I do but I do have questions about additional products. He said, oh okay, we will be with you in a minute. I waited an additional 8 minutes until a Hispanic lady walked up to me. I explained what I was looking for, picked out my lip colors, and she ran to 2 men that walked into the store 10 minutes after another black American woman. I addressed to her that this young lady walked in before those men and she said I will be with her shortly. The MAC consultant left me and started helping the men. I became extremely upset at this point because she did not retrieve any of my products that I asked her for. She grab everything that the men needed, did I mention 1 was Hispanic and 1 white. I placed all of the products that I had on the counter and asked for the corporate number. The 1st guy went to the back of the store like he was hiding out from the rest of the customers. This is unacceptable customer service and the past reviews all stated the same as I.Every trip that I take to the MAC store I spend $200+. They just lost a customer.

This is not about the location as the location was clean and impeccable and MOST of the people I encountered were beyond wonderful and nice and helpful even though I only bought one thing. The reason for the low rating and is because of the service and attitude I received from one of their employees. Ive been on vacation with my husband and I visited this location on the way to the airport. I simply wanted to go in so I could gather some info and then come home to use the new after-pay service.When I first came in everything was nice and the music was playing and I was greeted by nice people but a young African-American lady who helped me (my husband is also African-American) had one of the nastiest, most unprofessional attitudes Ive ever dealt with in all the years Ive been shopping at Mac. It was such an ordeal that I wrote to Macs customer service. I dont know if anything will come of it but it just was uncalled for. I almost felt threatened by her but Im strong willed and my husband was with me so we didnt pay it too much mind in the moment. Eventually she left and another person walked up and helped us and they were so polite. Nothing may come of my ranting but karma is a two-headed beast and it will come back to bite her one day. - A. I used to faithfully shop at Mac, but have been more comfortable being natural. To my pleasant surprise, there was a 40% off discount shelf. This would have been unheard of in years past. The service was off the I went. The mall was open and the store took its time opening. I could see the person at cash wrap, so I called to ask when they were opening. The person said they were open. Well, how are you going to be open when the gate is still closed?

I only use Mac and have for 15 years! Absolutely love everything I’ve used, never had an issue with any products or skin sensitivity. Love the staff here haven’t ever had a bad experience at this location or the Dillard’s location in this mall!

I had a great experience today!I originally went in with the express intent of purchasing the fushia blush and a complimentary highlighter my pro pan palette.Unfortunately they ran out of the blush.However RANA G.(on my receipt) was very helpful.She showed me the extra dimension skinfinish in SOFT FROST and was amazed.I plan on coming back for that blush but the highlighter was so original and beautiful 2 me. I just had 2 have it.Maybe I will post a cheek post but Ill give u a swatch 4 now.

Nice service the make up Lady took her time to make up my wife face an found the right make up for her complexion,she was very professional and very kind.

Well, Ive had great experiences here. Been helped quickly and found the employees to have excellent insight as to what a customer wants.

For the amount of money I have spent there you would think I would get better service. I have been ignored so many times that I simply just dont buy their products anymore. Sephora is so much easier!

Let me start of by saying i barely things but this level of unprofessionalism i have to give a review. Today i walk into mac and not one employee said hello welcome to mac well be with you in a second nothing so after 15 min of feeling confused i deside to wait in line and ask the cashier for the studio fix that i already knew i wanted he tells me well i have to help the other customer cause they were here before so he goes over there for more than ten mins and is giving a makeup consolation i dont understand if i already knew what i wanted which could took two mins to check out y he couldnt have told them one sec while i hurry up n check her out tht simple i left the store with out buying anything at this mac they r rude unfriendly and unprofessional go to the one on the westbank excellent customer service although its smaller sometimes bigger isnt better ps if a employee would have greeted me the correct way i would have never stood in line and understood when was my turn i wouldnt recommend this mac this is my second bad experience here which is ridiculous HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
