The food is fresh. The ground beef is tasty and fresh. The grapes are good. The follow safety protocol well. It is a store which is not very crowded.

Customer service is great BUT when the security guards there he is obviously racially profiling. He seriously FOLLOWED my husband around the store. My almost 40 year old Hispanic husband. Ive watched him follow a young black man and he isnt even discreet. Its disgusting and disrespectful. They should fire him immediately. I know the people that work there must notice this and feel very uncomfortable with him working there. Its that obvious

I have been going here for a while now its a great store. But when I cut into my pie there was a bug thankfully the manager allowed me to have another pie. And there was another incident with some frozen tamales when I got them home in microwave them pulled them out they had mold all over them I didnt ask to get those because I was afraid of them after that. But over all great store friendly service.

Had everything I needed to make dinner but the prices are a bit outrageous. Its been about 6 months since Ive been in a grocery store to shop. I purchased a mango which was on sale and must I say it was ripe and delicious! The in-store fruit bowl in produce on the wall wasnt sweet at all. My cashier Valarie was over the top friendly, inviting and helpful. The store was clean and everyone greeted me when walking around the store.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Everything is located in a convenient location for me. The store is well-kept, and the employees are kind. However, they need to open more lines because there arent enough.

First time in more than 20 years that I had visited an Albertsons store, the one in McAllen, Texas was closed many years ago. Anyhow the store looks ok so far I will write a future review. I gave 4 stars because they dont have self check out lines and this makes the customer wait until the cashier is done same like the good old times. I suggest getting self check out lines 😊

Albertsons was my go to place for things i needed quickly because they are higher than other competitors but the lil pharmacy kick back coupon is their secret weapon. Every time you purchase 5 prescriptions, you receive a 20% 0ff coupon. This helps tremendously on lowering the final total and because of this, I actually buy my groceries from this store now. Another secret that I will tell you smell good lovers- Albertsons has some of the top brand name fragrances. The majority of the perfumes and colognes are already at a discount price. Use the 20% coupon and you are guaranteed a Great smelling, top brand fragrance for pennies on the dollar. I love it ! 😊 Brand name fragrances are just too expensive and this helps the lil ppl like myself smell great with the same fragrances you can purchase in the mall and elsewhere. I will continue to get my prescriptions and my 20% off coupons from Albertsons. One more Great thing about Albertsons...... The Pharmacist are Absolutely Great. They go over and beyond to answer any questions and they remember your name. Very old school hometown feeling I get from that pharmacy. They send you reminders to fill your scripts too. Just overall Great Experience with Albertsons.

Its good that they have an officer (or security guard) at the door making sure people are wearing masks. Also its good they have someone sanitizing the carts. This store is certainly taking the right precautions to keep covid19 at bay

I love Albertsons! The only complaint I have is there arent many ready - made foods in the produce / deli as there are in other stores like tom thumb or kroger. There are enough to get by, but Id like to see more. Very friendly butcher! Love the food here never disappointed!

When Albertsoks asked me if i have a Tom Thum card, I was a bit taken back. It says Albertsons all over. Supposedly its rhe sane company, but there is a major difference... Albertsons does not require a card. Seriously, if you are no longer an Albertsons. Change your freaking signs! If you have Albertsons plastered everywhere, follow the Albertsons guidelines, not the Tom Thumb guidelines... I shouldnt need a Tom Thumb card for place that has ALBERTSONS EVERYWHERE!!!!! 0 out of 5 for false advertising.

We usually go to Walmart but decided to do something different and went to Albertsons I really enjoyed my shopping experience there and I found a few things that Walmart doesnt carry.

EZ in, EZ out. Love the selections in their beverage section & floral dept. They need more electric carts. My cashier, Mary, is an absolute gem. Shes been there since they opened back last century. Did not find my unsalted Nabisco crackers; that is my only complaint for this visit.

The cashier had horrible customer service! She didnt greet me. She only asked for a phone number and when I started to call it out she gestered at the pad.She needs training on customer service. Not customer friendly at all.

Manager is not friendly. I stopped shopping here a while back because of him. I liked the lady better. Had to come here because they were the knly store to carry the item I was looking for. Glad that was a free item on my store card.

The fresh asparagus caught my eye, so I bought some🤗..The varieties of goods are in the off-the-charts realm...They have the taco bell original taco seasoning*Plus*...I cant find that anywhere--Thanks Albertsons! They also have the red rine Oscar Mayer beef bologna*Plus*!!Thats hard to find at my regular grocery store KRO-----😉🙃The floral department is eye-catching👀My cashier was personable and professional...Pretty decent experience..Thanks Albertsons.

We were ecstatic when this store was built in 1994 (give or take a year). The store has been up and down through the years and frankly, I wasnt sure that it would survive the corporate changes that happened s couple (?) of years ago.With COVID-19 keeping everyone at home more, its been months since Ive been inside the store. While other stores and entities made the transition to delivery, Albertsons orders were being fulfilled by Tom Thumb. Im not sure why because theyre not the same.I needed a couple of things last night and opted for Albetsons since it was on the right side of the road. As I parked, I noticed that there was not one basket ito be found. As I approached the doors to get a basket, the area looked swept and well maintained.As I walked inside, I was amazed!! Ive never seen the store look as good as it did last night; avtually, I dont remember ANY store looking so clean, organized and inviting.. The lines were short and my checker was nice and attentive to what she was doing instead talking to other checkers or sackers about how long their day had been and how someone got to go on break before they did (Seen in every store ever). I got 2 bags of ice and the sacker asked me to make sure and then he went and got them. All in all an exceptional visit.I am definitely going to make the effort to go a little farther for a nicer store and shopping experience.Well done Albertsons. Bravo!

I like Albertsons--always clean, good produce, dont have a whole bunch of boxes to be stocked, isles arent cluttered(like WalMart isles are always have a lot of boxes of items to 07t up) some products are a little cheaper at Walmart, but it seems like it works out someway or other.

Ido not like the changes in the products, the way the isles are. Too munch walking to get to products that when you are there, what I want isnt .it is a small store I like it that way. I like name brand products, please leave the produce and meat market alone. I come here because it HAD what I wanted, and it is going away. Your people are very nice, and dont get upset when I complain.if I wanted a dollar store I would go there and I Dont go . Albertsons used to be special.
