The guy helping me was very good the cashier didnt give me a receipt and then after I checked to see if it was in my email nothing !!!!!! Called multiple times and still no response will be going back tomorrow to get my receipt !!!!!!!!!

They NEVER answer the phone when I call. I placed a SAME DAY PICK UP order 3 days ago and no one can seem to tell me whats going on. The customer service online said they didnt get an answer from them either. They were quick to take the money but cant do their job. Such a disappointment.

Our visit to Champs Sports was great! All of the salespeople were cordial and very eager to help and to please. There was so much merchandise to choose from that it took us a while to pick our shoes, but when we did make our selections, we were totally satisfied.

Never seems to have any sizes we need for kids shoes. The staff are helpful but most of the options they have are discontinued.

Busiest time if the year, back to school. The store was packed, but customer service was awesome. These guys really made sure everyone was help. The walkies, and the devices they used to see if they had the products was very help.👍👍👍

They suck!! Spent $200+ on a pair of shoes to be shipped to me from the Town East location, only to wait 2 days and receive the wrong pair of shoes! Now their phone either rings and rings and no one answers, or I get a busy signal. Called Customer service only to be told that that location is now sold out, but I can waste my gas and time going to another location to return the shoes I was sent and they can then order the correct shoes from a different location. Great! Champs will never get my business again! I will continue shopping at Footlocker and Footaction!

Champs at town east mall has a a manager that is really a top notch and customer service oriented lady. That is a joy to have come into contact with.
