Very nice lady. It’s do it yourself type of place. I don’t know if that’s the standard or because I brought in external balloons. They also sell some balloons there. No licensed balloons though.

Lana was great, customer service is on point! She gave me some quotes, and even helped me save money as well by advising me on what to do for my particular balloon arrangement. They are also less than half the price I got quoted at a nearby place as well. They are my go-to now!

Went for service. Saw a lady through the glass sitting down in the suite as I pulled up. Get to the door pulled to open and I was locked. Checked google to make sure they werent closed or anything... Nope not closed. Go to the window where she was sitting to get her attention and the lady looks dead at me and turns her back against me. Lol. What is wrong with people these days. Found another company right around the corner on Franklin. The lady was a breath of fresh air. Lol I just cant believe she turned her back on me.And I actually rang the door bell the sign is very big. The office shes talking about is to the left and has a WINDOW to it. Take responsibility for and move on instead of being passive aggressive. LANA TURNED HER BACK ON ME. Thanks!

We go here when we need helium for balloons we order offline. Always nice to see the lady there. When ever I see a review from somebody who professionally does balloons and has a business name in their profile.... it makes me wonder if competition is trying to talk trash about a competitor.

THE BEST HELIUM STORE IN THE DFW AREA!! I visited Discount Helium back in August after being disappointed from driving to multiple Party City’s and they were completely out of helium like always! So i looked up an alternative and i was so surprised of their inventory. They have the big # balloons like Party City, other balloons for different occasions, and more. She even let me blow my balloons i purchased up on the helium tank myself and pick out the color strings i wanted, which was a plus. There customer service is wonderful. I %100 recommend going here to avoid not being able to get your balloons blown up with helium somewhere else.
