After ordering some sprockets for my 2019 Gasgas EC300 Six Days, I not only received an automated email about my order and then an email with my tracking. I also received a personal email from Neil Dornik thanking me for my order. Nice personal touch! The quality parts I received came well packaged and safe and sound. Couldnt believe how quickly I received my parts. I have yet to put them on as I am not quite ready yet but sure cant wait to. Have to say, I shopped around quite a bit and was not able to beat the price for the quality and brand name. I will try to remember to post a picture once its all installed. For now this is what its going on.

I recently bought a 2021 Sherco SE 300 Factory 2T and was having a difficult time finding parts, until I contacted Neil and Lauren at MotoCenter!They carry all of my OEM and aftermarket Parts! I live in southwest Ohio, and they get my parts and gear to me within 4 days on a consistent basis. They are very friendly, and always available to answer questions, and point me in the right direction.

I have been in there several times now and these guys are great. Have the parts and tires and oil I need in stock. Had my gear ordered and to the shop in one day. I am a native to the valley and have been riding since I was five years old. I have been to every shop in town and by far these guys are the best price as well as they actually ride bikes so they understand what riders want and how riders think. I have found a new home shop! I couldnt be happier with the experience at this shop. This is a small, neighborhood shop with real people that actually work here and go out riding. I see them out with their van on the weekends, at the riding spots. And these guys give real advice that counts. They are friendly and helpful and take the time to really address your needs/concerns.I just had my 05 YZ250F in for service, recently. I explained to them exactly what I was concerned with, and they took time to take notes and understand my needs. I asked for full authorization before spending any money, and the complied with phone calls and full quotes before doing any work. The work was done when I expected (early actually) and at the price they had quoted. I even added some accessories and got away within the quote value, so I know these guys are taking care of their customers with competitive pricing, and they even have a veteran discount on parts.The best part, though, is that you can speak to them directly about the service. Have you ever been to a big-name national dealer and tried to speak with a service tech about your bike? I have, and they dont pay their people to socialize. In fact, due to liability issues, you cant even go into their service area. Not here! I asked to have my suspension adjusted, and they took the time to adjust the sag and explain in detail all of the settings and how they affect my ride. I was in the shop, with the tech and service manager (Jordan) adjusting my motorcycle.THIS is what service is about, and this is the perfect kind of place to do business. Prices, people and service!!! I love this place!!

Great place to shop

Had a minor issue with a loose, actually missing bolt from my front brake assembly. I pulled in and 5 minutes later left with two bolts with a bit of locktight. These guys are great. Have had them take care of everything, always friendly. Great price and great service.

This is a fantastic MX shop, the owners/management are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been to this location many times for a variety of reasons from Service to parts, and gear. I believe they are starting to sell new bikes also... so anything motocross they seem to specialize in it all.For me, coming to East Mesa, its difficult to negotiate traffic... so I either make it out on Weekends or shop at their on-line store ( which is brilliant because the parts arrive at my front door!). A big shout out to Moto Center, what a motocross shop in 21st century should be like. Theyve earned a customer for life!

Only been to this place one but I have never found better prices for the quality. These guys are very knowledgeable and help you find all the options you may need in order to make a good decision. I plan on coming here for all my mechanical and retail needs for my bike.

Scene moving to Tempe I have taken my bike to Moto Center several times. Jordon and David seem like very honest and knowledgeable guys. They are also open on Mondays which is a convenient for me so I can get all weekend booboos fixed or replaced timely :)

Had new springs, hand guards, oil change done on my new KTM. Fair prices and quick turn around. Prices on gear are the best I’ve seen in the valley, it’s worth a stop in the showroom to see what’s on sale.

I could order parts online and not have to drive out of my way to the shop BUT when you goin to grab a part they provide you great mechanic advice on parts and always have good sales on riding gear, gloves and googles. Highly recommend Motocenter.

Took a 2005 crf450r in for diagnosis- then service. Couldnt tell me what was wrong without opening opening the motor. They opened the motor, quoted me 4,500 and told me if I didnt go through with the rebuild my motor would be boxed up for me- only after my motor was torn down did they decide to tell me that. Was already willing to pay 170 for a simple diag, they had to take my bike part to diag it and then tried to give to me in a box because I wouldnt spend 4500. After arguing with them they decided to put it back together. took the motor to another shop and turns out motocenter didnt even put all the parts back in (missing springs, pawls, a few bolts) after all was said and done the rebuild turned out to around 1,000 and only bearings unlike motocenter quoting me for a transmission and a clutch basket--- literally has a brand new wiseco clutch basket and they told me it needs to be replaced. They have good prices on appeal and tire changes but I wouldnt suggest any type of motor work from here- they are probably charging you for stuff you dont really need. Lesson learned.

My son and husband drop off his 450 honda bike for diag....they then call my minor son and tell him that they need to tear it down to find the problem....my son, not knowing better days okay. Mind you...the bike ran just made a bad noise when the wheel spun....so then they email him an estimate for $4k.....let that sink in.....then when we said no we will come get the bike...they proceed to tell us that they CANT put it back together with bad parts, they will box it up and give it to us!!! Oh hell No! They tried to force/scare us into fixing it ....something.....maybe thats a tactic that has worked for them in the past....not sure.....If I wanted to replace EVERY part in the engine....I would have done so myself (I am a mechanic)!!! I work a lot.....just wanted a simply diag....then fix it...they give us 2 pages of parts!!! What in the hell does my sons seat have to do with why there is a noise when the wheel spins???!!!! These now a day techs....they are just part replacers.....if they replace EVERYTHING then obviously it will work right. When I told them that I wanted my bike back the same way I brought it to them- he said he had to think about it and will call me back!!!! So just to let them know how upset I was - I went down there. They literally just kept saying that they cant put it back together with bad parts, then they tried the its dangerous, what if he gets on and rides it and my reply was when we pick it up- you write NO REPAIRS DONE and sign it....just like I do with veg that customers cant afford to fix and come to get. I sure as hell dont say that Im giving your vehicle back in pieces in a box....NO! NEVER in my life have I ever experienced that kind of technique!!! Several people have told me that I should sue....and Im starting to think I should. I played $174 to get my sons back...they did NOT diagnosis anything..they gave me a parts list of all the internals and the seat foam. WOW!!! Never again!!! The only thing I can think of is all the different quads and motorcycles that we have brought to they in the past....maybe they think we are made of money....I dont know about you....but I work and live pay check to pay check like the rest of America! I and all of my friends will never go to this business again!! If you chose to- make sure and ask them what happens if you dont do the repair there....

Only giving a star because it is required I was recommended these guys by a few people called and got a quote it was reasonable so I took my bike there now I expect a quote to deviate a little bit but when I bring all the new parts and get a call saying it will cost 6 times what I was quoted without getting a real answer why other than it needs these 3 parts that combined dont cost but 300 dollars never received the email of the cost sheet and now I will be picking up my bike and taking it to a no bs shop that gives an honest worst case scenario quote from the get go i dont know if alot of these comments are even real or if this place just screws people over because the people dont know any better

All of the guys there are nice and helpful. They spent a lot of time with me looking through accessories for my RZR and did a very nice job with my valve job.

My wife went there recently so I could have a new tire on my motorcycle installed on the weekend. As you know it would take any of the Experts in this town to have it done when they feel like it and more than likely never on a weekend. Moto Center had it done quickly, I was able to get my new tire on my bike just hours before I had to get to work. They didnt act like it was an act of God, we didnt have to pull strings. It was just good service. I highly recommend this business, I have steered some of my friends that have ATVs and dirt bikes to this establishment and anyone else that doesnt need to buy BS, just good service and parts.
