Employees are friendly enough but their knowledge is limited. Don’t bother asking questions, if you don’t know exactly what you want you are out of luck. Manager described himself as an “expert order taker”, not someone who can advise. Poor communicator.Update 11/2021.tried it again and found new manager was much more helpful. Staff seems better trained and able to offer suggestions.

Have shopped here numerous times. I managed a MHP and never found a problem I didn’t find an answer to at Mobile Home Depot. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Never had a problem getting help and the staff was absolutely amazing.

I went there this morning for a mobile home patio screen. The gentlemen that measured my old screen and helped me was so so kind and very helpful!!! My screen fit perfectly!!! I will be purchasing steps with a rail next month which he gave me all the info I was needing. This place is my go to for all my needs with my mobile home. Customer service was 5 star!!! Thank you!

I live out of state here visiting my Auntie we got back to her place to find a window was broken out. I called and asked if they had this window in stock. The employee that answered acted like I was bothering him or he had better things to do then to look for this window. I understand it was 20 minutes before closing but where I’m from if a place is open till 3 they still help the customer even if it’s 2:59 and treat them as if they were the first customer of the day. After being place on hold 7 minutes later I’m told they do have the window I need. Not wanting to get on my plane the next day without knowing my Auntie is safe and no one can get in. I told them I was on my way I acknowledged I understood they closed at 3 and I was on my way. I told them I was only 3 miles away and the mappings said I would get there 3 to 4 minutes after 3 if they would wait. I explain what was going on and just did not want to leave the state the next day and my Auntie living alone and someone able to get in. I was first told no but as I pleaded with him he said he would have to check with the manager and I was put on hold. Now it was 2:40 when I called 7 minutes to check on the window I could of made it in the time frame I had said but after pledging with him then being put on hold to ask a manager that he should of done in the first place. If there was a manager or just wasting my time it’s now 2:56 coming back to the phone I was told no. What kind of person/business doesn’t have a heart for the safety of the people that keeps their business open. I really feel that business and employee’s have forgotten who it is that pays their bills and gives them a paycheck if it wasn’t for the customers your business would be an empty building with a for rent or sale sign on it and unemployed workers don’t believe me drive down the road and look. I’m just glad I don’t don’t live in this state that business care more about them selfs then the customers that keep their doors open

Called to inquire if they had window I needed n asked if they could wait till we got there three miles away he said he needed to ask manager n came back on the phone n told us he would not wait. Obviously they do not need the sale or customers. I would really like for the owner to explain to me why their employees could not wait 5 minutes. Very bad n rude customer service. Do not recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. They gave me the wrong windows 3 times & finally had to special order them for 3xs the money & 2 brand new screens where damaged so ive made 6 extra trips now total. Not even a sorry or discount.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They are patient with muddling through questions and have everything that we needed for renovation of an older manufactured home.

Overall, a good store for hard to find stuff and great deals. However, did not appreciate the guy telling me to come back on Veterans Day for a vet discount.

This is a good local resource for parts to repair your manufactured home. The prices are fair and they have cut down some things like skirting panels, to a size that you can drive away with. Ive found the employees to be friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to mobile Home Depot looking for parts for my home they have a large selection and very reasonably priced. The girl there named Janice was extremely helpful even though she had to dump things down for me on a couple areas which I really appreciate it. I would highly recommendMobile Home Depot if youre looking for parts for a trailer or mobile home manufactured home. Very helpful people.

Their the best place to find, mobile, manufactured, park models & most common motor home & travel trailer parts. Also some hard to find parts as well. Prices are reasonable, in line with the big box stores.

After calling numerous places trying to locate an exterior door, I was lucky enough to reach Tim Schwartz when calling MHD. He was very pleasant about looking and looking for what I wanted, and finding it in the right dimensions. Since it was being shipped, he was careful to make certain everything was correct, and it is. Excellent experience!

Hands down the worst costomer service ever. If you call in to ask a question they act like its the end of the world and act very rude. Ordered windows from here and they were late both times and God forbid you call and ask if they are in you get the Did we call you ? BS I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will never get anything from this place again lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone I know about my experience with them.

The employees really know their business. Eager to help...unflappable under pressure. Just look for the Big yellow building. I found they have items my contractor said wasnt available and discontinued.

Went needing assistants.First could care less nor seem to want to help. Just kept looking at the clock, 23mins before 3pm and they close at 3pm. Errr....Second was nicer and mire helpful than the first guy.

There customer service is lacking. There prices are a very steep! But I guess when youre the only place in the area that has mobile home stuff you can price gouge as much as you want.
