The employees here are great. Very knowledgeable. They have a nice range of just about anything you may need. The store is small, and the prices are a little high. (But you wont realize that until you go to check out because birthing has a price on it.) They do offer a military discount. They know there stuff unlike employees at Homedepot and thats the biggest plus about this place.

These folks are great. Just replaced my water heater that lasted 13 years from them. Great quality.

Only thing great about this place is the showroom. 6 employees working all looking at their computers in hopes we won’t ask for any help. We need to purchase quite a few items for a remodel but found it easier to go to else where that welcomed our business. To bad this gives ‘shop local’ a bad name.

I just had an awesome experience at central Arizona supply on country club dr. I bought a diverted valve for a customer. After removing the old diverted but Prior to installing the new one, I removed the cartridge to find out that it was damaged. I expected them to think that I was the person who damaged it and refuse to replace it. Dave saved the day and found a replacement for me.

Probably they have everything needed but I did not have good experience today in Mesa Location. I went to ask for help with a fitting. Greeted the two gentlemen in the store. One of them asked how he could help and I was just starting to tell them that I needed a help with... then he just interrupted and asked me where did I buy my faucet and I reply in Amazon. This person just responded We dont have anything and just walked away without even listening my case. Looks like they have a good selection of things, my first time and unfortunately I got across an employee in bad mood or may be is just a bad employee with terrible customer service. Went to another plumbing supply nearby and got what I needed to solve my problem and received excellent customer service.

In and out services today very nice I guess thats what happens when Dave is in charge. Perhaps the most knowledgeable employee. Thank you for answering my Dumb questions...Your a Gift to us and you dont even know it...😊

I had a project that required some enginieuity, JUSTIN was great at trying to help me piece together what l needed to make it work. Only 4 stars because another employee whom l at one point asked a question or 2 was So negative, basically saying it couldnt be done. I had also witnessed him being pretty negative towards a customer ahead of me when l first came in.

This place is the best plumbing supply store, they were a gigantic help, help me getting the water softer install, staff, or very genius with their craft and their knowledge and expertise thank you central Arizona supply thank you very much you guys are the best. It wasvthe Falcon swc-1×34×24 fip ss comm water flex parts,that did the job, stay out of the As hardware stores, home depot, an of course Lowes, they have very limited knowledge concerning these parts and theyll just steer you wrong and sell you the wrong part stick with central Arizona Supply I guarantee you cant go wrong

Avoid this place if you can. I just went in ready to spend up to $800 on a tub/shower faucet combo and the employee who said she can help us was remarkably rude and unhelpful. I had called ahead and when I asked for the part she handed me a book of Delta products and said “you can look through here.” Haha! Then it got worse...she said they have to order black matte but we could look through the book by family and see what’s available. We already said we want it today so that made no sense. I asked her to tell us what’s in stock in black and she started showing us how the book worked. Did I go back in time 15 years or what? We left frustrated and empty handed. Back to Amazon and Home Depot. Margarita should be let go or reassigned to the back room. If this business depends on her to sell fixtures, it will not be around much longer.

Took a little to find someone who worked there help me because they dont have any type of uniforms. Once i was able to find a worker they were friendly and knowledgeable and was out of there quickly after the start of them helping me.

Very rude and obnoxious person behind the counter. My husband was in the middle of explaining something to him but he was told in so many words to be quiet while he, the knowledgeable one, gave him the answer. The customer behind us was more helpful than this guy whose attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I was so shocked I just kept standing there, along with my husband. Should have walked out. Wont be back. Customer service needs attention. I guess if one is a contractor, one gets better service.

A lot of persons that dont know how to deal with people and expect to be waited on hand and foot that wrote bad reviews should go elsewhere. Please go to Home Depot or Lowes and tell us you get better service there. LMAO. This place is great, the workers are well trained, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Working with Michael G in the showroom made our remodeling fun and less hectic. We found a place where we could pick everything we needed for the bathrooms, and kitchen. From faucets to sinks, towel holder, shower sets and tissue holder. Michaels knowledge of products made decisions that more easier and convenient. The end result was a beautiful master bath and powder room that got the gorgeous Onyx Vessel sink.On the occasional time we needed assistance via the phone and Michael was not available the customer service was outstanding.The con was there are to many choices, thank you Michael for narrowing it down....

Called in said they had the part I needed. When I showed up they did not have the past nor do they usually keep it in stock. Wasted time and troop. I will try another site next time.

Every time I have come here I am met with attitude. I get it, I dont know the names of all the little parts. But that is no reason to talk down to your customer. This has happened every time I have been here. This time I just walked out. I get the feeling that at the end of the day they stand around and talk about how dumb their customers were that day.Im done. There is this thing called the Internet, where you can get everything they sell at this store and you dont have to be talked down to. I really hate this store.Wow. I just read all the horrible reviews. Its painfully clear that this company has a problem. I wonder how they manage, they probably have commercial accounts that provide them with enough income to stay open. Thats is my only guess as to how they remain in business while treating their customers so poorly. I went over to the manager at the box and told them the story of how friendly and knowledgeable of his inventory their Master Plumber is. They said they will put a letter in his file. See how good customer service works. I thought I would let you know so that you can get to work on your sorry customer service.

I hate coming to pick up at will call here for my employees shop. Order is always half of it there and half of it that the other Central shop. And some times you could spend up to 15 minutes just waiting in line just to tell you that the order is not at this shop is that the other shop

Great selection of all your utility needs and styles that delight. Help from staff took a lot longer than I would have liked, especially since I was the only customer in the store. In the end I got the fixtures for my bath that I wanted. Prices are a quite a bit steeper than the box stores but it was worth it to me to find the styles I wanted with no waiting for delivery. Overall, I was pleased with the end result.

Excellent customer care! I called to request a copy of a receipt of an item I bought 2 years ago. I spoke to Mr. Rush over the phone and he spent time to look it up and going to email it to me. No wonder why my plumper highly recommended this store to us, I would do the same.

I recently renovated my bathroom and am thrilled with the result thanks to Central Arizona Supply. The staff was always friendly and professional and they helped me design the bathroom of my dreams. They had the largest variety of products to choose from and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I can not wait to tackle my kitchen next!!

If you want to stand in line for 20 minutes while trying to purchase something this is your store. Employees completely ignored me and the four other homeowners standing in line as they went on stocking shelves and getting popcorn for plumbers sitting around shooting the breeze. This is probably a great place for plumbers but it’s clear after being here why Lowe’s and Home Depot are stealing market share from places like this. What a disappointment. I never understand when employees aren’t trained to not ignore people standing in line trying to give the business money. Stock the shelves later my friends.

HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEES. The lady behind the counter needs to quit her job!! I could tell she could care less that I wanted info on the Toto brand toilet to buy. She rudely says; Oh you want someone else? I thought to myself..Who acts this way to a potential customer!!! When I told her YES I need to speak to an employee who knows about the Toto, she sent over an employee who really wasnt much better than her!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! These guys always have what I need. From a shower valve that no one could find to plumbing fittings no one else carries. Great stock of any plumbing item you need. The service was decent, though the woman at the front barely looked up at me as I made my way to the parts department.

So, so happy with Central Arizona Supply! It all started when my 2 year old broke my sister-in-laws toilet’s tank. I was trying to find a replacement tank- which after a couple days of confusion and calling all over the place- I was super frustrated and wanting results. I went into Central Arizona Supply and they took great care of me and solved the mystery. Turns out the toilet I was trying to find had been discontinued and I was going to have to get a complete replacement. I was able to get one right there for less than the tank would have cost if they’d had one! I appreciate them listening to me and finding answers to my questions quickly. I will be coming back here for any plumbing needs!!

Im the public not a contractor and when I walk in there I get zero attention. They do have some pretty things its not a huge showroom by any stretch of the imagination and when and if they actually say hello and offered to help they will point in the direction of what you asked about continue to sit behind their desk and say let me know if you have any questions. So I will never buy anything from them but when Im in the neighborhood I might stop by to look

I ordered a medicine cabinet 7 wks ago and has not arrived. I was told that arrival time would be 2-3 wks.NOW .... I’m told I have to pay a $100+ restocking fee for a product that might not even be ordered yet for all I know.If I would have read all their bad reviews on their staff I wouldn’t have gone there. Margarita was nice until now. I’ve been waiting for return calls from her and Mark, the manager, for 4 days now. I only get a voicemail. So we went to their store, so far she doesn’t acknowledge our complaint.I think they’re sitting on it I hope that the product arrives so I can be another “stupid customer”⭐️ You would think that someone in management would be embarrassed about the many “rude, poor service” etc. reviews. Maybe none of them read their reviews.

Iv had great experiences here at Central Arizona Supply. They have helped me troubleshoot back-flow preventer situations I have had and have been very helpful throughout the process. Ill continue shopping here and will recommend it to others.

Went in for the first time today as Home Depot told me they may have the part Im looking for. I took the broken part I needed and asked, and was basically looked at like I was an idiot and told no without even looking. This grumpy retail parts guy then went to the back looking for the compete assembly which I didnt need, and came back with 2 that were obviously much larger and said see, nothing. Apparently from reading some other reviews just now, all you get is attitude here and not the parts you need. Glad I wasted my time driving there and will make sure to let everyone know about my experience. 0 stars if it was possible

Unorganized work force. Slowly going down hill. Normal maint parts that i noticed u guys would stock now you guys dont anymore. Sadly my trips to this place are less and less and my business keeps growing so i need more parts, but with your guys lack of wanting to simply restock its impossible to not spend my day off looking for what i need. Whats going on?? We are talking AC filters etc, plumbing clamps, pvc parts. Really bothers me that you guys are loosing your touch.

I bought bathtub faucet from this shop, next day I went to buy the matching sink faucets.The male sales person almost bit my husband when he asked for help. We waited there for long time, then I asked the female with specs and blonde hair, she go angry on me - dont you see I am helping other customer?.Either they are racist or stupid, will never go to their shop.By the way, I bought same faucets from Amazon, paid $40 less than the shop price.
