This is a really cool place where theyll take your old computer equipment and electronics and tear it down and make it unusable and recycle it. If they can fix it and make it good as new they sell it for way under value and you get good equipment I would recommend going there if youre looking for computers older workable models by about 2 years behind

I recently purchased a computer from here, and I can say I am blown away. There is nothing I love more than being spoken to and assisted as a person rather than a dollar sign. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and assisted by Gary. I am not very good with computers and what all the processors and all that even means, but I know the tasks I need done, I just need someone to tell me what I need to make it happen; Gary nailed it. I gave him what I was looking for and he showed me three different computers that would fit exactly what I need, what I appreciated is he didnt simply take me to the biggest most expensive computer in the store, but offered cheaper options that would still tailor to my needs. I was also assisted by Ken, and he is one of the nicest gentlemen I have dealt with, it makes for a more welcoming environment. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a computer or computer services here! Gary and Ken are incredible! Keep it it up guys, I will definitely be coming back here for all my computer needs.

I just came in to download Word onto my Apple and Gary was so wonderful! Gary helped me get it onto my phone, also. I came in a few days ago to get Word put on my Surface Pro and Wes was so kind to help me install it. Now all my computers are set-up. This is a wonderful place for anyone looking for a professional resource in the used and OEM space.I was impressed with the layout of the retail space, the vertical and horizontal selections of brands and equipment, and the willingness of the front help to pick up the phone and walk into the back to get answers they didnt know themselves.The prices are so good that I picked up a used Surface Pro as a stocking stuffer just for fun. Not busy but on a busy street. Very clean organized and if you have a question someone there can answer it. I build systems an locate systems and parts for buyer often and this is a great local place. Always seem to have the small hard to find its I need when Im looking for them and at a great price.

Inexpensive office computers and laptops for day to day use. Nothing for gaming really. Very small selection of tablets and chromebooks. Monitors are a bit pricey. Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. They also do minor repairs and updates for a decent price. Be sure to check out their eBay store as well for items not listed in the physical store.

Garbage Customer Service, Machines that are purchased do not last.Bought an HP Elite 8200 UDST last year. Few weeks in, motherboard fails. Im told after some trouble shooting it happens. After some back and forth, a replacement is sent out. I also buy an HP Elitebook from another company at the same time. 2nd 8200, same deal, look up the issue and see 8200s are notorious for motherboard failures with the fans on the PC sounding like a jet engine and not booting. These were not checked, and nobody has a clue about RMA info on these previous issues.Company wont honor a replacement for a different model, managers avoid getting on phones to address problems, will not refund either.Laptop that was purchased elsewhere? Literally not one issue, also personally own and use an HP 8300 and never once an issue either.Wish this was not the case, cannot understand how this is considered Good Business.

After a few months of moderate use the screen went black, no idea why. I dont trust these guys anymore, and I dont have anothr $1,000 to buy a new one... never go somewhere that offers a 3 month warranty
