Well after calling twice and then leaving a message for someone to call me back, (to which never happened), I gave up on trying to give them my business. I have 2 laptops that need looked at and unfortunately this place doesnt seem to be the place that needs or wants my business. Its so close to me but maybe it a good thing, who knows my laptops couldve came back to me worse then they already are and they saved me from that headache by not answering or returning my calls.

Fantastic place! I thought there was no way my old HP laptop would survive a 5 foot crash to the floor. Brought it here just to see if anything could be done. One business day later I had my laptop back in working order with a new screen. Amazing!

I chose this business after calling around to several. This was the only place that 1) didnt condescend to me, 2) didnt try to upsell me on stuff I know I didnt need, 3) didnt quote me over 2 weeks for the simplest of repairs, and 4) didnt charge me unreasonable prices for a simple replacement of the power supply and case fans.Overall had a fantastic experience and had my PC quickly up and running so I could get back to my remote job with confidence in the service it was given.

Horrible. I called asked a question told him exactly what was wrong with my computer and he says he can’t tell me anything what I said was “to vague” before I could ask the next question he tried to rush off the phone. Horrible experience from the start wouldn’t recommend

Came in with a weird problem, ended up getting a better gaming PC built out of it! We paid Fast Fix over 2 months ago to fix a single broken key on my laptop. We were told it would need a whole new keyboard. Their price of $260 was about $60 higher than a few other phone quotes however it sounded like they could get it done the fastest. However instead of days it took weeks. When we went to pick up the computer it was instantly clear that they had installed the wrong keyboard and it didnt fit the laptop. They acknowledged it and said theyd call the company to get the correct part and get it taken care of, and not to worry because they offer a warranty on all their work anyway. I gave them several weeks and they never contacted back. When I followed back up I was told this was going to have to come out of his pocket as though he was trying to guilt me for wanting what I had paid for. I had to keep following up and finally he had me drop it off to be fixed. Again it wasnt ready when promised and finally he contacted me to say this part still wasnt right. I had told him 6 weeks ago we were moving out of state and needed this taken care of soon. Now he says were trying to rush him. Seriously mind blowing that he could say with a straight face that several months to get this fixed is an unreasonable amount of time. They need definitely need to re-name their business. He refuses to refund and doesnt have the ability to get the job done right. Instead of apologizing he just blames an ex-employee. I would strongly advice that you go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time, money and hassle. To those that are dealing with a similar situation with this company, if you paid with a credit or debit card banks will typically back you up when you pay for a service you dont receive.

Fixed my HP 360 laptop, when the hinge came off. Was able to completely fix my laptop when best buy and UbreakIFIX were unable to to. Definitely recommend!

There I was about to catch a dub on Apex Legends when all the sudden-...my PC broke! Everything shut off and after many attempts to fix things myself I eventually threw in the towel and was grateful I did. These guys were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to not only repair but also clean my pc. They were quick to vocalize any issues and were willing to work with my needs. Before I came to this shop, I had called another who was going to charge $200 to diagnose and here they did it for free. On top of their free diagnostic, they were also able to break down and help someone as Ape-brained as myself understand any question I had. GABE is the man I called gabe explained the problem I was having with my chewi hero book pro he offer to look at it right away and I brought my laptop in within minutes he showed me a bad connection at the battery fixed the connection and I was back in action in less than five minutes he was honest and very knowledgeable and professional. Went in to get ram issue figured out. Decided to have them migrate data on top of it. They weren’t able to migrate data but still took my money. Blamed it on a fault ssd which I have confirmed is healthy. They also left loose screws inside my system. Don’t bring your computer here unless you want to pay to much for incomplete work. Literally had to open up my computer when I got home after bringing it here.. consumer beware!

Quick alteration for my desk top! They did an amazing job. My video car was too big for the space it was supposed to be in. Fast fix, made sure it looked good, re-routed my tubes from my water cool so I wouldnt have the issue in the future and altered my case to access what I needed to in my PC without having to go inside, not only that, but was concerned about how much I WANTED to spend as opposed to trying to make a quick buck with a shotty job. No negotiations at all, just a quick good price for good work. Thank you!

I got several bids for some computer service. Fat Fix was the lowest bid and projected the least time for the work. I found very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the work in 15 minutes. The next lowest estimate was 2 hours. I am taking all my computer repair or upgrade work here from now on!

This business is exceptional at what they do! I had started the process of getting parts picked for a custom build, and I had some questions. Nick and Paul were extremely knowledgeable and able to steer me in the right direction with picking the right parts for exactly what I was trying to have built. Every question I had, was met with professionalism and courtesy. When I had all the parts together, I dropped them off to Paul in store. He was able to create my absolute dream build, made sure everything was optimized and one of cleanest builds I have ever seen. I was really able to get a sense that Paul really enjoyed working on it and to me, treated it as if it was his own PC he was working on. Amazing! Very unorganized. Flat out couldn’t fix one of the devices I brought in. Didn’t even recommend a different fix. Charged $40 to blow air out of my other PC. Not worth the price and only recommend for very light repairs.

So far they are replacing broken laptop screen, was looking to have touchpad fixed also and buy use this as a backup laptop and buy a newer laptop as primary. used my laptop with another monitor while waiting for parts. going back tomorrow for actual screen replacement. may have virus removal and PC tune up tune to see if recent performance problems have detected problem sources.

DO NOT GO HERE. I paid over $420 to have my screen fixed and paid to have it expedited and I didnt get it until a month later. (Not a fast fix) I get home and open it up and take the plastic covering off and there is a crack and chip on the screen that I just paid to have repaired. Gabe told me that they would have to send it back and theyd have to send a new one but that would take over a month or more again. So then I say can you give me a refund of some sort and he told me NO because THAT WOULD COME OUT OF MY POCKET.” And NO, actually the money came out of MY pocket, I paid to have my screen repaired and you gave me a BROKEN laptop back after I paid $420 and for expedited repair. Waste of time and money. I asked for some sort of refund for my time and giving me a damaged screen back on a laptop I paid to have repaired. I deserve a full refund. I paid for the service and repair, you DIDNT do that so this is theft. Now I see it was kind of fishy they made me pay when I dropped it off, a month before it was ready. I was nice and understanding until Gabe told me he can’t give a refund because it would come out of his pocket, it’s actually my money I paid for the broken screen that was ordered and now will have to get it repaired again. Horrible business and horrible customer service! He said its not his fault, this isn’t the first time this has happened, there’s nothing we can do 😳🤯😳 hmm. Just wow, what a business. Do NOT go here.

Paul was absolutely excellent. I spilled tea on my computer (the second time in a year) and when it was pronounced deceased, Paul quickly and easily restored all of my hard drive and then went the extra mile and helped me find a beautiful, upgraded refurbished computer through eBay that matched all my needs (he did this for free, might I add). Then he restored and double checked my new computer for me. I could not have been happier with my experience. Will definitely recommend and return again!

Laptop crashes, took it in on Firday, checked for the problem, discussed how much to fix, picked the laptop up Wednesday. Installed new hard drive, Windows 10, and saved important files off the old hard drive. Communication was great, very impressed.

I was so impressed with the storefront, it was neat and clean and there werent items just thrown around. Seeing that speaks volumes about his work ethich. My latch on the laptop was fixed and he did a diagnostic and cleaned the junk I had accumulated. I dropped this laptop off on Friday afternoon and it was ready for me to pick up by 6. Thank you!!!!! This was the 3rd place I went to for Virus Removal. The first place tried twice and they were never fully removed, and the second place failed to remove them all also. ONLY when I came here to Nick at Fast Fix did all of my Viruses FINALLY go away! I cannot tell you how aggravating, time consuming and expensive it was dealing with those other experts. I will only ever go here now - period. Also, not only was he the only one who could finally fix my problem, BUT he was also cheaper than everyone else (way cheaper, and way faster!!!).
