I don’t even know where to start. The girl behind the counter named Sam P. Was so focused on selling their insurance plan that she would only talk about that. So much so that 3 people walked out of the door frustrated that she was going so slow and constantly repeating herself trying to sell you on their insurance. One even said “this is ridiculous”I refused the insurance multiple times over. Once my device was checked in, she told me it was going to be $25 dollars. I asked what I was paying for because they hadn’t looked at the device to come up with an estimate. She told me “it’s so we can order the parts.” I asked what parts… you don’t know what is needed yet plus I haven’t agreed to have you fix it. She said it was $25 to start the process but would be refunded if I chose not to get the switch repaired there.I paid. I was told I’d get a call the next day after it was looked at to give me a quote. 4 days later and no call and nobody answering the phone, I drove down there.During this time I started getting emails saying I was signed up for their insurance plan which seemed odd since I declined that multiple times.I showed up and the people behind the counter told me that she signed me up for the insurance… They also told me that nothing she told us was accurate but that they had my device and were still looking into the issue and would call me the next day. They also gave me the number to call to cancel the insurance.After the repair was complete I go to pick up the Nintendo and have the pleasure to see the woman who scammed us into buying their insurance. While waiting our turn she is actively selling the insurance to someone else and telling them the same thing, that it is to order parts. She is clearly just as confused as I was so I went ahead and told her what it was she was actually paying for.I asked to speak to the manager and Sam went to get whoever that was but came back and just started working again…. No explanation… no manager. As if I never asked.Sam P was obviously mad at me and made it known to the other 6 or so people in the waiting area. She was argumentative and petty. She was outright mocking as I was walking out of the store.They only fixed part of what I wanted but whatever at this point. I won’t ever step foot in that store again while she is working there.

This place is a scam. They said they would dry, clean and check my phone for damage. When they returned my device, the cashier said the tech CLAIMED the device showed no signs of life. Took it home, opened it and the phone was never cleaned and the battery clearly had water damage. Bought a $21 battery on Amazon, cleaned the parts myself and it started right up. After I declined to have them swap the motherboard ($699.99), which will wipe all of your data, they charged me $64.98 to dry my phone and hold it for 3 days.Full storyI brought my device in with water damage, already in a desperate state as Id walked into a pool with the phone in my pocket. Spoke to Stephen, who checked me in and ran through my options. I was told that the device was to be put in a dehumidifier, for up to 48 hours. The tech would open the phone check for physical damage, scrub the board and run diagnostics on the components. If at all during the process, additional charges or repairs were necessary they would contact me for approval. I received no communications from them until they sent me a receipt.The first time I went in to check in the status of my phone, about 6 hours after the pick up time on the receipt. The Rose said she had emailed me, they replaced the battery and it was charging, but needed 30% to run diagnostics. She suggested I return in 45-1hr as I didnt have a phone for her to contact me. When I returned, a different tech said its just coming out of the dehumidifier. We still need to open it, clean and inspect for damage and check for signs of life. Confused, I said thats a drastically different scenario than what I was told an hour ago. Rose had, after asking for my name the reason for service, and guessing the model, had confused my phone for another. Now I was being told sometime tomorrow we should have an idea of if repairs can be made.This time I used my break at work and the phone to call. I was told that my battery was bad, so they had tried to replace it and a question mark had appeared on the screen. This apparently indicating that there was something else wrong. We can replace the motherboard and see if that fixes the issue. You wont be charged for the part if its unsuccessful but we need to order it as we dont keep it in stock. When I asked the price of the part, they quoted me $699.99 and added that this would wipe all the data from the phone. I declined and said Id pick up the device later that day.When I went to pick up my phone, Stephen came from the back with my phone, and verified the services. He mentioned that Id declined to have the motherboard replaced, and said the tech CLAIMED that the phone showed no signs of life. An odd phrase, but my patience and options were running out. I paid the balance $64.98, and left.Home, with access to the internet, I started looking at my options. Pricing replacement parts, weighing contact commitments plus the price of a new phone. That one word bothered me, claimed. I have some experience fixing phones, so I decided to give it a shot. I could go a few more days hugging to Wi-Fi with my iPod touch. I ordered a battery on Amazon and started to disassemble the components to clean them.The battery arrived a day early, so luckily I had Sunday evening to piece everything back together. Once everything was back together, I held the power button and waited for the animation to start. Ive never been so happy to see that Google G pop on the screen. 19% battery, but I didnt charge it for fear of damage. I unlocked my phone and began, amid a swarm of alerts, to check my data was still intact, camera still functioning, sound quality, phone calls. Its been less than 24 hours, so the full verdict is still out, but its alive! Its charging, connecting and showing all the signs of life.****Update- requested refund, services not rendered, Stephen unfortunately the tech noted generally working on the device and the fee is non refundable.

I had to wait to be assisted because there was only one person out in front. The person was knowledgeable and helpful. My phone was repaired quickly. The only downside was the wait, and that was when I dropped it off and when I picked it up.

I took my laptop here because my fan was making an awful racket and needed to be replaced. I told them exactly what was wrong and when it happens. They had my laptop for a couple of weeks and I called to check on it. I asked them to also replace the battery because the laptop did not work unless it was plugged in. At first they told me that diagnostics did not show a problem with the battery but then they agreed to replace it. At a month I called to check on it again. Two days later they let me know that I could come pick it up. They said that they cleaned it and that had fixed the issue!When I got it home I plugged it in and started it to the same loud noise I took it in for!!I immediately called them and let them know. It took quite a while to have my computer there and actually have a tech who could talk to me.He told me the he could not duplicate the noise that I complained of while he had the computer so he didn’t replace the fan. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that and he said “I did”. Flat out lie!He told me that my tan was so damaged that it was disconnected from its base and that’s why it was making so much noise and that it would cost me an additional $120 something dollars to fix!!That is just wrong! If he cleaned my computer and the fan was that damaged then he should have seen that!! And if he had told me that he didn’t replace it because he couldn’t replicate the noise I would have shown him when it happens! Just like I did today!Needless to say I did not leave my laptop with them again and I will be filing a BBB complaint :-(

First of all, I’m a klutz. In less than a year I’ve had to replace the screen on my phone twice. Knowing that uBreakiFix is there is comforting. Made my appointment and went in today and spoke with Rose. Consummate professional, caring and understood what I needed. Got my phone back in under 2 hours (again) and all’s well. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended!

My only real complaint was that it took 30 minutes to get one bowl when there was only four people in the building. And apparently all of them waited over 30 minutes. However, the food was great and the service was polite and apologetic. Of note: there was a handwriting note on the door saying staff in training please be patient. So we were all patient.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced. I took my phone in through our insurance due to having battery issues and they ended up making it worse and broke my phone. I took my phone and on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Friday at two, I was unable to go in On Friday so I left it there until I could go. when I went to pick it up a few days later it wasn’t ready I was told to wait they were going to just calibrate it, then someone came back out asked for my phone number for the second time and said they would call me when it was ready which they never did I had to call them the next day and see if my phone was ready. When I went into pick up my phone a week later the girl just handed it to me and I was on my way while the phone was deadSo I plugged it into charge and noticed a weird green line when I called to ask about this they said it was due to a defective battery and to just bring it back. I sent a picture to my husband and he told me it wasn’t normal and I needed to take it back I was more upset to find out that they had called Verizon and trying to get a replacement sent without my knowledge. They never called or informed me of anything. I will not trust this place with any of my electronic devices.

They fixed my phone in 1 hour, but they wont let me in the store to pick it up. Been waiting outside for 1 hour because they only let 2 people in their store. Very horrible customer service. They keep trying to upsell everyone with their rip-off insurance plan, instead of checking people out at the register. Come on. Stop holding my phone hostage. I will not return to this store. The bleached blonde bimbo behind the counter is very rude. Cant believe they want people to wait in 110 degree heat outside when 4 people just need to be checked out. The phones are already fixed!!! Just check us out.

I stopped here for help with a dead Samsung phone and they were competent, concerned, and professional. They were busy both times, but the wait was less than 10 minutes, which is good given the complexity of technology. My phone was beyond salvaging, but I would use them again. The price for review was $60, and I was willing to pay that to know if my data could be recovered. They are a great resource.

Got my screen replaced yesterday. Let me tell you how easy the process was! Rose and Stephen were AMAZING. Took care of me very well. These guys are very knowledgeable and my phone works in perfect order. I did have to go in and adjust my time and date (was stuck in March) which caused some apps to not work properly. My Google Chrome gave me a suggestion to troubleshoot and that was the issue. Technology at its finest of doing its own thing 🤣 But other than that, I would definitely use these guys again!

Didn’t have desired screen in stock so had to pay more for different screen.Responsiveness of LCD screen is now better but not actually fixed. Seems they missed some QA testing on it. From out of town so now have to go back to a local one to get fully resolved.

Brandon was awesome! He showed up on time and had a great attitude. Fixed my cracked screen and the replaced almost the whole phone including battery and side buttons. This was on a Saturday in 100+ degree weather and Brandon just had a great attitude which makes it so much better. I will use their services again in the future.

Been waiting on the repair of a laptop for about a month and a half. When said laptop was initially brought in, they estimated it would be an easy repair and that it would only take 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks at most. After waiting for 4 weeks without being contacted one time about the state of my laptop, I started calling to get a status repair. When I called I was told the wrong part was ordered. Obviously I wasn’t mad at the time, things like that can happen, life goes on. A week later I call again, they had ordered a new part and it should be coming by the weekend. I get no calls the whole weekend, and call the following Monday. Once again, they had ordered the wrong part, and it wasn’t compatible with the laptop. This cycle of calling and hearing the same news repeated for about another 3 weeks until I finally received a call from Ubreakifix (the first time they reached out to me without being called prior during this whole process). I expected to finally hear news that my laptop was repaired. When once again they tell me that the wrong part was ordered and that it wasn’t compatible with the laptop. The technician on the phone finally told me that they wouldn’t be able to complete the repair and that I would have to send it to the manufacturer. This repair company has been extremely lazy, vague, and clueless as to how to a) Keep a customer up to date with the status of their computer. And b) how to handle not being able to complete a job. If they would’ve referred me to the manufacturer from the beginning, I wouldn’t have been upset, there’s nothing wrong with not being able to complete a job. However, they have towed me along for weeks, promising me that the job would be complete after all this wait, and yet here I am, 2 months later, with a still broken laptop.

In the last hour of work the employees were first and foremost concerned about the customer. 3 big problems came up with 3 different customers along with 5 other customers coming in at the same time and everybody was very happy and pleased with the efficiency of getting everyone taking care of at the same time. Fantastic service. I scheduled a screen repair through my insurance and dropped off my Samsung phone around noon. Derrick was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure they had the part first, got me checked in, and my phone was ready by 3. This was an excellent overall experience. I extended my insurance coverage because their service was impeccable. I will definitely return to this location.

I turned in a broken screen to be fixed and was told it would be ready in an hour and a half. This was at 10:49am. They said they would text me when it was ready. At 3:50pm I called the store to find out what was taking so long. I was told my phone was ready. I asked why no one called me and was told “I don’t know, I wasn’t the person who worked on it”. Very unprofessional.

Took in my Pixel 2 XL for a screen replacement (cracked). Seems like a pretty common fix to me. I was assured that it was a 2-4 hour repair. Hadnt heard from them after almost 5 hours, so I called for an update. They told me the first screen was a bust, unresponsive. So they were going to try a different one, all cool, not a big deal. 2 hours later, I talk to them, and they say that the board sparked when the screen was attached, rendering it completely dead. All data gone, just like that. It took 8 days to order a new board and replace. Got the phone back, it works great and screen is very nice so far. Cost was just over 200, better than buying a new phone I suppose.My reason for the 3 stars is a few things. The place seemed to not have very good communication between employees and customer. I had to call for updates, they never called me during the process (except once the phone was finally ready). Also took quite awhile, a 2-4 hr job turning into 8 days kinda sucked. And, not sure how other places do it, but if the board sparking and dying is a known possible issue, why would they not back up the data before they service the phone? They also didnt inform me that this was a possibility, so I didnt think to back it up completely. (This part is also on me, could have done more research and discovered that, or could have just been better about backing it up). Luckily still have most of the data backed up on Google, but a lot of app data was lost and irrecoverable. They also wouldnt give me the old board, said they had to send it to Google since it was defective. Pretty lame as I wanted to see if there was a way to recover. They did come through and replace the board at no cost to me, which was pretty cool (kind of expected though). Rose was understanding and sympathetic to my situation, thanks for that Rose. Not sure if I will go back here in the future, however if I do, I will definitely be doing a hardcore full backup of my phone..TL;DR - Went in for screen replacement. Completely back up your phone before you go in, not just a cloud back up. Your board could fry during a simple procedure, apparently (1 in 5000 do that was their exact words). Employee communication to customer could have been much better. They replaced board at no cost to me, so that was nice. Still paid full price for screen, over $200. Rose was cool though. Not sure if Ill go back.

Took my phone in and they had it for roughly 3 hours before reaching out saying they ordered the wrong part. The staff asked me to pay half of the cost for fixing my ipad as down payment. They couldnt fix it and when I picked up my ipad and asked for refund, they told me I actually didnt have to pay anything until they fix it and also the refund manager was not in that day. So they told me to give them a call to get refund. Then the day I called the staff told me the manager for refund was still not there and I needed to call back the following day for refund. When I called the 2nd day, they told me the manager was in but I had to come to the store to get refund. Everyday they are saying something different.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. my sister went here and got her phone fixed, so we decided to bring my other sisters phone in to get hers fixed too. we went in for a simple crack in the top right corner. they said it would be about 2ish hours so we went to the mall and did some shopping then came back. when we came back they had not fixed the phone but broke it! they said that they had to disconnect the LCC and then would connect it back in, but they couldn’t connect it back. so the phone does not work now. we leave for vacation tomorrow and now she doesn’t have a phone. thanks a lot. do NOT come here!

Took my sons Samsung 20 phone in to replace a functional but swelling battery. Everything else worked fine. When I picked up the phone they told me the charge port wasnt working. I argued that it worked fine when I dropped it off but they would assume any accountability. They said it should still be under warranty and I might be able to mail it to Samsung for repair, but they wouldnt do anything else for me.

Overall Im happy with the service I received from uBreakiFix. When I arrived there was some confusion finding my information/appointment but Im blaming that on the warranty provider NOT this location. Stephen was super helpful, patient, and professional even when I was upset about the misguided information I received from my warranty provider. He did everything in his power to help me and make the situation as painless as possible. The work itself was perfect and my phone looks like new again.

So first of I walked it and waited 20 min jus to be talked to that alone is extremely bad service, as well they tried saying 560$ for a iPhone screen repair when Apple only charged half that at 320$ I even asked Apple why they would charge so much and they said you guys aren’t even using REAL Apple products, becuase it would be the same price as them the Apple tech explained to me, so not only are you guys using 3rd party screens for repair your doubling the original rate! PLEASE DONT COME HERE GO TO YOUR APPLE STORE, you will save money as well as get genuine parts, they also told me if they break the phone they aren’t reliable where Apple does diagnostics on your phone to make sure everything works before repair and after, long story short never come to these 3rd party places trying to tax you for nothing

It was busy, only two people allowed in the store at a time per COVID precautions. They have chairs outside for people to wait which works right now but wont come summer time. It took about 15 minutes to get my phone checked in and was surprised at how far they went to take care of my needs. My phone was ready for pick up 2 hours later with a new screen and back plate. Reasonable prices though I didnt have time to get other quotes. Overall pretty satisfied with the experience.

I scheduled through Asurion because I broke my screen and they sent uBreakiFix out to do the repairs. I was scheduled between 7am-10am. Brandon & Baily showed up at 7:05am, after they called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming, and they were her until 7:45am. During that time they took my phone out to their van and completed the repair. I receive my phone back in perfect condition. They were super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They also wore their masks each time they came to the door which was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this location and particularly to these guys!

I took my phone in for an insurance claim for a cracked screen, everything else on my phone worked just fine, I just figured for $30 bucks why not fix the crack. I waited outside (as they are far behind the covid times) for 40 minutes, left my phone there and what a mistake, they called and said they could not fix it and that I should come pick it up. When they opened it the vacuum seal broke and now there are things they are not authorized to fix. I went to pick it up, waited outside for a long time again, only to be told my phone is not put together yet and I will have to come back tomorrow. I definitely would not have returned to wait outside for 40 minutes if they had not told me to come pick up the phone. Fast forward to the next day and I wait outside AGAIN and pick up the phone and am only told to get a replacement through Asurion. I get home, go to charge the phone and now nothing works, the speaker, the charging port - everything that was working is now broke. I understand things happen and I can deal with all this if the customer service is good, but telling me to pickup a phone that is not ready, having customers wait outside in hot weather for 45 minutes every time, and then forgetting to mention that I can no longer charge or use the speaker on the phone, etc was enough. Most customers will be understanding if they receive HONEST customer service instead of trying to sweep things under the rug!

The worst place ever they gave a time to pick up phone and it took 2 more days to get phone back and didnt use the insurance we had on the phone and we just paid out if pocket because we were tired of the run around just wanted phone back we drove 20 mins 4 times to pick up our phone that was the worst experience ever !!!!

My wife went in today to talk to them on our device for a repair. She entered the store and noticed a sign stating “2 people max due to covid” but she noticed three people waiting inside the waiting area. There was no employee worker present at the front desk and so she thought to wait so she could sign-in so they would know she was here. (Mind you they have really really dark tint on the front windows and door that one may not see how many individuals are in the waiting room, so one would have to enter) The employee gal came to the front and instead of being polite and getting her name down and politely asking her to wait outside, she rudely mentioned their sign and asked her to wait outside. Mind you there were three people in the waiting room and she never approached those individuals the same. The employee mentioned that 2 of the individuals are considered one person. My wife decided to call their customer service and while on the phone the customer service could even hear their own employee the way she talks to customers. My wife decided to get our device back and get it fixed elsewhere due to the very poor customer service and communication of that employee. I am all for the science behind covid safety, but when you have a rule of 2 people only. You can’t break that rule and say 2 people are now one. Now that she has the device, she went to another repair place and the repair guy stated that there are screws on the machine that have not been put back. So UBreakIFix decided not to put things back in the same way they received it and the other repair guy said everything is just floating inside the box. So I think the should change the company name to UBreakIBreakMoreVery Bad Experience and I will not recommend this store to anybody that I know

I was referred to UbreakitIfix it by T- Mobile for my Samsung phone when it was under warranty.I ended up getting a new phone, but was so.impressed with the CS here, I returned today with my IPAD, old LG smartphone no longer connected and my new Samsung 5G.I signed up for their monthly service plan that covers our Entire household of smart TV. Laptops, phones, Playstation, DVD and disc players and just about everything in my home dogital...even watches.Wow they then proceeded under this plan to transfer and connect just about everything on my phones thought lost...more than in.the cloud. I had thought some important business notes etc lost forever but I 45 min retrieved what looks to be all with all phones and tablet connected.I am returning tomorrow with a galaxy tablet, an iPad has, damaged I phone, & 2 laptops which are now covered under this amazing an to have them fully checked out and if possible fixed, updated or otherwise dealt with as they recommend.It takes 24-48 business days for this much service, but I have finally found a one stop highly recommended Service Store that I felt I could trust.Verizon, T-Mobile stores all send customers here for work either covered by warranty insurance or not.I even found out that my 90 in flat-screen is under the warranty and if it goes out they will come here, take it off the wall, and either fix it or replace it. This replacement of any electronics is incredible offering.An insurance, if true it is an incomparable value compared to purchase warranty service plans.Aside from.all I have rarely been treated with such GREAT CS by Rose and the other gentleman who assisted me today off Power Rd.

I am not one to complain but the way I was treated by this stores employee was out of line. I came to pick up my Xbox and as I walked to the door I saw a sign that said 2 customers only at a time. I tried to see in but their windows are tinted and impossible to see through. As I walked in I noticed 3 customers inside and no employee. I figured I would have to come inside to at least be noticed by an employee since there were no instructions on what to do next. When the employee came out she rudely told me “ma’am you cant be in here. There is a 2 person capacity rule.” I looked around at the 3 people and that’s when she said “those 2 people are considered one” Huh? Last time I checked two people don’t make one. So where is the covid science behind that? There is none and she didn’t follow her own store rules. She chose to make an exception. Anyways I went outside and waited in the 100 degree weather. I pulled my mask down to breathe and when she came out to get me I walked in and she rudely told me to pull my mask up. She literally didn’t give me a chance to do so. I was then flipped off by one of their customers and when I took my device to another repair place they said that the techs didn’t even put the screws back in. They are literally taped on the top of the Xbox. Nice. If you are reading this do not go to this store they are soooo rude and unprofessional!!!!

They came to my house and repaired my cracked screen. They kept me informed on when they were coming, and were absolutely courteous and professional, really nice people. Phone looks good as new, which I greatly appreciated.

This store is a scam, with a bunch of low lifes trying to get a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and research your devices problem before taking it in, they will not fix it for you.

I was having issues with my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, I was already planning on buying a new phone but luckily they were able to fix the problem. Customer service is excellent! I did have to wait longer then expected. But overall EXCELLENT PLAVE to get your electronics repaired.

Its a scam. Took a phone in to get repaired. The phone wouldnt turn on. Was told it would be $25. After 2 days of no fix, was told we signed up for a program we had no idea about. The $25 was for the program and it was monthly charge of $25. Phone still didnt get fixed. The phone wasnt even covered in the plan.

Ok the middle rating is because the repair was excellent but the service was bad. I was told 5pm, at 10:27am but I had to wait another almost hour because they were backed up. Only two people in the store. If they are that busy, hire another one or two people. The sign on the door says repairs while you wait. Not while you wait at home, work, etc. for 7-8 hours. The repair was done well and the phone works perfect. So technically the shop is good. Just work on the service.

They fixed my phone screen like I asked them to.However, they also signed me up for Asurion home+ when I specifically said no to the service. I was charged for 3 months without know it. I called the store to ask for receipt of my visit and I have yet to hear anything back. Luckily I resolved the issue without any help from them.

This place is a joke. I needed a new battery for my Pixel 3 cell phone. I filed a claim with Verizon and they sent me here. My first appointment was a bust as they had to order my battery. A week went by and I heard nothing from them so I followed up. They had my battery so we set up another appointment, I dropped off my phone and was given a website where you could track your repair. Finally my phone was done. I picked it up and half the features no longer worked. My fingerprint scanner didnt work and wasnt even an option to set it up in settings. You couldnt squeeze the side of the phone to access the Google assistant any more, some of my passwords for various sites on line were missing and I lost some of my apps. I called Verizon back and was advised to factory reset my.phone before they could replace it we 3ßß. I was hesitant to do that. I reached out to uBreakIFix and they said bring it back to the store. I immediately did that. This time they kept my phone from opening to about six thirty. They replaced the fingerprint scanner and wanted to keep it so they could do a factory reset. I couldnt believe it! I picked up my phone and then called Verizon and they made me reset my phone before they could send another. Needless to say I lost all my apps, passwords, etc and my phone still didnt work. They ordered another. I called uBreakIFix to get them to fix my phone back to the way it was. They told me there was nothing else they could do to fix it and just have it replaced. I just paid it off in December, it was a $900 phone and now it is a piece of trash. I highly recommend that you NEVER take anything there to be fixed. As a matter of fact, run from there as fast as you can!

Their system was slow. At drop off I was never given a receipt and never asked to give a call number for when they were done. Went to pick up around the time they guy said it would be done. The guy behind the counter had trouble finding my phone/claim because I was never given a receipt. After I got my phone back I asked for a receipt and he seemed confused as to why I would want one. He gave the one that was attached to the phone and it said that they called. They called the phone they were working on............ this location very disorganized and unprofessional. And even for this survey link is asked if I would recommend ues with an arrow or no thanks.....

Customer service is beyond on amazing! Owner went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, first via phone call witch was difficult being my phone was broken and entirely hands on running tests ensuring the phone was fixable before they even start repairing. Ive got to say i would highly recommend this shop over any its very welcoming and friendly!

Rick was very professional and helpful! He has a lot of patience and was able to help me out with my phone ( I’m not that tech savy). The amount of time I spent in the store was short / quick my phone was finished within the hour. My phone looks and works brand new again. Also if you have to call store they answer immediately and are there to answer all your questions.

After calling early morning and asking for an appointment, I was booked for the following day at 9. After arriving later in the day to drop off my broken Xbox I was told no one would schedule me for tomorrow and it could be weeks until they can get to it

This place is sweet! They fixed my console in just a few days and the process was seemless. Also the home+ insurance thing? Ya thats a no brainer. No more warranties all over the place again!
