Have come here twice now just to do some wish pickups the first time I was working with a female who was extremely rude and very lazy refused to look through the stuff to see if my stuff was there considering I have been waiting over a week she recommended I come back in a few days once they finish their inventory I said okay and left I am now back three weeks later and there is now a back in 10 minutes sign on the door cant say Im too pleased with the service here but the only reason Im here is for wish cant imagine what it would be like trying to buy a cell phone from these people. So here I am waiting on Tuesday at 2 not able to get any service once again.

I found a used phone through Facebook Marketplace that was priced very low. I arrived to this location to pick it up, and the man behind the counter was very honest about why it was priced so low (the screen is tinted after being on for too long). I was able to get it connected the same day and it works great otherwise. Very fair price.

Place sucks how the phone I bought from there and it wanted updates constantly and then Gmail stopped working.

Found the phone I wanted advertised on Facebook. Got there, an hour drive, and he refused to sell it at the price. First said it was with activation, then said it was a mistake. It was a scam. Bait and switch to get me into the store. Do not believe anything he says.

I spent $972.00 on a Samsung S20+5G, after researching the phone model they sold me SM-985f/ds is not 5G and not 5G compatible. They lie to you, Jose the owner is running a scam. I paid for a 5G phone, they insist that it is 5G, but this phone he sold me will never have 5G. They wont give me my money back of just give me what I paid for. DONT SHOP HERE, Shady business owner, doing shady business. Refuses to make things right.

A lot of the phones here have very bad screen burn in and the batteries dont work. I bought two phones here that dont work. They dont do refunds. $150 down the drain.

Ive been sitting outside for an hour and a half. Schedule on the door says opens at 11 and it is now 11:30 and still nobody has showed up.

Kind of has a sketchy feel, but picked up a 128gb micro sd card for $30 which is a pretty great deal. The guy behind the counter was sort of friendly.Update:. The so called 128gb SD card I bought ended up being a scam. No more than 8gb on it. Scam business. Avoid at all cost.

First off, there should be a correction on the closing time; they close at 8 pm and not at the time that is shown here. I took an Iphone 4 here that was originally from AT&T to get it unlocked and was charged a VERY reasonable price. I received my phone back after 1 week and was unable to test it on the unlocked network until I went to Mexico since I intended to use it on the Mexican Telcel network. I went to Mexico and the phone did not work the first time. So I went back to them and at first they did not believe me that the phone was not unlocked. Soon they got a hold of a T-Mobile SIM and sure enough, the phone did not recognize it. For your info, if you unlock to T-Mobile you can use your phone on the Mexican Telcel network since they are both GSM 450. So they kept it for the weekend and on Monday morning, they called me and told me to pick it up again. I picked it up and then went to Mexico for a second time and the phone worked great! Even the internet is able to work on the Mexican Telcel network. I strongly recommend this business but make sure that if you get a phone unlocked, that you check it with one of their SIMS (or get a SIM from your friends) to ensure you do not have to make multiple trips like I had to. The reason why the phone was not unlocked the first time was because I needed to update the iOS software, but I did not know this and they should have tested the phone to ensure it was unlocked. Anyways, phone works great now and I am very satisfied with having gone here.
