Some of the workers here are nice and very helpful, however there is one particular employee who seems to have an issue every time she works. Shes very quip with her answers and acts like she doesnt want to be there, which at that point, why not just quit instead of making students shopping experience more stressful than it should be. You should be able to answer questions, EVEN IF you have to repeat yourself because thats what good employees are supposed to do. Being sarcastic and disrespectful is not an attribute and Im surprised that no one has said anything in these comments about it. Must not have met her yet. Her customer service needs to be improved, I dont like coming into the store or even calling sometimes for that exact reason.

I have had great experiences with the bookstore for the last two years I have been here, but for some reason for the last book I purchased I did not receive an email telling me the textbook was ready to be picked up. I checked in a week after I ordered the book to see if it was in and was told it had not come in. Almost two weeks later (three weeks after ordering the book), I called the bookstore to check the status of my book because for the last three weeks the status has only read in-transit. After calling in, I was told that my book was ready to be picked-up. How frustrating!

For the time I had studied at the Polytechnic Campus, I enjoyed the scenery and the staff. Tons of diversity and offers a variety of social events for all kinds of students and visitors.

The people here really seem to care about the students as opposed to the main campus where they treat you like cattle.

The manager and staff are very helpful and friendly.

I love going there after school to study and hang.

It is a small bookstore as compared to the one in Tempe campus. But it has all the necessary stuff.

I attend school here and this is a great place to rent books and other school materials!

The campus may be small, but it helps build a community with the people in your major!
