Lovely store i have had many unique necklaces and earrings made here after buying strands of beads. Loved the suggestions on clasps and lengths etc.I have also had many necklaces repaired here. All repairs were done in a timely manner and high quality materials were used.Glad they are part of the mall .... otherwise used to cart my broken beads to city events hoping to find someone with a jewelry stand that could help me.I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We went in to pick out some stones to put in our home foundation for our feng shui intentions and we were assisted with great attention. We were given a small gift of turquoise as a blessing of health and happiness. It was so thoughtful and meant so much to us. The prices are reasonable and if you are into beading and jewelry making, they have everything you would need!

Good, well stocked bead stores are hard to find. This bead store has some of everything! I have taken classes from the owner and have gotten excellent service from the staff.You cant go wrong at GBM!

Let me just say when I found this place and actually visited I was amazed. She has a good selection of everything in here. It’s located in the mall so I was a bit apprehensive because I was looking for true gemstones for my beadwork. Boy was I surprised. Pleasantly. I was able to find the exact beads I needed along with the gold and silver clasps that have been sold out online for weeks. The owner is sooooo sweet. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Showed me a lil trick to cut my beading time in half. I can’t say enough good things if u need beads or cording gemstones clasps charms whatever she’s got it. She also has a very very nice gemstone necklace and bracelet pieces as well. Well worth the trip to superstition springs.

With so many bead stores closing now it’s refreshing to find this store. Gem and Bead Mall has everything. Semiprecious stones, cut crystals, and so many fine beads in multiple sizes and colors. Plus some hard to find ones. I also found findings and silver earring hooks.Fun place. Classes offered too. Wednesday’s is Open beading where anyone can join and work on their projects and even to get some advice.

Happy staff who were happy to answer questions and willing to search stock and search for other solutions.

What I like about this place is that they have loose beads in little containers for u to pick out what I want and how much u want..... that they had what I was looking for that no one else seem to have...and its close to home.

The lady behind the counter was awesome she showed me around and answered all of my questions gave wonderful suggestions and even accommodated me having to answer the phone and quietly continued to help me without interrupting my car I couldn’t ask for more thank you

I didnt have an issue with the store self, but the man working didnt say hi, didnt help or even acknowledge us. I was genuinely interested in stuff and he continued to shove his sandwich in his mouth till I was ready to pay. I kinda wanted to put my stuff away but I really wanted the stuff I had picked out. I kinda felt as though I was being judged and discriminated against . I dont normally post negative reviews but this guy is killing the business with his yucky vibe .

Not enforcing the mask wearing policy, lady behind the counter was clearly sick and removed her mask.

Awkward atmosphere, I felt extremely judged. Im not sure if it was because Im young or if the lady just didnt like me. I was rushed into checking out before I was ready and the entire checkout conversation was just horrendous. I was asked what I was making and when I told the lady I make cat clothes (a harmless endeavor!) I recieved the dirtiest look. Ok well cat clothes arent everyones cup of tea but the absolutely rude attitude I got from this lady was overwhelming. This is something Im very proud of and it makes me happy, Im not sure why she was acting this way towards me. And to top it all off, before I walked out the lady gave me this nasty smirk and said let me guess, youre one of those people who declaw their cats arent you? Okay first of all that is none of your business! Second, I dont declaw my cats but why is this even being discussed? And from her tone and the rude way she asked, I got a very clear idea of what this lady thinks of me. This honestly was one of the weirdest experiences, I mean wouldnt you want returning customers? Wouldnt you want me to buy more of your stuff? Apparently not! Most craft stores are excited to see young people getting into crafting but instead I felt very judged and quite honestly discriminated against.

UPDATE: I find it extremely disheartening that, even with a review so vague that theres no way you could know what customer I was or what happened that made me upset, whoever replies to these reviews has not only basically tried to make their own customer look bad by assuming that I only had a bad experience because apparently I was the one who was rude but I also noticed that under one of the other reviews theyve blatantly lied about not having a Male employee even though hes one of the first people listed on their site.Original review: Extremely rude store manager and awkward atmosphere all around, not worth the stop at all

Wow, the owner’s responses to any negative reviews is to immediately fire back. No apologies, no how can I make it right. That tells me (and should tell you) EVERYTHING I need to know about how customers are treated. Hard pass for me.

Drove a long way on a Saturday to the store and they are not open. According to their website they should be open. Learned they show up when they feel like it. Seriously? Very ticked off and disappointed.
