Today was the second time I used Thermador Group (Ryan) and just as the first service visit, he was fantastic! Ryan fixed both my Kenmore washer and dryer. He had the parts that were needed on his truck so my appliances were fixed the same day! No ordering parts and waiting! He is honest, professional, experienced, and extremely reasonable! Both times he was able to come out the next day and gave me a 3-hour time frame! He called me the day of service to narrow down the time he would be arriving! I highly recommend Ryan at Thermador Group, he will be the ONLY repairman in my home!!!

Ramirez at Thermador Group came over and worked on my Whirlpool Refrigerator; as advertised there were no hidden charges or fees. Ramirez even went to his supply warehouse to retrieve my fan compressor the same day! Ramirez and I chatted about the Big 12 Conference too; very friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend his service to anyone that needs repair.

Nelson at Thermador Group Came out on a Saturday Morning in between calls. Assessed the situation, found the problem, even though he did not have the part needed. He made a phone call to a colleague to try and get the part sooner. By 11 am Monday and a Holiday it was fixed. Nelson was professional, courteous, and very clean. He arrived when he stated and in a well-marked vehicle. I would recommend him to those in need of appliance repair.

Couldnt understand the receptionist. Think she wanted me to make a payment prior to a service tech coming out, but, I asked for one of the guys to call me so I could understand. Noboby called me so, thats the extent of my experience.

Everything I read matched our experience. Douglas at Thermador Group came the same day and fixed our refrigerator, replacing one part he had with him for much less than others who said it would take over a month to even get the parts. I wont call anyone else for appliance issues.

This business is a scam. There is no business named Thermador Group registered to do business in the State of Arizona (checked with Secretary of State). It has no affiliation with manufacturer Thermador (Bosch), nor is it an authorized servicer. The technician arrived at my home in an unmarked passenger vehicle, wearing no uniform. He quoted me over $1,000 to fix my refrigerator. Fortunately, I recognized the scam and contacted an authorized servicer, who came out and fixed my Thermador refrigerator for under $400 parts and labor.

I couldnt concentrate on my work yesterday because I always think about my oven that was overheating. I was feeling relieved when the technician arrived and brought the tools he needed for the appliance repair service. I thanked him for fixing my refrigerator as fast as he could.
