Our 1st experience was wonderful. 2nd experience wasnt good. We went in picked a counter depth refrigerator explained our urgency because of my health and medicines was told it would be delivered on Friday we didnt receive call so my husband called. The floor manager forgot to put our delivery in so have to wait till Monday. He did give us a discount of 200.00. But still bad business when something is needed for medical issues not just upgrading......

Matt was very helpful, showed us what we needed and fridge, washer and dryer were in stock. The appliances were delivered 6/1and this is where everything went south. Fridge door was scratched, no water or ice dispensed and washer leaked (took 3 visits to determine needed new hose) and washer had a big scratch. Technician came back 3 times. He used appliance paint to fix scratch rather than waiting 3 months for another set. New fridge door was ordered. GE due to come out today and wasnt instructed to order new door by Mesa TV and Appliance. He ordered door but it takes several weeks to receive. I paid for extended warranty. No type of restitution was offered for sub par appliances which looked like scratch and dent instead of new.

Helpful no nonsense place. Bought appliances from them twice both times knowing exactly what I want. Gave me a great deal no bs both times. Will be returningnwhen one of my other appliances bites the dust.

I bought a Bosch in March. Appliance store said a couple weeks. I thought that was great because all other appliance stores told me 45 days because of backorder and Covid. Now come to find out on April 26, Bosch has shut down due to Covid according to Brian. Shut down? They dont have a clue whats going on and will not inform you when your product is on backorder or the plant has shutdown! Btw I dont believe him when he says the plant has shut down. Seemed like nice people but the dishonesty and lack of transparency is not acceptable when spending over 1k on a fsihway.

My boyfriend Dave went to 3 different places looking for a dishwasher. Out of the 3, one Sales Rep guided him toward a Kitchen-Aide. The price was a little high when she added, delivery, install and removal of the old appliance. He walked out came home. I turned on my laptop, GOOGLED, Appliance Stores near me. Mesa TV & Appliance first popped up. We checked out the website, saw exactly what we were looking for. We placed a call, asked a few questions, and ordered the dishwasher. Jordan provided us with the costs, of installation, removal of previous appliance and the hoses that were needed. He also stated that he could get us delivery next day after looking at their schedule. We received a phone call the following morning and we were told that delivery would take place between 3-5 pm. Delivery was received prior to 5pm with 2 guys who came in removed the old appliance, installed the new disherwasher and checked to make sure everything worked. Both gentleman had masks, very cordial and made sure they answered any questions we may have had. Thank you Mesa TV and Appliance, we loved doing business with you. If we need another appliance, we wil be coming back. Thank you for being a small business. YOU made the biggest difference.

Ive tried to buy a $1300 washing machine from them twice now, and they cant even call back. Just go the spencers and dont waist your time.

I purchased a whirlpool fridge in Feb of this year and it broke last week. When I received the fridge there were scratches on the front. I emailed the sales person about it twice and he never responded. This week the fridge broke. I purchased a warranty through Mesa TV and appliance but it will not cover the cost of the dry ice I have to purchase. The fridge is still not fixed. I called and emailed twice to Mesa TV & Appliance and they have not responded. It is so frustrating. I will not purchase another whirlpool product nor another product with this company. I have to go to the grocery store every day during a pandemic to get dry ice and have lost a lot of food.

Hands down the best price and the best service. I went to best buy, Lowes, Home depot, Spencers and Sears. We literally saved hundreds on a new fridge buying from Mesa TV and appliance. The best price is going to be on the showroom floor. We worked with Mathew Olson who is an AWESOME sales person. Never felt rushed or pressure to buy. It was the first time I felt a sales person was genuinely nice and cared about our needs. Fridge was delivered first thing in the morning buy two gentlemen who made the install quick but carefully. Walked into store found refrigerator I’d looked days for and 100.00 cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery date was in two days not two weeks like other stores. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Beautiful store large variety.

They take their online advertising right out of a car dealerships playbook. You have to physically call for a price (I assume because the prices are SO LOW they will get in trouble for posting them publicly!). It was after 11pm, so my only option was the online contact form, which I used despite having to enter first name, last name, phone #, and email (no anonymous price checks!). In my email I asked for the total price on a specific refrigerator. This was on 11/27/17, and I received an immediate email response stating an associate will follow up with you as soon as possible. I never heard back, so I bought from Sears.To be fair, I didnt put my real phone # in the contact form (its none of their business), but they clearly had my email and never even attempted to reach out. Maybe some people like the nostalgia of having to place a call or provide personal information to obtain appliance prices, but Ill stick with sites that simply list their prices online. I dont have the patience to deal with car salesmen when I only need a refrigerator.***Update -- in response to your comment, it was after 11 pm, so I couldnt call for the best price. Instead, I clicked on request a quote.Nobody responded with my quote. If calling in is the only way to get a price, you should remove the request a quote button. As to your refusal to post prices online, now I understand -- Best Buy, Lowes, and Home Depot are constantly scanning the Mesa TV & Appliance website so they can undermine you.

My refrigerator freezer broke down on a Friday. I was in desperate need to get one that fit the opening, special size. I called and talked to Matt and explained my situation. Gave him the measurements and he came back to the phone telling me had one in their scatch and dent area that was the appropriate size and color I was looking for. It was delivered first thing this morning. I have been a customer of Mesa TV and Appliance in the past and will continue to work with them.

I called and asked about a washing machine.I was called back within 30 minutes. In less than 24 hours I am washing clothes. These guys have been in town since I was a wee lad and probably before. Theyve seen it all and they have it all. I didnt tell them why I was in their store on a Saturday, but I let them know I wanted a fridge and what features I needed. We all know you dont casually shop for a fridge. Mine was broken. Without any prompting, Matt showed me all the options at breakneck speed, said they can deliver and haul away next business day, and gave me the same deal they just gave their corporate client. They gave them a deal on a floor model, but mine is new in box. Its no contest. Your business belongs here. Stay out of the big box stores.

Had a little rough start, but Brian act quickly to resolve our issue of having the wrong refrig delivered. He let us keep the refrig until the new upgraded refrig was ordered & delivered. He also saw to it that this next refrig was purchased at a reduced price. When the next refrig was delivered, it was making ice but none came out although it make noise like it should come. Again Brian saw to it that one of his people came over to check it out. Ray figured out the problem in a short time & all is working fine. We bought 4 kitchen Maytag & Speed Queen washer/dryer.Once we figured out how the microwave rotating plate works, we find we could embrace it, although different from the turn table style accustom to.We appreciate Brian working with us to resolve issues as they occurred. It was a very positive experience.

Needed a refrigerator Home Depot and Lowes wanted $1709 with a 10% discount, Mesa tv and appliance $1199, they do charge a $35 delivery fee, but considering the vast price difference, a great price their extended warranty was $59 dollars less than HD. Home depot delivery after 9/8, Lowes delivery 10/21. Mesa tv and appliance has their own warehouse and delivery tomorrow, Yay!!!!

I had a issue with a scratch on my new refrigerator and they are in the process of correcting the problem.
