Though they did not have the rebar paint I need they directed me to a Jax person who then gave me another persons no who never returned my call. I returned to the store and bought another, less desirable paint because of the great service initially received.

Sherwin Williams paint is the best paint with the best coverage. In the past we have bought paint from other stores and we were disappointed in the results and durability. For years now, we will only buy our paint from Sherwin Williams. They have the best employees who are always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Nobody does it better, the crew is professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They always offer the best discounts and will apply the best price (percentage off) even if I dont know there is a sale going on. I cant ask for better service from the Sherwin-Williams team. They even gave my painter a couple of t-shirts when we came in to pick up our order.

Very busy place and it is because of the sales staffs knowledge of paint. I dont buy any other kind of paint except Sherwin Williams because their knowledge as well as the quality of the product.

Im uncomfortable that the problem I had with the paint color didnt generate a more serious action approach by the store employee. I feel if there is a problem with a particular tint and your dispensary equipment that makes the paint colors is controlled by a computer software type program rather than a physical person mixing the different color variations manually that you have a PROBLEM and it should be addressed asap in my opinion. I hired a painter and provided him with the two custom colors from Sherwin Williams. He went to the Indian River Sherwin Williams location to have them made. Once on the house I noticed immediately the accent color wasnt the right HUE. I took my sample and placed it on the painted area on the house. It is way off!!! I told this to the employee at the store near my home and from what I can determine thats all the further the issue went. Not a warm and fuzzy business practice in my opinion.

I have a 30 year old ceiling with water stains from a storm. After replacing the roof I took out a access panel in the ceiling and took it down to Sherwin Williams. After the sealer and paint the mixed, you cannot tell where it was painted.
