Do not rent storage here ever. I was so happy in the beginning to rent my storage. But soon as I clear it the nightmare begin. Customer service never answer. I paid fully and left before time.Waiting time on phone is hours. They sent emails and letters with payment notice. And even sent a letter to my landlord that they will put lean on the house. Seriously? Never again.

This U-Haul storage is great! It even has 2 pull in doors do you can load and unload inside under cover. It is an unmanned location, but you just book a storage unit on the app or online. They dont have the larger moving trucks at this location, but they do have vans and pickup trucks available 24 hours a day.

Management lacks integrity. Please don’t lie and tell me you called me back after I asked to speak to a manager. We all have cell phones that show missed calls. Nothing worse than a liar.

Ive worked in the field and was told I was working in a state of the art facility. Now I can honestly say NO I WASNT! This place on Merritt island is awesome and trust state of the art.

Rented me a van, charged me for the van, did not have any keys or employees on property. Had to call a help line and sit on the phone for half an hour until finally she got me a van at a different location. Doesn’t seem like this one is actually in business.

Very nice and secure storage facility. Reasonably priced.

Just awful...the code they gave me did not open the door for me to enter the storage facility. Myself and another gentleman spent TWO HOURS trying to reach some form of human life. When I finally did reach a human, I was put on hold and my call sent to ANOTHER RECORDED LINE!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE HERE. It wouldve been nice if someone answered the phone and just acted like they cared...
