2nd time this month I needed something quick and was able to find it in stock at online prices. This time they had my order pulled in minutes and waiting for me when I walked in. Great service, great price, what more do you need?
They have the bends I wanted on sale, customer service was wonderful young man helped me.I purchased 25 items and he placed them all in the truck for me. A great shopping experience. It was quick and easy social distancing and lots of Masks.
Horrible customer service. We tried to ship a package and we arrived 20 minutes before closing. It was apparent they wanted to close early. The front metal gates were already half way across the doors. The individual helping us seemed very unhappy to help us, and took forever. The second it got close to closing we were told the machine didnt work to print the label and we had to go somewhere else. I will never use this location again.
I purchased a desk from Office Depot back in Nov 2020. I went to assemble it and the keyboard holder fell into several pieces and the ball bearings came out of the roller. I called Office Depots customer service number and asked for a replacement keyboard holder. Here it is 4 months later and I still have not received anything. I have spent months on the phone and email trying to get some action out of the company. I have had to send pictures, receipts, copies of manuals, etc. And yet, I still have no keyboard holder. As it is, it usually takes weeks to get any answers from anyone. At this point, it would have been cheaper from a labor perspective for me to just buy one myself. Horrible customer service. I wish I could give a lower rating. Update: I got a note from the company responding to my review. I emailed the address they listed and a week later? Still no response - Lol.
Waited for 25 minutes for anyone to pick up the phone off of hold got two copies because I couldnt use self service I was charged the minimum of $2.50 for two copies that should have cost $0.70 store is absolutely garbage looks like it hasnt been cleaned in at least 6 months and horribly understaffed
Terrible location manager did nothing to solve my issues I was told they can sell me the display office furniture made me order a set it was missing a piece ofcourse and now they tell me they will refund me fotlr the 1 piece I told them I dont want a half a set I want the whole set or Ill return it all manager said he still cant give me the one they have on location and sends me to palm bay to attempt to get the other one and guess what ... I have to buy it again and then refund the missing piece through the 1800 number separately I will never make this mistake again cost me over 1200$ for this mistake totally missed a good friends surprise office birthday .... This was the surprise gift thanks office Depot for absolutely nothing.
Today, I went to the Copy Center at the Office Depot in Merritt Island, Florida to have bookmarks made for my family member’s memorial service. A gentle soul by the name of Louis provided the absolute best customer service. My template was not print ready because the text was very close to the edge of the document. Louis went above and beyond to ensure that the template printed correctly on the bookmark. Louis was very patient, kind and professional despite having to work with a template that was not print ready. Even when I added the request for the 50 bookmarks to be laminated, Louis obliged without hesitation. He never complained or seemed bothered. He continuously checked with me throughout the process to ensure that the bookmark was to my liking. I entered the store already saddened by the loss of my love one and apprehensive about how the bookmark would turn out. When Louis told me that he would need to make a few adjustments to make it fit, I became even more nervous. In the end, I was quite pleased with the laminated bookmarks and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received from Louis. Because of the professionalism I received from Louis, if I need anything else from a copy center, the Merritt Island Office Depot will be my first choice. Thank you Louis. Please keep up the excellent work and continue to let your light shine. Bless you!
Louis and Tracy in the copy/print center had done an amazing job on my photo prints and flyers. I have had flyers printed up in the past, at another company, and the quality was not nearly as professional as theirs. They had taken the time to help me and to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. They were both so pleasant, and are very dedicated customer service employees. I will definitely continue to have all of my copy and print services done at this location. I have also recommended this location to my other co-workers. They made my experience there, both positive and enjoyable.
I own several businesses so I do a lot of printing and copying and I generally do it during the daytime. This particular day I was not able to make it to Office Depot during the daytime shift where I always get amazing service. I went into Office Depot 4 minutes before closing knowing that I was that customer however none the less I was greeted by a genuinely authentic pleasant gentleman his name was Louie he greeted me with a smile and I said Im sorry but I need to get menus for my restaurant and I need to get 200 copies made if possible, double sided. Louis did not bat an eye he said no problem well get you taken care of. We got into the system and realized during this thunderstorm the computers are not up and running properly and making the proper connection to the printer. Louis could have easily told me sorry and to come back tomorrow, however Louis said no problem well get this resolved if you can just give me 2 minutes. I thought for sure I was going to walk out of the store without the menus that I needed for service tonight. Louis got to work figuring out a solution to the printer components and lo and behold got them working. Louis had gone above and beyond and the whole time was professional and courteous it made me a happy customer 100% satisfied. Its times like these you realize there are still good people left in the world. I want to personally thank Louis for being such a great part of my day.And to top it all off, I was leaving the store thinking wow what a great experience and he said sir its raining outside let me get you an extra plastic bag to protect those prints. The transaction was done I could have walked out of the store with my purchase but Louis took even more of that extra step and provided service Far and Beyond. I only go to Office Depot to get my prints done and I always will at this particular branch because I know when I walk through those doors Im getting the best customer service. Thank you again Louis for the great experience.
While being very frustrated with Office Depot online chat assistants (they are essentially useless) I called into the store in an attempt to have an online coupon discount that was offered on the Office Depot web site applied to a purchase I wanted to make. I spoke with the store manager Harrison and he could not have done more to make my shopping experience any better. He exceeded expectations by miles. I was able to get what I needed at the discounted price I expected, I was treated courteously, and was in and out of the store quickly. 5 Stars to Harrison for a job well done! Thanks
TLDR: helpful and friendly staff who threw in bonus and got me the best discount.Main story: I went to my local office depot to check out an office chair cause its the only way you can get a good feel on it (BTW stay away from chairs with knobs at the bottom). Online home depot had a sale on furniture, so I asked if they would match their online pricing. No problem! They did me one better: threw in the 2 year square trade warranty. At first I was a little skeptical, so I asked if I can get the extra discount that reward member has. Their internal network seems to be having problem, so they just manually override and gave me a better discount. They even haul it into my car. Thank you to the lady and the older gentleman! BTW, one of their light broke so it is now Of ice depot.

When I am happy with a business, I am quick to write a favorable review, so it pains me to write a poor one, but I am over this place. The majority of employees are pleasant enough, but the two that have caused me to make a vow that I will never return, unfortunately, outweigh the good.It started with the girl behind the counter at the print & copy department. The first time I dealt with her, she did not even attempt to hide the fact that she was in a bad mood. It made me feel uncomfortable and I could not wait to leave. I will give anyone grace because everyone has a bad day now and then, but her behavior was no different the second, third, fourth, .... times, so I decided that if the managers couldnt see how she treats people, then Ill just not go back. Out of respect for someone I know whose spouse works at this store, I stayed quiet and didnt post a negative review.Today I decided to go there because I need a new printer. I looked at a few and decided on one that had all the features for the lowest price, but there were none on the shelf. At first a pleasant sales associate tried to help by looking for one in the computer system, but couldnt find one, so she called in Eric to look it up. After looking it up on one computer, then another, he told me that it was out of stock and didnt know when they would be getting another one in.Without being rude or demanding (not even close) out of curiosity, I simply asked Why?. His reply was a rigid and sarcastic, There is a pandemic going around. Its been all over the news. to which I replied, With that kind of attitude Ill buy my printer somewhere else.I had seen another printer that was in stock and about twice the price as the first one. I would have taken another look at it and most likely buy it, but if thats the way they are permitted to treat customers, then they just lost one today.After I left to run more errands I decided to call the store and talk to the manager (for all I know it was Eric), but I couldnt get through to talk to anybody. There is no option to speak to anyone, so I pressed 2 for Print & Copy because there is always someone behind the desk, that I thought could direct me to the manager, but I was on hold for 6 minutes. I then called back and pressed 4 for the Supplies dept. and was on hold for 20 minutes (while driving around town with the phone on speaker). No one ever picked up. I would have handled it directly with a manager. That wasnt an option, hence the public review.I always try to keep my business local, but next time I will drive 30 miles to Staples or order from Amazon.
I went to the store today to check on some prints that i sent over to have printed.The sales manager Louis was very rude because he didn’t write down the correct confirmation number for my online order which caused him to not be able to locate my file he tried to argue with me that i gave him the wrong confirmation number. Once he received the correct number with an attitude he balled up the old paper and threw it in the trash. I asked him if he had a problem with my order he tells me he’s busy I was the only one at the printing service desk that gives you no reason to have a attitude with a paying customer.I proceeded to ask him if he was the manager he said yes i told him I’ll just go to corporate he responded and told me he don’t care what i tell them.I’m always getting prints done at Office Depot but after the incident i had today I’ll never go to Office Depot again. All of the associates at Office Depot has always been nice to me and i never have a problem but today was my last day doing any type of business there.
Tracy K the Print Service Supervisor is awesome! She helped me with some teacher related copies, lamination, brochure and double sided work. She was able to use my thumb drive to very quickly get the work done. She was bright and cheerful even though she was overwhelmed with business. It is a pleasure to work with some one so intelligent and efficient. And she gave me the teacher discount! Such a relief to get everything done before school starts!

They lack so much in this store. All that space, and they have everything so spread out that you have to go back and forth before not finding what you are looking for. The 2 and not 1 star(s) is because they have the side loading sheet protectors. I do not find their prices all that great either. $10 for a clipboard is outrageous. And over $2 for lined filler sheets, really? The staff are very friendly and helpful though and will point you in the right direction. I give them 5 stars. It is better to know exactly what you are looking for first so you can ask it the right way. Go online before you visit. Make sure you select this stores location and the item will tell you if it is available and how many they have in stock. That is very helpful. Plenty of parking. They open early. This place is awesome. So many great office ideas and sooo many sales and reasonable prices! The staff is extra friendly and were very helpful. I have a hernia and an employee helped me bring my purchases I couldnt carry to the front. It was a big help and have me more power over what I purchased. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome. ❤
The staff here makes the difference. Every time I walk in there is someone asking if I need help, and genuinely. They also are great at the printing area and dont give you a hard time at all using coupons or multiple purchases. They make getting work supplies easy and better than online. Be sure to join their loyalty program for coupons and recycle your old ink cartridges here for extra $$
I went to the store today to get some office work done. I went to the photo office department and the girl was so rude. I will never step foot in that place again I have given them several chances and each time they are rude. Too much chaos too much rudeness for me.
They have always been great to me and very helpful and accommodating. I have been going to this store for many years and have always had a good experience. I have had all of my print jobs done here. I completely stopped buying or using printers because this store is here.

The staff are a little over eager to help. Sometimes I just want to browse without feeling the sales pressure. On the flip side, help is there when you need it, but it remains to be seen whether that help would actually be helpful.
This place is not good because they dont have any thing that you need. The things that the computer need for a gaming, they dont have it, and the price is not good for what they have. Good desk, racks for games, chairs, monitor,and other things what they have the are not good and so is the price

Stay away!!!!! If you find the same item for twice as much anywhere else, then spend the extra money and buy it there. Employees were very helpful and nice, however that is all that the company has going for them. Amazed this company isnt out of business. I had ordered a desk through their in store computer. The desk arrived on time (imagine that!) and it was completely broken in half. I called their service department, 1800-GO-DEPOT to get it replaced. They scheduled a time to come pick up the desk and replace it. So I end up dragging out this big heavy torn apart box full of firewood in the AM before work (since I wasnt going to sit around all day waiting on them) and surprise, no call, no show. I call back for them to tell me that theyll just come get it tomorrow and that theyre sorry. Expect me to now bring it back in my house and then lug it back out again tomorrow to try again. Whoever Im dealing with here, wether its the Office Depot or shipping company, is a joke. Boy do I wish I could just show up to work every day, be completely incompetent and still get paid!!!UPDATE: As an update they have now pulled a 3rd no call, no show to exchange my broken at arrival desk. I have just called the service center for the 4th time now. All I can get from these people is a sorry and then another date to not show up on again. Now that they have not shown up and it is Friday, they will not be here until Monday. So apparently that box of broken wood is my new lawn ornament for the past week and most likely another week. Ive never dealt with a more inconsiderate and irresponsible company in my life. Beyond tired of this hassle. Youre a multi billion dollar company, give me a break. If the carrier is the issue as they are stating it is then hire a new carrier.

Unorganized and unprofessional. Don’t use their copy and print shop. Quality of the job is not their strong suit. Also when picking up they wanted to know what poster I ordered by asking specifically what was on it instead of the name on the order of the phone number or email. Don’t get me started on the parking lot.
I realize the staff had nothing to do with the lousy accessibility to their store, but waiting in a line of TWO for 15 minutes is unjustified! Then to wait another 5minutes for the cashier to ring up a $2.09 order that I had exact payment ready, borders on the ridiculous!!! FedEx/Kinkos, here I come!!!
Nothing phenomenal about this store. Always empty. Their prices are crazy high compared to Amazon. Normally not a problem when they used to match prices, but now they dont match Amazon anymore. I always bought items in the store when they matched to keep the local economy growing but I cant pay 40-50% higher prices for the same item. Corporate greed would rather have them lose sales rather than match prices and still sale something. Unless theres an emergency and I need toner within minutes, they wont catch me here again.It wouldnt surprise me at all if they will close down soon. Honestly I am not sure how this store stays open.
I bought an HP laserjet Pro last year from Office Depot. The salesman offered me the extended warranty that all I need to do is bring it in and Office Depot will take care of either repairing it or if the model is no longer available then they give you a new model equal or better. How could I go wrong? He told me I didnt need to keep my receipt because they can look up my receipt from my phone number. So, today when I tried to get customer service from Office Depot, here is what I find out; Office Depot doesnt warranty the product directly and I need to call Squaretrade. After calling Squaretrade I find that I need my receipt information. I call Office Depot and they look up my phone number and NOTHING. So you know what Office Depot. I have no leg to stand on so you win. But I will never spend another dollar, nor will any of my companies I am affiliated with nor will anyone that listens to my story. I really got ripped off.Shame on you!

This store is my go to place for everything I need in my office. We bought our tablets here, and when I dropped mine and broke the screen, it was a painless process to swap it for a new one in the store. This is the best price in town for HP printer ink as well. With the price match guarantee, when the Wa****rt has a sale, they beat it. Printer and photo paper here is also the best deal in town. Not so much by the single ream, but get the case, and save a ton.Highly recommended to use the Merritt Island store for all office needs.
Been shopping at this Office Depot for years and always had great service and customer support. Stopped tonight (around 7:00PM) to buy a couple of items. One employee was working in the printing/office area helping a customer. One employee was doing some vacuuming and ended up helping us at the checkout after waiting around for someone to notice us (he seemed to be the only one of three men who actually was taking care of things). Two other employees were sitting at a desk in front of computers who were in plain view most of the time, saw us walking around looking for things, and didnt move to help us until we approached them and then all one of them could do was to check the Office Depot app on his phone to try to locate something in an area Id already searched extensively. Desk lamps we were looking for didnt work despite moving the plug to several different locations, probably a broken LED was the only response we got. Something wrong with this store. Is it going out of business?

I used to go to this office depot way more than I do now, due to moving further away. Its a little challenging to find what youre looking for but overall its good.

I am so disappointed in Office Depot, both the Merritt Island store and online customer service. I have purchased many items from Office Depot including my entire Realspace Magellan office set, multiple office chairs, office supplies, tablets, etc. I rarely have to return or exchange items but I have a brand new, unopened, Realspace Magellan lateral file cabinet that I need to exchange without a receipt. The store and online were not helpful with the exchange even though their return policy states All other returns without an Original Receipt for items that are active in our computer system will be refunded in the form of an Office Depot® or OfficeMax® Merchandise Card in an amount equal to the lowest retail price during the preceding 90 days. Office Depot and OfficeMax reserve the right to request identification or deny any exchange or return. They have sold for years and still sell the Realspace Magellan collection. I will plan on doing my business elsewhere moving forward because this was poor customer service when I actually needed it.

Horrible customer service! I have a print job Ive been waiting on for 3 weeks. Ive tried to call numerous times over the past two days to check on the status. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! Ive let it ring for 15 minutes and no answer. Now Im forced to drive 10 miles just to checkon an order that I suspect they have lost. take your business elsewhere, these folks are uncaring clock watchers.
