This place is absolutely disgusting! The smell is terrible 🤢Not to mention the rude employees! The male employee was very rude to me told me I could take my phone and leave. All because the tech didn’t want to work on my I phone. They then wanted me to drive to another location to see another tech. I will be switching back to Verizon. This place and their insurance company is a COMPLETE JOKE! I would of given it -1 star ⭐️ if there was an option for it.

I went to this store when my LG died with the hopes of still being able to transfer my info to my new phone,after the first employee told me it couldnt be done George was able to get it done,if I could give him more then 5 stars I would, he was very knowledgeable and I also had to take care of some things with customer service so he called them too for me, best store by far with one of the best employees, majority of my life is in my phone and George saved my life,cant Thank him enough!
Recent update...Friendly folks, but make certain you get a knowledgeable rep. Ive had several in-store issues & theyve corrected most of them. Specifically, Juan recently reminded me how good they can be by resolving the problem caused by the previous rep, as well as handling another unrelated issue. He also answered questions about some products I was curious about better than going online. Dude knows his stuff.
If there were more stars I sure would use them. Let me tell you my situation is unique and there are two special ladies who assisted me the end of last week. Alaysha was my rep as Tia was quite a busy one helping so many people. You ladies did awesome and so far so go with the hacking but you will see me soon as I promised Alaysha I would bring her some of my tasty desserts from Patti Cakes. Very knowledgeable ladies. Now, my daughter Brittany Payton has worked at a few of T-Mobile stores, however since she is my daughter she couldnt help me. Kudos young ladies loved the help from Alaysha and Tia and promise to stop by soon with some yummy desserts. You all 3 are great women with alot of knowledge and T-Mobile is lucky to have yall!

Customer service in store was great
Never seen such a dysfunctional operation in my life. Phone just rang for two days before someone finally answered. Inquired about a phone repair and told their repair technician had just left for the day 1-1/2 hour before closing and couldnt tell me if they had my part. Told comeback next day. Called 5 times before someone answered, checked on part and told they had them but be in by 4:30 so time to repair before closing at 6:00. Arrived at 3:30 with 2 people ahead of me outside waiting. 27 minutes later someone finally came out to see what we were there for. Finally let in at 5:00p and told wouldnt happen today that the tech had two repairs currently working on which one was let in by an obvious friend of one the employees who strolled up an hour after me and conveniently stood by the door instead at the end of the line so the employee that knew her could see her an let her in and she was taken directly to the back to the repair center. So she basically took my spot after two wasted 30 mile trips and 4 hours of wasted time. This has literally been the worst customer service in retail I have even seen and my phone still isnt fixed yet and the nightmare continues today as I have to go back for day 3.
Made an appointment to fix my screen. When I arrived and was greeted and helped right away. Things were good until it came time to pay and hand over my phone. The rep comes back and tells me we cant fix your phone because we believe we see corrosion on the charging port. The rep kept insisting that I should upgrade instead but after going back and forth I said no. I walked out angry so I decided to try another sprint store and what do you know it was lint not corrosion. I guess the store just wanted me to upgrade. Im canceling my service with Sprint after years with them.
Process was slow due to covid 19, but the staff was great and courteous. The tech got me up and running. He called to explain the problem to me .

I had a confirmed appointment for sunday november 15th at noon to have my phonenlooked at for repairs. Recieved multiple emails confirming my appointment. Drove 45 min to get to the store just to find it closed. I was never contacted to inform me that the store was closed wasted almost 2 hrs of my day because this location couldnt be bothered to call/text/email me to tell me not to come. Ever since t-mobile took over all they have done is close the locations near me that provided repair services and my service has gotten worse than it was when it was just sprint. Contacted customer support and got no help other than i could drive 2hrs in the other direction to their next nearest location in evergreen park il.. going to start looking at other service providers since t mobile cant give a simple courtesy call/message.
Too long of a wait for a simple transaction
Very rude workers, waited 10 minutes to be check in and during that time I watched as four workers stood in a circle talking, laughing and joking. When I finally asked another worker if I could get some help I was told I have to wait to be checked in before someone can help me. All of this was of course after I called the store for days with no answer and finally drove all the way there to receive service like this.

They only care if you are a new customer. Staff is more concerned about selling new items not helping Existing Customers !! I was told there was nothing they can do to assist me with setting up a new phone because I did it through a sales rep . I called sprint two hours later they were able to assist me setting up the phone they Stated it could’ve been done in the store with no problem in a fraction of the time . Since I wasn’t buying a new phone from them and or adding new service I guess “ Aint nobody got time for that “

After going to several Sprint stores and not getting the help that we needed, we wound up at this store and Tavonni, the sales rep there, helped us tremendously.She was very knowledgeable and informative about all the products and services offered by Sprint and so helpful with changing our old plan, in order to save us money, which she didnt have to do as it was getting close to closing time.Its always great to walk into any place of business and to be able to talk to someone who KNOWS the products and who WANTS to help you.
Short lady has horrible attitude. We bought a phone through a very professional employee. The phone came in ans we went to activate it on a day he was not there. The short associate had a very bad attitude. Almost seemed like she didnt care because the sale was over. I will not go there again, nor would I recommend others purchase from this location!

They are always helpful, i love going there when there is an issue with my phone, its why i have insurance to begin with, they had me out withing a half hour having updated my phone and fixed the updates overridding the network settings

Bought 2 note 9s on release day. Staff is knowledgeable about products. However Im tried of sprint workers giving false information. Told us replacement s pens were $15. My husband did in fact loose his 2 weeks later. Pens are $75 and only available through Samsung. Not a bad store, emoplees just need to know facts before answering questions.
Beware! Any time you make a change to your phone in the store they add insurance to your plan. They claim its a corporate policy but customer service denies this. Make sure you see a receipt before you leave the store. Dont accept an emailed receipt. I got home and found they had added $15/month insurance without my consent or even mentioning it. When I called back they told me they couldnt remove it over the phone. Really scummy.

Terrible customer service for a corporate store. Either untrained or have no knowledge of handling an unlocked phone. Same experience with a second unlocked MOTO G7. Went to the store at 5850 Broadway and was done in 20 minutes. Just needed a sim and deactivate and activate new phone. They said the phone was not compatible on the sprint system. LIES! Just want to sell a new sprint phone!

Michael Florres of this location sold me three phones with plans that would have amounted to, and I quote, approximately $160 per month plus taxes, (can be upwards to $15 a month) said Michael Florres. First bill over $230, ok some hidden charges. Second then third month, both, $240. AT&T charges nearly that much. So, between missed calls and representatives having to call me back from dropped calls, I say the service is worth far less than they charge. Now, sprint has called on their lawyer dogs to collect after Michael Florres lied about the charges.Switched to a pre-paid AT&T at $45 a month, no complaints and certainly no dropped calls. Sprint has gone nowhere with their coverage since I was first paid for their services in 2008 in North Carolina. Their service was trash then and its trash now, only now they have their employees lie.
Ladies and gentlemen please dont go to this store. First off just look at all these reviews. I just got off the phone with Sprint and they explained that they have received a ton of complaints about this store. The manager at this store was so rude and low class it was honestly unbelievable. I just switched my entire families service to AT&T. I made sure I told Sprint it was because of this manager and her utter lack of class. Please dont go here the owner obviously is not a good business person. All these poor reviews and the owner still keeps a manager like this. When the corporate office knows how bad this store is theres a problem!
If I could give them a zero I would. I came here with my mom yesterday so she could purchase a new phone. She was helped by Alex. Fromnthe time Alex started helping her until the end of the transaction, Alex was coughing constantly! I asked Alex if she could get someone else to help us due to her coughing nonstop and also because its still flu season but she kept on helping us anyway.She didnt fully explain the details about the billing, besides an estimated amount for monthly bill. She didnt go through any of the features of the phone and seemed to have an attitude towards the end because I asked her to put the SIM card in the new phone.My mom is happy with her purchase of the phone, but the service could have been waaaaaay better. Especially since most of the associates were kind of chilling in the back anyway. Theres no reason for an associate whos obviously sick to be on the floor interacting with customers, period. Management or not.
Made an appointment for 1:15 pm. (To pick up a phone ordered online) Got here early but did not get helped until 1:35pm. The lady that helped us was NOT taking care of anyone and took a while before she called my name. Watched other guests come and go. Whats the point in making an appointment? Very disappointed and irritated! Never again will I stop at a Sprint store.
There was this little Caucasian male with glasses that insulted me on an issue saying basically I committed an illegal act concerning an account issue with Sprint. Really!?! But I will be back up there to rectify the situation and then he had the nerve to initiate a conversation with in the middle of helping me and they never have a supervisor and its like 30 people that work in a corporate store and no one is helpful...

Ive been to this location three times. It took forever to get someone to talk to me. On one visit the person was very helpful. The other two times they tried to run me around in circles and were not any help. All but the one individual have been rude and non caring. I will go to another location whenever possible. I sure hope this corporate store does not reflect the attitude of Sprint corporate.

This store is horrible. Customer service is very lacking. As i write this i am waiting for the representative helping me to return from her 20 minute trip to the back of the store. I have come here 4 times to get a problem fixed snd all that happens is that they make my account worse. I will never come back to this location once i can finally get my account fixed. If you value your sanity do not come here because all that will happen is you will end up back here at least 4 more times with no solutions. And customer service will only tell you that you have to go to the store that you purchased your device at. The people are not friendly and do not know how to do their job or work the system. Management is a joke and do not know how to help customers either.

I live outside the county this store is located. There are at least 2 Sprint stores in the county I reside but none are the stores where you go to have your phone repaired.You can have scheduled an appointment online and still have to wait to be seen by a representative.I dont know if theres a shortage of staff or what the problem is, but there seems to always be a lot of customers waiting to be seen by someone.Sprint needs to have other stores in Porter county where phones can be sent in for repairs besides this one.

Looking at a device they are trying to sell my wife, I have a employee rudly say excuse me so she can show it to someone else. All the while she hasnt even seen the phone they are trying to sell her all in all almost everyone in here is rude and unprofessional they need to open a different corporate location.
Just went to return my wifes and my new phones to this location as they have a 14 day garentee. We were told to just bring everything back at ZERO RISK. Well, that was a lie. I just returned the phones, phone cases, and Bluetooth speakers. When simply trying to tell them what I wanted to do I was cut off every time. I was even greated with hostility by MARCUS who acted like he wanted to fight and kept mouthing off at me. I have admit I am still pretty shocked that it only took me raising my voice back for him to literally ran to the back when saying Im getting my manager! like a child screaming that theyre getting their mom.The manager came out (no name tag) and refused to help or honor the garentee. We went ahead and left everything there nicely stored in the original boxes with the receipt. Sadly, they didnt refund a single penny. I am not going to allow jerks like this to just steal from me and am protected by their own garentee and consumer rights laws. So as usual, I will be taking action. Again... like with the rest of these idiots in Iniana trying to steal from me. Getting old.

First off this place diserves no stars and no one there deserves their jobs. Me and my mother went there to upgrade our phones and the lady there was nice and checked us and we sat down and a man(Mike) that had helped us before said he would help us in five minutes. So then another man comes up to us to help but we said we were waiting for Mike. Mike walked by us twice and says hell be with us soon and at this point it has been about 10-15minuts and we wait. Then we see that hes with a new Coustomer and my mother walks over to the lady who cheaked us in and just so happens the man that offered to help us earlier was there and my mom ask if he could help us because Mike just moved on to a new Coustomer so the he gets smart with my mom and says well I offered to help you earlier in the rudest way and then I get up and me and my mother walk out. Tell me why your going to just skip over people that you said that you were going to help. I do NOT recommend going there to anyone you will be treated with the most DISRESPECTFUL behavior you ever had experienced especially form there racist worker(s).

0 STARS!! This Merrillville location was absolutely HORRIBLE! DARIUS and EMMANUAL where the rudest people ever and have ZERO customer service skills. They both were not happy to be there and it radiated through out the store. I was stuck there for 3 HOURS (not one smile from either one of them in that entire time until I was upset). I was trying to pick up an online order that I placed. They told me there is a lot of fraud going on at the Merrillville location and I could not pick up the order I placed on my husbands account. Yet, I received an email stating that the person who placed the order has to pick up the order and show ID. When I asked questions about this new policy they said Its not my fault. We dont communicate with one another in this store. If you have a problem take it up with management. They also told me that I can have the order shipped to me even though Im not authorized and I can order whatever else I wanted. Thanks for the FRAUD TIP Darius. If you see two young men at this Sprint store whom look as though they were told to look as miserable, upset and express lack of motivation and communication skills, thats Darius and Emmanual. End result: My husband found out about the Christmas gift I was trying to get and had to come to the store to pick up my order. And thats when we found out that they did not have what we ordered. I wish that was said 3 hours prior.

Never ever go to the Sprint store in Southlake Westfield mall. They issued me a phone that never worked and the Sprint office indicated the phone was stolen. On top of that when I tried to return the phone they told me I had to pay for a restocking fee. Found out that they are the 3rd party provider of Sprint (wireless revolution) horrible experience and I never ever complain. I cancelled Sprint and went to verizon.
