I like the store in general; they have a nice selection of phones and carriers, and for the most part if they dont have what you want it they can get it in a day or so.They employees are very nice and knowledgeable for the most part.BUT.....!!!! I bought my 3rd phone there, my sis has bought 6, and my mom has bought 3. All and all its a good company. but ran into a small technical issue with my phone... It wasnt their fault but no matter what time a day it is, they seem to never answer their phones. Im extremely angry...! The issue I have could be taken care of over the phone; but I guess Im going to have to drive 45 min one way to get it taken care of.Other that a few small issues I will give this company a good rating compared to some of the others. The employees usually know you by your name and are just so nice.I just find it funny that a phone store cant answer the phone... LOL....!!! :)

Moe provided excellent customer service when I visited the store to purchase a cell phone case. He even went a step above to clean phone and he assisted me with adding the phone to the case. The store also has very reasonable prices. I appreciate excellent customer service!

Would not recommend buying a phone there. The note he sold us was stolen, the LG he replaced it with didnt work right then the 2nd note which he said was his wifes phone kept acting up saying all the out going calls were foreign and we had to redial. Kept asking for money back. But owner refused. Just dont go there. Stay away.

The guys who work there are awesome...I dropped my phone in water and thought I lost all my important information...I stopped by the store and dropped my phone off for only a couple of hours and they actually fixed it...very impressed !!!!

Although the repair took a couple extra days, Global Wireless was able to repair my husbands water damaged phone when no one else would. I was impressed with their work and would absolutely use them again if the need arises.

Horriable horrible place! This place tried to rip me off, I ordered and paid for a $200 phone an was told it would be in in a week to two weeks. A whole month an a half went by an no phone so i asked to get my money back an the idiot refused and started an argument with me mind you the idiot is a male and I am a 5ft female. Well finally he called the manager which is a relative of his an he told idiot to go ahead an give me my money back because there was no guarantee that I was gonna get the phone anytime soon!!

I just left the store, I was SHAKEN DOWN for money by a customer or manager (not sure) on the wrong side of the counter will the bald guy behind the counter laughed. This is a cess pool. Stay out. You have to watch for your safety.

Good people, the employees work non-stop to get you what you need, and they are reliable when it comes to repairs. Overall, i would recommend it!

I did not read any rewiews before I went to this place. I had my iPad screen replaced here and they took weeks to do it. Also ereased all my data and then the home button is messed up. My friend dropped off his phone few days after I dropped off my iPad and also had the same problems. Do not come to this place people.
