Im getting rid of this metro PCs phone. I got this phone last year and within one year time. Ive replaced the charger 6 times. Last charger I will buy. Getting rid of this phone. There chargers are no good. Or the phones are no good. They break easy.

Terrible experience. Took two withdrawals from my account. Told me I had to wait 72 hrs. Money ws never refunded. Had to go over there head and found out they never put it in to get refunded. Never gave me a case I’d number, just ghetto at its best. Very unprofessional!

Rudest customer service! We stopped in to get help. They said we needed to call the 800 number. 800 number said we need to speak to an ASR representative in a store. We called back to the store to see when one was available. They proceeded to ask me who was calling. I am the customer looking for help. Why are you asking whos calling! And then they guy at the store just hung up on me! Never again will we fart around with metropcs! Thank god we are back to at&t where we actually get coverage in places and customer service!

This ZTE phone is the first time that it came out so it had a lot of problems when I took it to the office and Gary Indiana I asked them to exchange the phone they would not he did something and reprogrammed it but I was under warranty so should have replace my phone and they did not so I still have lots of problems with this phone because by the time I got it back to the store that I bought it from the year had expired in the purchase

These people pray on mildly mentally handicapped kids they n steal also from handicap kids
