I love my Kia and have had great experiences in the past. I scheduled a service to repair a flat tire, which went so smoothly! However, when I picked my vehicle back up, there was mud all over my drivers side door on the inside. I understand that things will get dirty when making repairs, but at least wipe it down before you return it to the owner. Especially when the dirt is easily noticeable. It just would have been nice if a few extra seconds were spent to clean it up before returning it to me.

Very satisfied. They took care of problem and didnt rip me off. This is going g to be my go to repair shop.

I drove over an hour away to trade in my current 2020 telluride that I purchased with them to order a new telluride. I was told if I ordered one the price would not be marked up. Once I arrived I was told orders are marked up $5,000. I told Juan I have text messages saying there is not a mark up in price on orders and he stated they changed their mind. Great customer service didnt feel like I was forced into buying anything

The engine on my Kia just shut down in mid drive so I took my car to this dealership to have it looked at. As it turned out, my vehicle was still under warranty and Kia would replace the engine free of charge and put me into a loaner vehicle while I wait. But getting the loaner was like pulling their teeth. The staff in the service department lied to me during every step of the process and caused me to miss a week of work when everything could have been handled same day. They were vague about what was needed, they tried to send me to Enterprise Car Rental to rent a car out of pocket when they were supposed to provide me with one of their cars for free, and the Service Department Manager, Mike seemed to be a pathological liar. Fortunately, I discovered that a friend of mine who had bought a 2021 Kia less than 3 months ago had her engine lock up on her and she explained that she got her loaner vehicle same day because she was at the office in their face. My problems seemed to stem from the fact that I had been calling them and being very polite on the phone. At the end of a very frustrating week, I went to the office and demanded service while applying some verbal pressure and only then did they become motivated to provide the customer service that I deserved. I would not wish this experience that I had with their service department on my worst enemy. They were rude, they blatantly lied several times, and were only compelled to do their jobs after being verbally pressured to do so.
