My car buying experience with Wesley was amazing. I recommend him for all your car buying needs. Melanie was excellent and very patient with me as well. My only problem was in the service department. I paid a significant amount to have my car serviced after being there for 4 plus hours for an inspection and tune up. No loaner was offered so I was late for work. My car was dirty inside after a wash was supposedly done. I called the next day to see if a forgotten coupon could be applied and they declined.I expected so much more from your dealership. Thanks Team Audi for your outstanding service you claim to offer.
Jeri is AMAZING!! I needed a new car; yet I wasnt sure if an Audi was my next car. But I called and Jeri answered. Jeri was so personable and helpful. There was one other customer inquiring on the same car - he told me that he would call me if the current inquiry wasnt a sale; even though I told him not to worry about it - as I was still on the fence; but Jeri called. He was never pushy, yet always helpful and he always kept his word. My family drove 4 hours to meet Jeri and to get my new car. It was an amazing experience. Customer Service is EXTREMELY important to me; and Jeri was/is the epitome of excellence in customer service and an excellent representation of Audi & VW brands.

We just started looking for a good, clean used vehicle. We had found one online at this dealership. We visited and met Sales representative Patrick Beard. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We wound up test-driving three vehicles that matched our needs and price range. All three were very, very clean and low mileage! We were not pressured in any way. Since we just started, we decided to look some more. I asked Patrick to scout for vehicles that fit what we wanted. I hope we can do business with them. The atmosphere is very cool. Filled with vintage gas pumps and beautifully restored VW vans. (A 21 window model)..... Give them a visit or call.
I had been researching Audi V7 and went to the Merrillville Indiana Audi dealer to buy my car. My car salesman Jerry was so nice, he wasn’t pushy and he displayed patience. He really worked with us to make sure we were satisfied and he didn’t have us their all day. The experience was great 👍🏾.

The sales part of this dealership is terrible. Wayne absolutely lied about features on a vehicle when asked repeatedly. Ended up purchasing an audi q5 new. Was told features would start after purchasing. After two days of getting run around we contacted audi to find out the vehicle didnt even have it. Spoke to Mac the GM who refused to do anything wouldnt even consider selling us a higher model to make sure its equipped. Basically sided with salesman in the lie and stated adults should do their own research despite being lied to. We have bought many luxury vehicles and this was the worst experience ever. Nothing but lies. And nothing done to correct it. Basically we are stuck. TerribleAlso anyone considering purchasing the new 21 Tahoe with 3800 miles on it should know that specific vehicle has been marked up over 10k for what they purchased it for the other week. So dont get screwed. PM me if have questions as the vehicle new msrp was 58k. Despite resale value going up they literally did another 10k increase. Terrible dealership and worst customer experience ever.

From an online vehicle search, I found Team Audi and contacted Sales Consultant Wayne Kroner about a particular vehicle. Wayne answered all my initial questions and even sent me requested photos of the vehicle since I live 300 miles away. The next day Wayne helped me compare vehicles, took more photos, and answered even questionsfor me. Since I am very sceptical, and overall just cynical, the following day, I contacted Wayne with more questions and requests. Finally, I felt relatively comfortable purchasing a vehicle unseen. The following day my daughter and I took the 6 hour trip to Team Audi and couldnt have been more satisfied. During the whole process, Wayne was honest, patient, attentive, friendly and informative. Without question, I would recommend calling Wayne for a vehicle, and will consider making the trip again when my teenage children driving soon.

If it’s not urgency, I won’t come back anymore, even though it’s just 2 miles away from my home.I have prepaid repair cost on the Audi Care package. But I have to pay for replacement wiper. My Audi is less 2 years old.Audi Service offer me the detailing offer. But Team Audi don’t do that at all.When I scheduled appointment for 20k maintenance, I requested a ride. Unfortunately, they only can drive me back home, but not drop off my car at my home later. Of course, you could request a loaner. However I doubt that they even have a car available for loan.I can’t imagine how they could be the Audi dealer.

I contacted them via email about a BLACK 2013 Audi A4.They set up an appointment with me and my son. Drove over an hour and they didnt even have the car!! What a scam. They brought out a WHITE one with almost double he miles and it was filthy.Terrible business practice! The classic bait and switch!

I purchased a 2016 Audi Q3 in March of this year. After purchasing I noticed some issues going on. I took the vehicle to Audi in Orland Park twice complaining about the issues to hopefully get fixed before the bumper to bumper warranty expired. Both times I was told nothing was found and diagnostic testing wouldnt be done. Warranty expired and I was still stuck with the issues. The service was mediocre! I contacted Audi customer service in hopes of getting help because each day Id feel fustrated regret and unhappy about this purchase thinking about how much Im paying for it and how my driving experiences doesnt match what Im paying for. Was thinking about getting rid of it although I really still wanted it but not driving the way it was. I thought maybe Id have to be in the 2020 to get a better experience. The Audi representatives seem to care during conversation over the phone but when reaching out to them after to follow up and for help no one returned my calls but I was informed I could reach out to them at anytime. I was torn from the beginning on which location to visit the Merrillville location which is closest to me or Orland Park and chose Orland Park. I wish I hadnt chosen that location to begin with. I say all this to say.......I decided to further take my vehicle to the Merrillville dealership and I must say THEY ROCK!!!!!!!!! I think all of my frustrations and regret are finally over! It drives like the 2020 now! They too didnt see any of the issues I complained about but thats because after checking my vehicle out they informed me of what it needed. I trusted Joe and the mechanic with their advice so glad I did, I normally turn down dealership service if Im paying out of pocket. THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Almost everything I complained about was fixed in this one visit with three maintenance services that Orland Park never suggested or offered. Ive found my home dealership and will be back for more services. Please continue to give us customers the best experiences possible during our service visits. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my car to team vw in Merrillville in today to get My key reconnected. They said that it was an aftermarket key (it is not) and they couldn’t connect it and threaten to call the police on Me! Stay away! Picture of the two keys for proof of being the original keys. Update they falsified information to deny my claim against the charge! That’s fraud! They break the law as well as being horrible at repairing cars and horrible customer service!
Was denied a test drive because I wasn’t 21(20) and the salesman Patrick Beard was rude and condescending when I had an intention of purchasing a 2015 Audi Q5 in cash. I understand some dealers insurance requires you to be 21 by yourself or 18 with a salesman but apparently I wasn’t worth his time to go on a test drive with me because he assumed I couldn’t afford it. I’ll be taking my money to a different Audi or Mercedes dealer.
I can’t thank Brandon and Craig enough for going out of their way to assist me. I called Friday morning because my side mirror was stuck out of place. I was able to come in that same morning to get it evaluated. It took them less than five minutes to get it back in place without damage. They save me some money and I wanted to compensate them but they refused. Brandon and Craig are a great reputation for Audi. Thanks again, Brandon and Craig!

Only Audi Dealership I will deal with moving forward. I typically never write reviews, especially of this lengthiness, but these guys brought purchasing a car to whole a new level. My previous two Audis were purchased in the Chicago land area and I cant help but feel like they took advantage of me. Like wow, nice car, but no fair deal at all. Team Audi was completely different.Chris, the owner, gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in AND the purchase! He looked high and low for the exact exclusive model (S7 :) ) and always answered his personal cell phone. Beyond courteous and professional! Dave from service is really customer service driven, just an overall nice guy you can trust, and Tim from finance really took care of me. Thats saying a lot considering the financing part of purchasing a car is when buyers remorse typically starts to kick in for me. None of that this time! Anna was very knowledgeable and made the drive-off seamless. These guys are not aggressive at all and being family-owned, they really know the value of returning customers in the local area. Definitely returning soon for the wifes Q5. Keep up the good work guys!

It was actually the v.w.service center, pushing batteries, telling untruths to sell them, went for a recall to be fixed and the sales person told me I would need a new battery, and came up with many reason, most all untrue, why I needed it now, to much pressure for me! Also I said Id put it in, nope, beware, dont let them pressure you! 243.00 !!! Thats what battery is cost these days, WHAT! 50 TO INSTALL!!! Like they sell a super battery, better then anyone else. Nope! Be smart, I wasnt, buyers regret!

Went to the dealership to buy a quart of oil for a friends vehicle. The parts and service departments were great. I didnt have a funnel, but the guy in parts was letting me borrow theirs. Before I could get to the vehicle with the quart of oil and funnel, the service guy politely told me to just pull the vehicle in and they would put the quart in for us. There was no charge, just pure, honest, excellent customer service. My friend will get her vehicle serviced here from now on.

Outstanding salesmanship up front, never pressured into a rush decision, and fantastic customer service after the sale! Their service department (if you should have occasion to need it) is top notch! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Joe from the Service dept. was great. Made sure we knew exactly what was wrong, what it would take to fix it and how much it was going to cost. Labor rates are a little pricey, but when it comes to taking care of an Audi its worth it. Hopefully we wont have any significant issues for the foreseeable, but if we do I know where to take it.
Horrible scam service operation. $190/hour labor. Totally overcharge for everything and try to convince you that you need a bunch of BS additional services. STAY AWAY!Edit (post their response): Actually, you tried to charge me for a 75K service (on a car with 100K miles!) even though I specifically asked only for oil change and sparkplug change. Then, when you reworked the bill, you charged me for the oil change *and* charged me again for the parts & labor. $500 for an oil change and sparkplug change? Seriously? Not to mention trying for the second time to sell me a useless carbon cleanup which is liiterally putting in a can of $30 cleaner in with the oil. SCAMs

Friendly, but unknowledgeable. Bought my A4 here, have been ripped off on services many times. My car was APR tuned here (as the dealership is certified to do), only to be red flagged and have my warranty voided at another dealership with no warning that this would occur. In addition, was told I had to replace my turbo for $3-5k, but chose not to and took it to a local shop - ended up costing $300 as I only had loose exhaust bracket. (Turbo is 100% fine)Will never take my car here again & recommend no one else does unless they dont mind paying outrageous service fees.

I would not recommend this dealship. Sales associate Matthew Cox was nice initially then things went horribly wrong. He told me It would take a couple of days to put some numbers together never did call email or send anything over to me. I was thinking to my self a couple of days for what??? On top of that he tells me something about a 10,000 downpayment give me a break!!! I have never in my life been told something so ridiculous this is not a house its a car!! This is not my first rodeo have been driving luxury cars for 15 years now. I then reached out to him imagine a customer reaching out to a sales associate to spend there money still no response. Very bad experience at this dealership communication and trust is the key to keeping customers and future referrals. Guess that doesnt matter to Team Audi.

If for some reason there is no loaner the WIFI and endless coffee is like a mini office for me.Team Audi stands behind their product and ensures that as a customer I feels like a VIP. I have to say was super hesitant about going through audi for my a3. I did not want to get taken advantage of but Marty assured me I would be taken care of and any issues I had to let them know. Good staff, expensive parts. Do your research first. Audi engineers must love making money for their dealers service departments. I have been able to fix many things myself after being told the car was doomed without replacing everything in the engine bay. Timing chain replacement at 80k (unsat), defective water pump 80k (unsat), Takata airbags, cheap plastic interior parts broken off, head gasket blown, cheap defective belt tensioner replaced (unsat), cheap wiring, high consumption of oil, half of dozen sensors replaced (unsat), Audi is trouble, most mechanics hate them and now I see why.
Bad dealership! Extremely untrustworthy. Lied about apr, promised rubber floor mats, and also told me that my new license plates will be sent to my house. None of this actually happened.
